一类新型水溶性膦配体及其钠盐的合成

在温和的反应条件下,以季Lin盐[Ph2P(CH2OH)2]^ Cl^-与含醚键和有机膦酸根的胺H2O3PCH2N CH2-CH2（OCH2CH2）nNH2(n=1,2,3)的曼尼希反应,高产率合成了含Ph2PCH2N=配位基团的水溶性膦配体,用NMR、MS、IR、UV和光电子能谱等对其结构进行了表征。     

硫酸钡史光比浊法测定机理的探讨

在文献[1]的试验结果基础上对硫酸钡光度比浊法的测定条件与产生沉淀的形成溶胶稳定的因素,如波长的选择,稳定剂的作用,沉淀反应条件与浊度的关系等在机理方面作了分析和探讨。     

[（2—砷酸基苯基）偶氮]—8氨基喹啉与钴的显色反应研究

在pH7．8－9．5的硼砂缓冲溶液中,在CTMAB的存在下,钴（Ⅱ）与新显色剂（2－胂酸基苯基偶氮）－8－氨基喹啉（o－APAQ）反应生成蓝 绿色络合物,在610nm处有吸收峰。显色剂本身在此条件下的吸收峰位于450nm处,对比度（△λ）达160nm。显色反应须在70－80℃的水浴中加热10min完成,可稳定至少12h,对常见的共存离子作了干扰试验,将此反应用于．维生素V12注射液及废水中微量钴的光度测定。经试验 测定的准确度和精密度较满意。     

测定Cu—Al—O复合物催化剂表面酸碱性的微量热法

以NH3－CO2作探针分子,采用微量热法测定Cu-Al－O复合物催化剂的表面酸碱性,实验结果表明,样品的酸中心强度顺序是：0．5CAO＞CAO＞2CAO（0．5CAO,CAO,2CAO分别表示复合物中n(Cu)/n(Al)为0．5,1和2）,而碱中心强度顺序是,0．5CAO＜CAO＜2CAO。该法测定Cu-Al-O复合物表面酸碱中心的强度和密度,不受样品颜色限制,操作方便,准确度高,是用于测定固体催化剂表面酸碱性的一种较理想的定量方法。     

HYDROGENATION OF NITROBENZENE TO FORM ANILINE IN LIQUID PHASE AT ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE

Aromatic amine compounds and their derivatives are important intermediates of fine chemicals like dye and medicine.The former hydrogenation catalyst has many problems,such as environment pollution caused by old technology,strict reaction condtion,complicated equipment,bad property of catalyst and so on.Holy ^[1] firstly reported the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene on modified polystyrene Pd catalyst.But how to improve the activity,selectivity and stability of the polymer suppoorter catalyst needs to studyfurther.We prepared a series of polymer supported catalysts by the methods of adsorption and mechanical mixting ,selected a high active catalyst Pd-Ah-1 by observing the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene.     

ELECTRODIALYTIC PRODUCTION OPF HYPOPHOSPHOROUS ACID

Disclosed is a method of preparing hypophosphorous acid comprising contacting an insoluble anode with an aqueous solution of hypophosphite anions and applying a direct current through the insoluble anode to a cathode in electrical contact with the equeous solution to generate H^+ ions in the aqueous solution thereby forming a hypophosphorous acid solution.The process is simple,low cost and high efficient,which can be tied into an existing process for producing sodium hypophosphite wherein the product of sodium hypophosphite process is used as a starting material in the hypop[hosphorous acid process.     

A NOVEL METAL CHELATE AFFINITY ADSORBENT FOR PROTEIN UPTAKE

In this article,a spherical chitosan gel crosslinked by epichlorohydrin was prepared.It was then loaded with copper ions to produce a metal chelate affinity adsorbent for protein.The uptake of bovine serum albumin(BSA)by the affinity adsorbent was investigated.and the adsorption capacity for BSA as high as 40mg/g-wet beads was observed.The adsorption equilibrium data was well correlated by the Langmuir equation.The adsorption was considerably affected by pH.In additio.The amount of BSA adsorbed onto the beads decreased with the increasing of aqueous phase ionic strength,so adsorbed BAS can be desorbed by adjusting pH orionic strength of the solution.     

硫酸氢钠催化合成羧酸环已酯

硫酸氢钠能够代替硫酸作为酯化作用的催化剂。研究了一水硫酸氢钠催化丙酸环已酯的反应条件。当mol羧酸：mol环已醇:mol硫酸氢钠=2.3:0.07,以环已烷为溶剂,合成了甲酸环已酯,乙酸环已酯、丙酸环已酯和丁酸环已酯,疏经为77.9%-89.0%。     

光诱导纳米二氧化钛超新水薄膜SPM图像分析和氧空位浓度理论探讨

选用典型的二氧化钛纳米超亲水薄膜,用扫描探针显微镜（SPM）和电化学测试系统进行了一般性的表征。着重运用固体化学和纳米力学的原理,对SPM图像、氧空位浓度和超亲水性的机理进行理论分析;进一步解释了作者于1999年底提出的,与润湿性能有关的二氧化钛缺陷生成反应方程、普通表面物理模型、两憎（amphiphobic)表面概念和材料表面设计问题。     

6，6‘—二甲氧基—4，5，4’,5‘—二亚甲基二氧基—2，2’—联苯二甲酸二甲酯及其衍生物的合成研究

以没食子酸为原料经酯化、醚化、区域选择性硝化、还原、Sanmeyer及分子间Ulmann耦合等反应以较高产率合成6,6‘-二甲氧基-4,5,4‘,5‘-二亚甲基二氧基-2,2‘-联苯二甲酸二甲酯（β-联苯双酸,β-DDB）,并对其进行衍生化,得到5个β-DDB的衍生物,用IR,^1H NMR和MS等鉴定了其结构,使用手性柱对β-DDB进行拆分得到了两个对映异体,利用圆二色谱确定了它们的立体构型。
