SYNTHESIS AND MOLECULAR STRUCTURE OF Co（Ph2pyPO—N,O）2Cl2[Ph2pyPO=DIPHENYL（2—PYRIDYL）PHOSPHINE OXIDE]

<正> Complex Co(Ph2pyPO-N,O)2Cl2 was synthesized and its crystal and molecular structure was determined. Crystal data: Co(Ph2C5H5NPO-N,O)2Cl2, Mr = 688.4, monoclinic, space group A 2/a, a = 13.085(2), b = 11.134(3), c = 21.769(4)A,β=102.29(1)°,Z = 4, V = 3098.6 A3, DC = 1.476 g/cm3, final R= 0.049 and Rw=0.057 for 2804 independent reflections. The cobalt atom in the title molecules is coordinated by two chlorine atoms and two nitrogen and two oxygen atoms from the two phosphine oxide ligands, forming a distorted octahedron.     

Interaction of Fluorocarbon Containing Hydrophobically Mdified Polyelectrolyte with Nonionic Surfactants

The interaction of fluorocarbon containing hydrophobically modified polyelectrolyte(FMPAANa) with two kinds of nonionic surfactants(hydrogenated and fluorinated)in a semidilute (0.5wt%) aqueous solution had been studied by rheological measurements,Association behavior was found in both systems.The hydrophobic interaction of FMPAANa with fluorinated surfactant(FC171) is much stronger than that with hydrogenated surfactant(NP7.5) at low surfactoant concentrations.The interaction is strengthened by surfactants being added for the density of active junctions increased.Whereas distinct phenomena for FC171 and NP7.5 start to be found as the surfactants added over their respective certain concentration.The interaction of polyelectrolyte with fluorinated surfactant increases dramatical ly while that with hydrogenated surfactant decreases.     

SYNTHESIS AND MOLECULAR STRUCTURE OF METHYL 1—BENZYL—6—PHENYLPIPERIDIN—2—ONE—5—CARBOXYLATE

<正> C20H21NO3,Mr=323.39,monoclinic, space group P21, a= 7. 338(2), b=15. 419(3),c=7. 515(1)A,β=95.98(1)°,V= 845. 7(2)A3,Dm(flotation in aq. KL)=1.267,Dx(Z=2)=1.270gcm-3,λ(MoKα)=0.71069A,μ=0.08cm-1,F(000)=344,T=295°K,final RF=0. 042 for 1651 observed reflections. The title compound was synthesized and established as the trans isomer, with the phenyl and carbomethoxy substituents occupying pseudo-axial and axial positions, respectively, of the piperidin-2-one ring in a half-chair conformation.     

SEPARATION AND PURIFICATION OF LIGNIN BY MEANS OF ION EXCHANGE PROCESS

The effect of resin structure on desalination of lignin solution was investigated,the optimal structure of resin is as follows;cross linking degree as 4%,ratio of cationogen to anionogen is near 1.with such resin the desalination of lignin was produced very well because the resin has both molecule sieving and ion retardation properties.The sulfonation degress of lignin and total salt content of lignin solution were determinred with ion exchange technique,the relative error less than 1%.The salt content of small molecule in the lignin solution was calculated from sulfonation degree of lignin and total salt.Among gel and macroporous resins the best separation of lignin from reducing sugar was achieved with interpenetrating sulfonated resin 2&#215;1.5&#215;1.The separation of lignin with interpenetrating resin was carried out simultaneously with fractionation of lignin,the effect of fractionation with macroporous sulfonated resin is better than that with interpenetrating resin,but the former has a definite sorption of lignin which decreased the recovery of lignin.     

Two New Steroidal Glycosides from Fermented Leaves of Agave americana

Two new spirostanol glycosides named agamenoside A and B, ere isolated from the fermented leaves of Agave americana. Their structures were elucidated as (23S,25R)-5α-spirostan-3β,6α，23－triol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside(1) and (25R)-5α-spiro-stan-3β,6α-diol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyra-nosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside(2) by a combination of chemical and spectral methods.

Effects of Self—coiling of Organic Molecules on Intramolecular Exciplex Formation and Fluoresscence Quenching in DX—H2O Solvent System

Effects of self-coiling of organic molecules on intramolecular exciplex formation of compound I,in which the carbazole chromophore and terephthalic acid methylester acceptor group are linked by one (CH2)10 chain,and the decrease of the fluorescence intensities of compounds Ⅱ，Ⅲ，and Ⅳ,in which the carbazole chromophore and 3,5-dinitrobenzoate are connected by one aliphatic chain of (CH2)10 (Ⅱ），（CH2）12（Ⅲ）,or (CH2)4(Ⅳ）,have been studied in the dioxane (DX)-H2O binary system.The results show that self-coiling of organic molecules in DX-H2O facilitates intramolecular exciplex formation of I and induces the decrease of fluorescence intensities of Ⅱ,bacause of the proximity effect brought about by selfcoiling of organic molecules under hydrophobic-lipophilic interaction(HLI) between the excited carbazole chromophore and the acceptor.Since the similar effects are observed even when the concentration of the probes are less than their CAgCs(critical aggregate concentrations )in the DX-H2O mixture with the same φ values,formation of the intermolecular exciplex has been excluded.The effects are found to be strongly depended on φ values,indication that they are mainly driven by HLI.The properties of the acceptors can also affect the intramolecular exciplex formation.With terephthalic acid methylester moiety as the acceptor,the carbazole chromophore exhibits the fluorescence spectra of the exciplex,while with 3,5-dinitrobenzoate moiety as the acceptor,only the fluorescence spectra of excited carbazolyl chromophore are observed.     

含呱嗪聚硅氧烷聚脲聚氨酸及其离聚物的研究

以氨丙基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷及脲键改性聚硅氧烷低聚体分别与4，4－二异氰酸酯二苯甲烷（MDI)反应，并用1，4二（2－羟乙基）－呱嗪（N）扩链，合成了一系列含氮杂环聚氨酯共聚物。产物为透明热塑性弹性体，具有良好的成膜性能和宽阔的使用温区，通过碘乙烷和γ－丙磺酸内酯对上述样品进行季铵化，合成了阳离子型及双离子型离聚物。用傅里叶红外光谱（FT－IR）、示差量热分析（DSC）、动态力学谱（DMTA）、力学性能等方面对样品进行了表征。结果表明，在聚硅氧烷中引入脲键，提高了软、硬段两相的相容性。体系中既有软段间的氢键作用又有两相间的氢键作用，从而使这类材料的杨氏模量、抗张强度和断裂伸长均明显高于相应的聚二甲基硅氧烷聚脲聚氨酯体系。
