Zn2SiO4基体掺杂稀土离子纳米粉体的制备和光谱特性

采用sol-gel法在Zn2SiO4基体中掺杂稀土离子Eu^3 和Y，制备了Zn2SiO4:Eu及Zn2SiO4:Eu,Y纳米粉体，研究不同稀土离子浓度对荧光强度的影响，并采用热重－差热分析，X射线粉末衍射，荧光光谱分析等技术手段进行表征，目标产物的平均粒径分别为31nm和27nm。

单分子结的构筑及分子电导性质的测试

分子电子学已成为21世纪研究的热点. 通过将具有特定功能的分子连接在纳米尺度金属电极之间从而构筑包括分子导线、开关、整流器在内的各种分子尺度电子器件, 这引起了科学家们广泛的研究兴趣. 在分子电子学研究中, 构筑金属/分子/金属(MMM)分子结是研究分子器件中电子传输性质的关键. 尽管已经取得了很大的进展, 目前在纳米尺度下构筑稳定可靠的MMM分子结并测试单个分子的电学性质仍然面临很多挑战. 本文着重对单分子电学性质的测试技术和相关理论研究的最新进展以及存在的挑战做了概述.     

反应性模板法合成硫化银中空球-银纳米粒子异质结构

以Cu₂S中空球为反应性模板, 通过在水溶液中与银离子的阳离子交换和氧化还原反应制备了大小均匀的Ag₂S中空球-Ag纳米粒子异质结构, 即Ag₂S-Ag异质中空球. 该异质结构中每个Ag₂S中空球的直径约为600 nm, 壁厚约20–30 nm, 其表面均附着一个Ag纳米粒子. 采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和能量色散X射线谱(EDS)对所得Ag₂S-Ag异质中空球的结构和组成进行了表征. 若以CuS中空球为反应性模板, 在相似转化条件下则主要得到不含Ag粒子的Ag₂S中空球. 该结果表明, Cu₂S中的Cu(I)的还原性在Ag₂S-Ag异质中空球的形成中发挥了重要作用. 通过对所制备的Ag₂S-Ag异质中空球进行二次生长, 还可以得到Ag₂S中空球的半球表面均被Ag膜所包覆的Ag₂S-Ag异质中空球.
