Rapid,simple and selective determination of 2,4-dinitrophenol by molecularly imprinted spin column extraction coupled with fluorescence detection

A rapid, simple and selective method based on molecularly imprinted, spin column extraction coupled with fluorescence detection was successfully established for the determination of 2,4-dinitrophenol in serum samples. The 2,4-dinitrophenol imprinted polymers exhibited highly selective recognition for the template molecule and the maximum adsorption capacity was 138.9 mg/g. The results indicated that when water is used as the loading solution, only 2,4-dinitrophenol could be adsorbed on the spin column without the remaining structural analogs（2-nitrophenol, 4-nitrophenol and phenol）. After eluting with acetonitrile/acetic acid（9/1, v/v）, 2,4-dinitrophenol in serum samples could be determined by using the fluorescence spectrometer, based on the fluorescence enhancement of fluorescein by the template molecule. Under the optimal conditions, the spiked recovery ranged from 95.8% to 103.4% and the detection limit was 1 nmol/L. The results confirmed the reliability and practicality of the protocol and revealed a good perspective of this method for biological sample analysis.     

流动注射光度法快速测定海水中的COD_(Mn)

采用流动注射光度法对海水化学需氧量(CODMn,高锰酸盐指数)进行快速测定。实验以KMnO4作氧化剂,淀粉-KI作显色剂,葡萄糖作标准物质;对流动注射分析流路进行了设计,优化了反应圈长度、反应温度、反应物浓度、进样量、泵速等实验条件;并通过自动加热装置对反应器进行在线加热;在最优条件下,测定方法的线性范围为0~6mg·L-1(实际需氧量),最低检出限为0.13mg·L-1,实际海水测定时加标回收率在96%~104%范围内,对1mg·L-1的COD标准溶液进行了11次连续测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.88%。该方法操作简单、方便、灵敏度高,用于海水实际样品分析时,其测定值与国标法测定值一致。

1引言近年来,我国人造金刚石的产量和应用有了很大的发展。以现有的人造金刚石合成技术,通常以Fe,Ni,Co,Mn等元素组成的合金作为触媒,这使人造金刚石中极易残留这些金属组成的包裹体。诸多研究表明,包裹体含量和分布情况对人造金刚石的性能有着重要影响[1]。经查阅文献,已有使用X射线荧光光谱法对人造金刚石中杂质元素含量进行半定量分析的报道[2]。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)被广泛应用于岩矿、土壤样品中多元素分析[3]。本实验以在大气气氛中高温灰化和混合酸对样品进行前处理,采用ICP-AES测定人造金刚石中Fe,Co,Ni和Mn。本方法操作简便,处理效果良好。     

用于柴油车尾气消除反应(NH3-SCR)的八元环沸石分子筛研究进展

基于逆卷积神经网络的等离子体辐射分布断层重建方法

发展了一种基于逆卷积神经网络的图像级重建方法用于聚变等离子体辐射分布的断层反演.通过引入结构相似度(SSIM)作为损失函数,该方法在模拟数据实验中表现出了较好的重建效果.模拟实验结果表明,在弦积分信号噪声强度为10％、15％及20％时,该方法的重建结果依然具有良好的精确度和鲁棒性.     

Synthesis,Bioactivity Evaluation,3D-QSAR,and Molecular Docking of Novel Pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as Potential Fungicides Targeting Succinate Dehydrogenase

To screen novel antifungal agents targeting the succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),a series of pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides were rationally designed,synthesized,and characterized under the guidance of the structures of succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors(SDHIs).Bioassay results in vitro indicated that most of the target compounds exhibited excellent activity against Rhizoctonia solani(R.solani),Fusarium graminearum(F.graminearum),Botrytis cinerea(B.cinerea)and Colletotrichum capsica(C.cinerea).Compounds 7d,7l,7t and 7x were identified as the most promoting candidates,and their anti-F.graminearum EC50 values were as low as 0.56,0.47,0.46 and 0.49μg/mL,respectively,presenting the similar antifungal activity as that of the commonly used fungicide carbendazim(0.43μg/mL).The 3D-QSAR models were built for a systematic structure-activity relationship profile to explore more potent pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as novel fungicides.Molecular docking of 7d,7l and 7r with SDH was performed to reveal the binding modes in active pocket and analyze the interactions between the molecules and the SDH protein.

Graphene-nickel nitride hybrids supporting palladium nanoparticles for enhanced ethanol electrooxidation

Electrocatalysts for ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR)are generally limited by their poor durability because of the catalyst poisoning induced by the reaction intermediate carbon monoxide(CO).Therefore,the rapid oxidation removal of CO intermediates is crucial to the durability of EOR-based catalysts.Herein,in order to effectively avoiding the catalyst CO poisoning and improve the durability,the graphene-nickel nitride hybrids(AG-Ni₃N)were designed for supporting palladium nanoparticles(Pd/AG-Ni₃N)and then used for ethanol electrooxidation.The density functional theory(DFT)calculations demonstrated the introduction of AG-Ni₃N depresses the CO absorption and simultaneously promotes the adsorption of OH species for CO oxidation removal.The fabricated Pd/AG-Ni₃N catalyst distinctively exhibits excellent electroactivity with the mass catalytic activity of 3499.5 m A mg^-1 on EOR in alkaline media,which is around 5.24 times higher than Pd/C(commercial catalyst).Notably,the Pd/AG-Ni₃N hybrids display excellent stability and durability after chronoamperometric measurements with a total operation time of 150,000 s.     

Mechanistic Studies on Propargyl Alcohol-Tethered Alkylidenecyclopropane with Aryldiazonium Salt Initiated by Visible Light

This paper discloses the reaction mechanism of two consecutive but different visible light photo-induced chain processes for the rapid construction of spirobi[indene]skeletons.The first process is triggered by a photo-induced single-electron-transfer(SET)of an electron donor-accepter(EDA)complex.The second process is initiated by a direct SET process between aryldiazonium salt and the excited allenic intermediate.In these two processes,another SET took place respectively on the in situ formed radical intermediate to realize a redox-neutral outcome.The mechanistic studies have been carried out by control experiments,kinetic and spectroscopic analyses,deuterium labeling experiments to support these two chain processes.
