THE EFFECTS OF SUPPRESSIVE ACTIVITIES MEDIATED BY CELLS ON THE PROTECTION OF FETUS AGAINST MATERNAL IMMUNE REJECTION

Using both mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) and graft-versus-host reaction (GVHR) assays, investigations have been made on 60 multiparous mice of late pregnancy, derived from C57BL mating with SWI as well as C57BL mating with BGI. The results demonatrate the presence of suppressor cells both in uterus-draining-lymphnodes (DLN) and in spleen of allogeneie pregnant mice. The suppressive immune regulatory activity mediated by these cells might play an important role in the successful maintenance of fetus allograft. The possible mechanisms about the inducing of the changes in lymphocyte subpopulation are also studied in this paper.     

细胞介导的抑制效应在防止抗胎免疫反应中的作用

本文采用 GVHR和 MLR两项实验方法,对 C57BL×BG1(H-2~b×H-2~k)和C57BL×SW1(H-2~b×H-2~?)两种交配组合的60只经产妊娠小鼠进行研究.证实同种妊娠小鼠的子宫引流淋巴结和脾脏中都存在着抑制细胞,由这些细胞介导的抑制性免疫调节效应可能在成功地保护胎儿同种移植物免受排斥中起重要作用.本文还对淋巴细胞亚群发生的这种改变的机理进行了初步探讨。     

强激光远场焦斑重构算法研究

通过CCD图像采集单元结合传统的列阵相机测量高功率固体激光器的远场焦斑分布,采用图像处理技术的边缘算子提取焦斑的几何中心,提出通过几何中心对心的焦斑嵌套重构算法,解决了光斑饱和时的对心难题,实现了快捷准确测量激光焦斑,为激光器的实时控制提供参考数据。     

北京自由电子激光最近进展──实现饱和振荡

北京自由电子激光(BFEL)装置于1993年底在10.68μm处实现了饱和振荡.输出激光能量为3mJ,饱和平顶宽度2μs.对应饱和振荡平均功率为210kW(宏脉冲),峰值功率约为20MW,比自发辐射高8个量级,单程小讯号净增益为24%,转换效率为0.45%,与理论预期结果相符.光束质量接近衍射极限.目前装置可工作于9-11μm.     

石油醚在流体静高压下的超声声速、衰减、密度和绝热压缩系数

 专门设计了用脉冲-回波-重合法在不同静水压下测量液体声速的装置，并对石油醚在0.1~650 MPa流体静压力范围内测量了其超声声速和衰减系数。还通过测量体积压缩量和质量得到石油醚密度ρ随流体静压力的变化。最后，给出了石油醚的绝热压缩系数β与流体静压力的关系。     

中心单Poisson代数

确定了特征0的代数闭域上与局部有限导子相关的中心单Poisson代数的结构. 这些Poisson代数的Lie代数结构一般来说不是有限阶化的.     

Efficient three-step entanglement concentration for an arbitrary four-photon cluster state

We propose an entanglement concentration protocol to concentrate an arbitrary partially-entangled four-photon cluster state.As a pioneering three-step entanglement concentration scheme,our protocol only needs a single-photon resource to assist the concentration in each step,which makes this protocol more economical.With the help of the linear optical elements and weak cross-Kerr nonlinearity,one can obtain a maximally-entangled cluster state via local operations and classical communication.Moreover,the protocol can be iterated to obtain a higher success probability and is feasible under current experimental conditions.     

HIRFL-CSRe二极铁积分磁场测量

 介绍了兰州重力加速器冷却储存环实验环二极磁铁积分长线圈测磁装置的构成,描述了实验环二极铁的分散性测量、横向分布测量、传递函数等测量内容及测量方法。实验环二极铁采用不断地加减硅钢铁片垫补和加调整线圈电流的方法来调整二极磁铁的有效长度来改变分散性。通过垫补和测量,二极磁铁的分散性在优化磁场时达到±2×10^-4。同时给出了二极铁的横向分布和传递函数的测量结果。对二极铁的设计和加工进行了修正。     

Studies on Nd:YAG Single-pass Amplifiers for High-power Q-switched Laser System

The output of Nd∶YAG single-pass laser amplifiers is studied analytically and experimentally. Methods of analysis for single-pass Nd∶YAG laser amplifier are presented. A flashlamp-pumped Q-switched Nd∶YAG oscillator/amplifier laser system has been developed with the average output power of 121.5 W.
