光合色素分子吸附膜的非线性增强效应

吸附在光学表面上的细菌叶绿素和藻兰素生物分子膜.在基波(λ=1.06μm)激光作用下,观察到谐波效应.文中对藻兰素只产生三次谐波而不产生二次谐波做了分析.     

Lifetimes of Excited Levels in ^131Ce

The fusion-evaporation reaction ^116Sn (^19F, p3n)^131 Ce at projectile energy of 95 MeV is used to populate high spin states in ^131Ce. The de-exciting γ-rays are detected in γ-γ coincidence measurement with Compton-suppressed BGO-HPGe detectors. Level lifetimes of ^131 Ce were determined by using the Doppler shift attenuation method.The experimental results indicate that collectivity of ^131 Ce is reduced relative to that of ^130Ce and it follows that deformation decreases with increase of the neutron number on the basis of systematic comparison of transition quadrupole moments for the light cerium isotopes.     

Finite-size effect and Kondo screening effect in an A-B ring with a quantum dot

The properties of the ground state of a closed dot－ring system with a magnetic flux in the Kondo regime are studied theoretically by means of a one-impurity Anderson Hamiltonian. The Hamiltonian is solved by means of the slave-boson mean-field theory. It is shown that at T=0, a suppressed Kondo effect exists in this system even when the mean level spacing of electrons in the ring is larger than the bulk Kondo temperature. The physical quantities depend sensitively on both the parity of the system and the size of the ring; the rich physical behaviour can be attributed to the coexistence of both the finite-size effect and the Kondo screening effect. It is also possible to detect the Kondo screening cloud by measuring the persistent current or the zero field impurity susceptibility χ_{imp} directly in future experiments.     

Analytical Solution and Production of Coherent State of the Generalized Dissipative Two-Mode Optical System

We obtain the analytical solution to the master equation in the photon number representation by using algebraic dynamical method in the nonautonomous case. Based on the solution we find that a two-mode coherent sate can be produced within dissipative background, and the averaged photon number for each mode is related to the damping constant, external field amplitude and coupling constant between two modes.     

Structural Stability of CaCuMn6O12 under High Pressure and Low Temperature

In situ high pressure energy-dispersive x-ray synchrotron radiation diffraction and resistance experiments are carried out on CaCuMn6O12. Its crystal structure is stable in the measured pressure range. The equation of state of CaCuMn6O12 is obtained from the V/Vo - P relationship （V and Vo are the volumes at pressure P and at atmosphere）. The bulk modulus Bo is calculated based on the Birch-Murnaghan equation. Low temperature x-ray diffraction shows no phase transition occurring down to 160K.     

Efficient top-emitting white organic light emitting device with an extremely stable chromaticity and viewing-angle

In this paper,we report on the fabrication of a top-emitting electrophosphorescent p-i-n white organic lightemitting diode on the basis of a low-reflectivity Sm/Ag semi-transparent cathode together with a thickness-optimized ZnS out-coupling layer.With a 24-nm out-coupling layer,the reflectivity of the cathode is reduced to 8% at 492 nm and the mean reflectivity is 24% in the visible area.By introducing an efficient electron blocking layer tris(1phenylpyrazolato,N,C2 ’)iridium(III)(Ir(ppz) 3) to confine the exciton recombination area,the current efficiency and the colour stability of the device are effectively improved.A white emission with the Ir(ppz) 3 layer exhibits a maximum current efficiency of 9.8 cd/A at 8 V,and the Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage(CIE) chromaticity coordinates are almost constant during a large voltage change of 6 V-11 V.There is almost no viewing angular dependence in the spectrum when the viewing angle is no more than 45,with a CIE x,y coordinate variation of only(±0.0025,±0.0008).Even at a large viewing angle(75),the CIE x,y coordinate change is as small as(±0.0087,±0.0013).     

一种时序逻辑网络的快速设计方法

引用1984年尹克震提出的“开关函数的反演公式”,采用伪随机序列技术的思想,提出移位寄存器型时序逻辑网络的一种快速设计方法。     

Ce偶-偶同位素低激发态性质的IBM2描述

通过考虑同类核子相干对间的四极相互作用，在IBM2中对Ce偶－偶同位素^128Ce-^138Ce的低激发态能谱和E2跃迁几率及分支比进行了理论分析，计算结果有效地改善了IBM中这些核的γ带能谱的Staggering现象描述，与实验观察到的低激发态结果基本一致。

通过考虑同类核子相干对Ｓρ、Ｄρ间的四极相互作用，在ＩＢＭＺ中对Ｘｅ偶一偶同位素１１６Ｘｅ—１３２Ｘｅ的低激发态能谱和Ｅ２跃过几率进行了理论分析．计算结果有效地改善了ＩＢＭ中这些核的准γ带能谱的Ｓｔａａｓｅｒｉｎｇ现象，较精确地描述了实验观察到的低激发态的性质．     

基于多模态PID的曳引机驱动控制系统设计

曳引机的驱动控制系统是垂直升降电梯的关键设备,对电梯性能具有重要影响,具有较大的研究价值。对一种基于多模态PID控制的永磁同步曳引机电梯驱动控制系统进行了研究。给出了曳引机驱动控制系统的总体设计方案,将系统分为主控模块、驱动模块和信号采集模块进行设计并介绍了各模块硬件电路的设计。针对曳引机控制采用了电流、速度双闭环控制算法,给出了主控制器DSP的软件流程设计,并对速度环采用的多模态PID控制算法进行了研究。在电梯公司的试验塔对设计的驱动控制系统进行现场调试,调试结果表明电梯在高、中、低速下都能够良好地跟踪给定的S型速度曲线,且超调量较小,稳态误差较小,可以满足电梯控制的性能指标要求。
