用钙离子选择电极测血清中的总钙——两种钙电极及几种测量技术的比较

测定血清中的钙,对许多疾病的诊断具有重要意义。因测定其中游离的钙离子含量很难测准,故测定总钙含量的方法仍被采用。目前国内采用EDTA滴定目视指示终点,终点不明显,误差较大。文献介绍在酸性下使血清中的总钙全部成为游离的钙离子,用直接电位法测总钙。本文中将中性载体(ETH1001)及磷酸醋两种钙电极,使用几种测量技术测定血清中的总钙,进行比较。ETH1001钙电极比磷酸酯钙电极性能优良,表现在电极电位稳定性

Design of a Fused-Silica Subwavelength Polarizing Beam Splitter Grating Based on the Modal Method

A polarizing beam splitter （PBS） design based on a fused-silica lamellar subwavelength transmission grating is demonstrated with the modal method, where TE- and TM-polarized waves are mainly diffracted in the -1st and 0th orders, respectively. The physical explanation of the grating diffraction is illustrated by the interference of the corresponding parts of the two propagating modes, which is very similar to a Mach-Zehnder interferometer. It is shown that diffraction efficients over 99% for a TM-polarized wave in the -1st order and 90% for a TE-polarized wave in the 0th order are obtained at the wavelength of 1.053 μm. The polarization transmission extinction ratios are better than 33 dB and 51 dB for the order 0th and the -1st order, respectively. The splitting properties of the PBS grating designed by the modal method are in good agreement with the results simulated by the rigorous coupled wave analysis method.     

Polarized Emission of an Eu^3＋ Doped Azo-Polymer Waveguide

We investigate the polarized emission behaviour of an Eu^3 doped azo-polymer waveguide. Affected by the azobenzene groups in the photoinduced orientation process by the 532nm linearly polarized laser, the ligands were realigned orderly perpendicular to the direction of the orientation direction. This leads to the polarized absorption and emission of the waveguide in the orientation direction. By an m-line apparatus based on the prism coupling technique, two guided propagation modes were observed in the waveguide, and the refractive index at 650hm in TE polarizations is 1. 7505.     

偶氮液晶聚合物中的非线性光致双折射

介绍了在偶氮液晶聚合物薄膜P-CN中发现的非线性光致双折射现象,给出了非线性光致双折射实验的具体结果.采用Z扫描技术验证了光致双折射的非线性过程本质,测量了P-CN介质薄膜的非线性吸收系数.讨论了光致双折射涉及的异构化微观机理,并在此基础上提出了非线性光光异构化实现光致双折射的方法 关键词： 液晶聚合物 光致双折射 光致异构化

有机聚合物是一类非重要的非线性光学材料，它在光通信和高密度光存储等高技术领域中有良好的应用前景，文章介绍了偶氮侧链聚合物液晶的光学性质及其在光存储领域中的应用。     

Improving the sensitivity of fiber-optic SPR sensor via radially polarized beam excitation

We study the sensing properties of an intensity-modulated fiber-optic surface plasmon resonance （SPR） sensor using radially polarized beam （RPB）. Because of the rotational symmetry of fiber and RPB, surface plasmon can be excited more efficiently at the sensor surface, which results in an obvious improvement of the sensitivity. Our experiments demonstrate that the sensitivity in the case of RPB illumination is three times higher than that of linearlv polarized beam illumination.     

Control amplitude and phase of light by plasmonic meta-hologram with T-shaped nano-cavity

Controlling both amplitude and phase of light in the subwavelength scale is a challenge for traditional optical devices. Here, we propose and numerically investigate a novel plasmonic meta-hologram, demonstrating broadband manipulation of both phase and amplitude in the subwavelength scale. In the meta-hologram, phase modulation is achieved by the detour phase distribution of unit cells, and amplitude is continuously modulated by a T-shaped nano-cavity with tunable plasmonic resonance. Compared to phase-only holograms, such a metahologram could reconstruct three-dimensional(3D) images with higher signal-to-noise ratio and better image quality, thus offering great potential in applications such as 3D displays, optical communications, and beam shaping.
