含苯并噻唑基团的2,3,4-三甲氧基苯乙酮肟酯新化合物合成及抗癌活性

一系列含苯并噻唑基团的2,3,4-三甲氧基苯乙酮肟酯衍生物通过肟与酰氯在碱性介质中反应得到，其结构经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱确认。MTT法生物活性测试结果表明这些化合物有一定抗癌活性，化合物6c和6d还对PDGF诱导的NIH 3T3细胞ERK磷酸化有一定抑制活性。

超声辐射下O,O'-二正丁基-α-(4-三氟甲基苯胺基)-2-氟苯基膦酸酯的合成与晶体结构

采用BF₃•Et₂O催化和45 kHz超声辐射下亚磷酸丁酯与邻氟苯甲醛、对三氟甲基苯胺在78～80 ℃, 无溶剂条件下进行类 Mannich 反应, 0.5 h即可以较高收率获得目标化合物α-氨基膦酸酯(4), 其结构经元素分析, ¹H NMR, IR及MS确认. 对化合物晶体结构进行X衍射分析, 结果表明化合物属单斜晶系, 空间群P2(1)/c, 晶胞参数a＝1.348(4) nm, b＝1.734(4) nm, c＝1.099(3) nm, α＝90°, β＝109.71(4)°, γ＝90°, V＝2.417(11) nm³, Z＝4, D_c＝1.268 g/m³, μ＝0.166 mm^－1, F(000)＝968.     

C_（60）－PNVC光电导功能材料的形态与结构研究

用高分辨~（１３）Ｃ核磁共振技术与扫描电镜法研究了Ｃ_（６０）修饰的聚乙烯咔唑（ＰＮＶＣ）光电导功能材料。结果表明，Ｃ_（６０）与ＰＮＶＣ共混时彼此间存在快速动态电荷转移行为；Ｃ_（６０）含量对化学修饰的ＰＮＶＣ结构影响显著。最后比较了Ｃ_（６０），ＰＮＶＣ及用金属有机化学法制备Ｃ_（６０）－ＰＮＶＣ共聚物的亚微观形态结构差异。

奇异杂交边界点方法求解泊松方程

As a boundary-type meshless method,the singular hybrid boundary node method(SHBNM)is based on the modified variational principle and the moving least square(MLS)approximation,so it has the advantages of both boundary element method(BEM)and meshless method.In this paper,the dual reciprocity method(DRM)is combined with SHBNM to solve Poisson equation in which the solution is divided into particular solution and general solution.The general solution is achieved by means of SHBNM,and the particular solution is approximated by using the radial basis function(RBF).Only randomly distributed nodes on the bounding surface of the domain are required and it doesn't need extra equations to compute internal parameters in the domain.The postprocess is very simple.Numerical examples for the solution of Poisson equation show that high convergence rates and high accuracy with a small node number are achievable.

An environmentally benign and efficient process for the preparation of 3-（substituted methylthio）-4-phenyl-5- （3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl）-4H-1,2,4-triazole was achieved by the reaction of 4-phenyl-5-（3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl）- 4H- 1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol with different halides in aqueous media mediated by indium trichloride in high yields.
