环双(百草枯对苯撑)-双2-萘甲酸三缩四乙二醇酯二元超分子给受体体系光诱导电子转移研究

本文利用核磁氢谱、吸收光谱和荧光光谱证明了环双(百草枯对苯撑)(CBPQT)与双2-萘甲酸三缩四乙二醇(N-P₄-N)在乙腈溶液中能够形成1:1的二元超分子给受体体系.瞬态吸收光谱的研究表明该超分子体系中光诱导电子转移的速率k_CS>1.0×10⁸s^-1,电子回传的速率k_CR=1.26×10³s^-1,光诱导电子转移所生成电荷分离态的寿命长达794μs.     

鱼腥草中钛含量分析方法研究

The research of the effects of surfactants on coloring reaction between titanium and phenyl fluorone was developed.A survey of coexisting elements in the houttuynia cordata thunb was carried out by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,and a series of interference tests and analyses were performed.The interference can be eliminated by processing through high temperature cineration and adding ascorbic acid.A new method of determination of titanium in houttuynia cordata thunb was established by phenyl fluorone spectrophotometry in the presence of Emulsifier OP.The results showed that Beer's law is obeyed within the range of 0～0.32 μg·mL-1 for titanium.The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.9%～2.0%,and the recovery was 96.8%～100.6%.The method was applied for determination of titanium in houttuynia cordata thunb with satisfactory results.     

Analysis of the generation mechanism of the S-shaped J—V curves of MoS2/Si-based solar cells

Amorphous-microcrystalline MoS$_{2}$ thin films are fabricated using the sol-gel method to produce MoS$_{2}$/Si-based solar cells. The generation mechanisms of the S-shaped current density-voltage ($J$-$V$) curves of the solar cells are analyzed. To improve the performance of the solar cells and address the problem of the S-shaped $J$-$V$ curve, a MoS$_{2}$ film and a p$^+$ layer are introduced into the front and back interfaces of the solar cell, respectively, which leads to the formation of a p-n junction between the p-Si and the MoS$_{2}$ film as well as ohmic contacts between the MoS$_{2}$ film and the ITO, improving the S-shaped $J$-$V$ curve. As a result of the high doping characteristics and the high work function of the p$^+$ layer, a high-low junction is formed between the p$^+$ and p layers along with ohmic contacts between the p$^+$ layer and the Ag electrode. Consequently, the S-shaped $J$-$V$ curve is eliminated, and a significantly higher current density is achieved at a high voltage. The device exhibits ideal p-n junction rectification characteristics and achieves a high power-conversion efficiency (CE) of 7.55%. The findings of this study may improve the application of MoS$_{2}$ thin films in silicon-based solar cells, which are expected to be widely used in various silicon-based electronic and optical devices.     

电商生态系统中核心种群间信用机制的动态演化博弈

网购方便快捷,然而电商平台的假货现象、诚信危机、规范缺失等问题则严重困扰整个电商生态系统,譬如拼多多赴美上市后饱受争议,电商平台中的“雷碧、康帅傅、粤利粤、脉劫”等产品长期存在。信用对电子商务至关重要,电商平台的信用监管责任已不容忽视。因此,本文基于博弈论将消费者投诉引入电商平台信用监管机制,构建了信息不对称下以电商平台、商家和消费者为主体的三方演化博弈模型;分析了在电商平台积极监管和消费者投诉双重监管条件下,各主体博弈策略选择与行为演化的影响因素及趋于稳定状态的条件,并进行演化仿真分析和数值模拟。研究表明:商家选择“诚信”策略的种群规模与电商平台的监管概率和消费者选择“投诉”策略的种群规模息息相关;建立商家诚信奖励和失信惩罚机制、信用保证金机制、消费者投诉反馈机制、严厉打击商家私下补贴,降低消费者及公众的参与成本,能够有效推动商家诚信经营。     

