利用自组装的毛细管电泳非接触电导检测装置建立了水杨酸(SA,羟基自由基捕获剂)及其羟基化产物2,3-二羟基苯甲酸(2,3-DHBA)和2,5-二羟基苯甲酸(2,5-DHBA)的分离测定方法。在最佳条件下10min内即可完成分离,其线性范围为0.03~15.0mg·L^-1L^-1,检出限(S/N=3)为0.01mg·L^-1,对0.7mg·L^-1混合溶液进行测定,SA、2,3-DHBA和2,5-DHBA峰面积的相对标准偏差(n=8)依次为2.9%,3.2%,3.6%。 相似文献

采用荧光光谱法和紫外光谱法研究了大黄酸铜配合物与牛血清白蛋白之间的相互作用.大黄酸铜配合物能显著猝灭牛血清白蛋白的内源荧光并以静态猝灭为主;计算了298 K和309 K温度下结合常数、结合位点,根据热力学参数判断大黄酸铜配合物与牛血清白蛋白之间具有较强的疏水作用力;依据F?rster的偶极-偶极非辐射能量转移理论,计算出大黄酸铜在蛋白质中结合位置与色氨酸残基间的距离为3.21 nm, 表明大黄酸铜的部分片段能够插入蛋白质分子内部;用同步荧光光谱和圆二色光谱技术探讨了大黄酸铜对牛血清白蛋白构象的影响. 相似文献

Recent experiments revealed the unusual strong spin effects with high spin selective transmission of electrons in double-stranded DNA. We propose a new mechanism that the strong spin effects could be understood in terms of the combination of the ehiral structure, spin-orbit coupling, and especially spin-dependent Anderson localization. The presence of chiral structure and spin-orbit coupling of DNA induce weak Fermi energy splitting between two spin polarization states. The intrinsic Anderson localization in generic DNA molecules may result in remarkable enhancement of the spin selective transport. In particular, these two spin states with energy splitting have different localization lengths. Spin up/down channel may have shorter/longer localization length so that relatively less/more spin up/down electrons may tunnel through the system. In addition, the strong length dependence of spin selectivity observed in experiments can be naturally understood. Anderson localization enhanced spin selectivity effect may provide a deeper understanding of spin-selective processes in molecular spintronics and biological systems. 相似文献

The characteristics of a blue light-emitting diode (LED) with an AlInN/GaN superlattice (SL) electron-blocking layer (EBL) are analyzed numerically. The carrier concentrations in the quantum wells, energy band diagrams, electrostatic fields, and internal quantum efficiency are investigated. The results suggest that the LED with an AlInN/GaN SL EBL has better hole injection efficiency, lower electron leakage, and smaller electrostatic fields in the active region than the LED with a conventional rectangular AlGaN EBL or a AlGaN/ GaN SL EBL. The results also indicate that the efficiency droop is markedly improved when an AlInN/GaN SL EBL is used. 相似文献

为了进一步改善羰基铁低频吸波性能,本文采用溶胶凝胶法和高能球磨法制备了BaTiO3表面改性羰基铁的复合吸波剂,并通过X射线衍射仪、SEM、EDS和矢量网络分析仪等手段对复合吸波剂的微观形貌,结构组成和吸波性能进行了分析和研究.结果表明:随球磨时间的增加,BaTiO3与羰基铁的结合形式由混合变为表面吸附,介电常数显著增大,磁导率略微增加,低频段阻抗匹配性能及电磁波衰减能力得到提升.当球磨时间为2h复合吸波剂在3.2 GHz处反射率达到-15.5 dB.通过BaTiO3对羰基铁表面改性能够调节介电常数并显著提升材料的低频吸波性能. 相似文献

研究了在木素氧化酶催化的体系下,木素前驱物松柏醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷-[α-13C]与废水中可溶性木素的聚合反应方法.应用了凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定了聚合产物的相对分子量,GPC测定的结果表明相对分子质量也明显增大,相对分子质量Mn由326提高到1 068.采用了13C同位素示踪技术,并结合红外光谱、核磁共振技术探讨了松柏醇葡萄糖苷与废水中木素的聚合产物的化学结构.碳-13同位素示踪结合13C NMR的测定结果表明:木素前驱物松柏醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷能与废水中木素形成聚合产物,主要连接方式有β-O-4、β-β、β-5和β-1等,产物中松柏醇结构含量也比较高,低分子水溶性木素聚合为相对分子质量较大的木素而沉淀析出,因而用在制浆造纸废水处理时,可以有效降低废水中可溶性难降解的木素含量,使废水的污染负荷降低,并提高可生化降解性. 相似文献

采用高压消化罐在较低温度下进行缓慢样品消化,减少了消化过程中微量元素的损失.用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了野生元蘑和珍珠菇中钙、钠、钾、镁、锰、钡、铁、钴、锗、铜等微量元素的含量,并比较了湿法消化的结果,两种方法无显著性差异.方法的相对标准偏差在0.28%~2.96%之间,回收率在96.4%~104.0%之间. 相似文献

Blue InGaN light-emitting diodes (LEDs) with a conventional electron blocking layer (EBL), a common n-A1GaN hole blocking layer (HBL), and an n-A1GaN HBL with gradual A1 composition are investigated numerically, which involves analyses of the carrier concentration in the active region, energy band diagram, electrostatic field, and internal quantum efficiency (IQE). The results indicate that LEDs with an n-AIGaN HBL with gradual AI composition exhibit better hole injection efficiency, lower electron leakage, and a smaller electrostatic field in the active region than LEDs with a conven tional p-A1GaN EBL or a common n-A1GaN HBL. Meanwhile, the efficiency droop is alleviated when an n-A1GaN HBL with gradual A1 composition is used. 相似文献
