Long—Range Effects on the Pyroelectric Coefficient of Ferroelectric Superlattice

Long-range effects on the pyroelectric coefficient of a ferroelectric superlattice consisting of two different ferroelectric materials are investigated based on the transverse Ising model.The effects of the interfacial coupling and the thickness of one period on the pyroelectric coefficient of the ferroelectric superlattics are studied by taking into account the long-range interaction.It is found that with the increase of the strength of the long-range interaction,the pyroelectric coefficient decreases when the temperature is lower than the phase transition temperature;the mumber of the pyroelectric peaks decreases gradually and the phase transition temperature increases,It is also found that with the decrease of the interfacial coupling and the thickness of one period.the phase transition temperature and the number of the pyroelectric peaks decrease.     

基于图像传感器在线铁谱仪的实验研究

介绍了一种新型在线铁谱仪的原理，性能和试验结果，该仪器通过DSP计算遮光面积百分比，磨损指数以及分类特征大磨粒，能够判断被监测机器的磨损状态并预报异常磨损，试验结果表明，所研制的仪器能较好地满足在线磨损检测的要求。     

Atomic Magnetic Lattices and Their Applications

We propose a novel scheme to construct one-,two- or three-dimensional (1D,2D or 3D) atomic magnetic lattices by using various arrays of microscopic magnetic traps,which are composed of some arrays of current-carrying wires.The magnetic field distributions from 1D,2D and 3D arrays of the current-carrying wires are calculated,and some interesting and periodic magnetic microstructures are found.Our study shows that these magnetic lattices may be used to prepare 1D,2D or 3D photonic crystals and so on.     

层次分析法参数化的随机模型

建立了层次分析法参数化的随机模型，通过计算难度系数，得出权向量，从而有利于广泛应用且真实可靠。     

压电复合材料层合板自适应结构的振动控制

本文针对板壳型自适应结构,研究了压电材料作为作动器的自适应结构的振动控制。利用四节点压电复合材料层合板单元进行自适应结构的有限元动力分析;采用模态控制方法,将结构的各阶模态的阻尼比作为控制目标,并以此计算出各压电片的控制电压,达到控制结构振动的目的。算例给出了数值计算的结果。     

锡青铜基自润滑材料的摩擦学特性研究

采用粉末冶金自由烧结工艺制备出锡青铜基自润滑复合材料,对该类复合材料的力学性能与摩擦磨损特性进行了研究,从固体润滑剂角度就其室温与450℃自润滑机理进行了分析与探讨。研究结果表明,该类材料在室温至450℃温度范围内具有良好的机械性能与磨擦磨损特性。XRD分析结果显示：在室温下磨损表面形成的含石墨、Pb和SnO2的复合膜是其具有润滑性能的主要原因;在高温下则由石墨、Pb2O3和CuO组成的复合膜起主要润滑作用。     

干摩擦条件下WC增强Cu—Mn—Ni复合涂层的磨损性能研究

通过钎焊工艺在 45 # 钢表面沉积WC颗粒增强Cu -Mn -Ni复合涂层 ,考察了WC颗粒尺寸及含量对WC/Cu-Mn -Ni复合涂层耐磨性能的影响 .实验结果表明 :在给定的试验条件下 ,当WC颗粒质量分数为 30 %而平均粒径为 15 0 μm时 ,复合涂层的耐磨性最佳 ;WC颗粒对复合涂层磨损过程及磨损机制具有显著的影响 ,磨损机理表现为表面微突体间相互滑动产生塑性变形、粘着、脆性剥落及犁削     

一种微静电开关系统的非线性动力学

在微型电子机械（MEMS）中，存在着多种非线性因素，诸如：几何非线性、静电力的非线性以及空气阻力的非线性等，它们严重影响着微机械系统的行为。对于一种具有典型结构的微静电开关，考虑机械、静电、挤压气隙三部分的因素，导出了系统单自由度非线性运动方程（保留到三阶非线性），用数值方法分析了静电激励变化导致的分岔，发现倍周期分岔、逆倍周期分岔广泛存在于该类系统中。
