Wideband digitally tunable lasers based on fiber bragg grating external cavity array and 1×N optical switch

A novel wideband digitally tunable laser based on fiber Bragg grating external cavities and 1×N opticalswitch provides 5 ms fast tuning time with output power more than 1 dBm over whole C-band that is onlylimited by the laser emission bandwidth. Less than 50 pm wavelength drift over-10 to 55℃ temperaturerange make that the wavelength locker and monitor are not necessary in this tunable laser.     

308nmXeCl准分子激光双侧面对称泵浦之形腔染料激光器研究

描述了用３０８ｎｍＸｅＣｌ准分子激光双侧面对称泵浦之形腔染料激光器，重点探讨了这种激光器的输出光束质量改善问题，实验发现这种双侧面对称泵浦较传统的横向泵浦，光束质量有较好的改善，对于２×１０－３ｍｏｌ／ｌ浓度的ｃｏｕｍａｒｉｎ４６０染料甲醇溶液，在波长４６０ｎｍ处，实验得到１１．７％的能量转换效率     

具有染病者输入的离散SIR传染病模型分析

引入相应的概率建立了具有染病者输入的离散SIR传染病模型,确定了决定其动力学性态的阂值.在阈值之下模型仅存在无病平衡点,且无病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的;在阈值之上模型是一致持续的,有唯一的地方病平衡点存在,且地方病平衡点是局部渐近稳定的.     

Pressure-induced phase transitions of multiferroic BiFeO3

Pressure-induced phase transitions of multiferroic BiFeO3 have been investigated using synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction with diamond anvil cell technique at room temperature. Present experimental data clearly show that rhombohedral （R3c） phase of BiFeO3 first transforms to monoclinic （C2/m） phase at 7 GPa, then to orthorhombic （Pnma） phase at 11 GPa, which is consistent with recent theoretical ab initio calculation. However, we observe another peak at 2θ=7° in the pressure range of 5-7 GPa that has not been reported previously. Further analysis reveals that this reflection peak is attributed to the orthorhombic （Pbam） phase, indicating the coexistance of monoclinic phase with orthorhombic phase in low pressure range.

Comparison of Proton Shower Developments in the BGO Calorimeter of the Dark Matter Particle Explorer between GEANT4 and FLUKA Simulations

The DArk Matter Particle Explorer(DAMPE) is a satellite-borne detector for high-energy cosmic rays and y-rays. To fully understand the detector performance and obtain reliable physical results, extensive simulations of the detector are necessary. The simulations are particularly important for the data analysis of cosmic ray nuclei, which relies closely on the hadronic and nuclear interactions of particles in the detector material. Widely adopted simulation softwares include the GEANT4 and FLUKA,...     

kA级脉冲电流注入环的电路建模与分析北大核心CSCD

为满足kA级脉冲电流注入应用需求,设计了一种基于非晶磁芯的电流注入环,其初级线圈采用线缆直接引出的方式,有效解决了传统注入环N型电缆接头耐压不足的问题。之后根据注入环结构建立了其电路模型,并应用粒子群优化算法确定了模型参数值。频域和时域的验证实验表明,仿真结果和实验结果具有较好的一致性,验证了该电路模型的可靠性和正确性。对注入环的实际应用场景进行了仿真分析,结果表明该电流注入环可满足实际应用中kA级脉冲电流注入的需求。     

Dynamics and near-optimal control in a stochastic rumor propagation model incorporating media coverage and Lévy noise

The appearance of rumors intensifies people's panic and affects social stability. How to control the spread of rumors has become an important issue which is worth studying. In order to more accurately reflect the actual situation in the real world, a stochastic model incorporating media coverage and Lévy noise is proposed to describe the dynamic process of rumor propagation. By introducing two control strategies of popular science education and media coverage in an emergency event, an near-optimal control problem that minimizes the influence and control cost of rumor propagation is proposed. Sufficient conditions for near-optimal control of the model are established by using a Hamiltonian function. Then the necessary conditions for near-optimal control are obtained by using the Pontryagin maximum principle. Finally, the effect of popular science education, media coverage and Lévy noise on rumor propagation process control is verified by numerical simulation.     

用ARUPS和HREELS研究GaP(111)面的表面态

本文利用角分辨紫外光电子能谱(ARUPS)和高分辨率电子能量损失谱(HREELS)研究Ar⁺刻蚀退火处理的GaP(111)面表面态。发现与P原子悬挂键有关的本征满表面态在Г点位于价带顶下0.6eV处,而缺陷引入的空表面态位于价带顶上1.1eV处(Г点)。空表面态引起n型样品表面能带发生1.36eV弯曲。