A two-dimensional analytical subthreshold behavior model for junctionless dual-material cylindrical surrounding-gate MOSFETs

A two-dimensional analytical subthreshold behavior model for junctionless dual-material cylindrical surrounding- gate （JLDMCSG） metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors （MOSFETs） is proposed. It is derived by solving the two-dimensional Poisson＇s equation in two continuous cylindrical regions with any simplifying assumption. Using this analytical model, the subthreshold characteristics of JLDMCSG MOSFETs are investigated in terms of channel electro- static potential, horizontal electric field, and subthreshold current. Compared to junctionless single-material cylindrical surrounding-gate MOSFETs, JLDMCSG MOSFETs can effectively suppress short-channel effects and simultaneously im- prove carrier transport efficiency. It is found that the subthreshold current of JLDMCSG MOSFETs can be significantly reduced by adopting both a thin oxide and thin silicon channel. The accuracy of the analytical model is verified by its good agreement with the three-dimensional numerical simulator ISE TCAD.     

高温硬焊料准连续半导体激光器巴条叠阵的性能研究

以巴条叠阵结构及封装方法为基础,研制了一组高温硬焊料准连续半导体激光器巴条叠阵,并研究了其相关的光电性能和寿命特征。结果表明,所研制的器件在200 A的工作电流下,重复频率250 Hz、脉宽200 μs时,单巴峰值功率>200 W,50%光谱宽度<3 nm,电光转换效率>50%,寿命达到4.71×10⁹ shots时的功率衰减<15%;当工作电流为150 A时,预期寿命高达1.5×10¹⁰ shots。     

非晶InGaZnO薄膜晶体管驱动OLED像素电路的仿真研究

为解决非晶InGaZnO薄膜晶体管(a-IGZO TFT)因其阈值电压漂移而导致的OLED电流衰减的问题,本文研究了基于a-IGZO TFT的有源矩阵有机发光显示(AMOLED)像素电路的阈值电压补偿问题。利用实验室制备的a-IGZO TFT器件进行参数提取后建立的SPICE仿真模型并进行仿真计算,对电压驱动型2T1C和4T1C的像素电路进行稳定性的比较研究,证明了4T1C电路对阈值漂移有非常好的补偿效果,并指出增加存储电容值和驱动TFT的宽长比可有效提高OLED电流的保持能力。     

类氢氖基态电离势随等离子体温度密度的变化

采用自洽场离子球模型,研究类氢氖基态1s的电离势随等离子体电子温度及电子密度的变化规律,计算得到基态电离势的百分偏移量随等离子体电子密度的变化关系,拟合结果表明两者的对数值满足很好的线性关系.该结果对计算等离子体电离态分布及光谱模拟具有一定意义.     

基于多峰高斯拟合的分布式拉曼测温系统设计与应用

针对温感区域长度小于空间分辨率导致温度测量不准确的问题,提出一种多点温度校正方案,并介绍了一种可应用于中小尺度剖面温度分布测量的装置和方法。采用基于多峰高斯拟合的方案,实现了多个测量不准确温度点的同时校正,提高了系统的温度准确度,设计了分布式拉曼测温系统样机,通过将光纤部分缠绕在PPR管上实现了中小尺度剖面温度分布测量。实验装置使2 m和1.5 m温感区域的测量准确度提高到1℃;测得冬季黄河万家寨水库冰盖厚度约为42.33 cm,与人工测量结果相差约为1.67 cm;测得36 m深河水剖面的温度约在0.32℃～0.90℃范围内波动。实验结果表明,采用该分布式拉曼测温系统能够在野外大范围监测河道流水剖面的温度分布。     

整立电杆三点吊最优吊点的研究分析

根据输电线路中杆塔施工的实际工程需要,主要研究分析了整立电杆三点吊最优吊点的确定方法,建立了整体电杆三点吊的数学模型,编制了微机软件,解决了整体电杆三点吊方案设计中的难题。
