Crystal growth and spectral properties of(Yb0.15Lu0.85xY0.85-0.85x)3Al5O12 single crystals

Four single crystals(Yb_0.15Lu_0.85xY_0.85-0.85x)₃Al₅O₁₂(x = 0, 0.25, 0.5, 1) were grown by the Czochralski method. The correlation of the host atom Lu:Y ratios with the density and the luminescence properties were revealed. The density increases linearly with increasing of Lu³⁺ content, which will improve the gamma ray cut-off ability. 硅包覆上转换纳米晶制备和表征及生物特异性标记研究

以NaYF₄为代表的上转换纳米晶作为细胞及组织标记的研究越来越热。但易团聚,水溶性、生物兼容性差,没有与生物偶联官能团等缺点限制了其应用,因而表面修饰显得尤为重要。作者通过水热和共沉淀相结合方法,制备了NaYF₄∶Yb3+, Er3+上转换纳米晶,并对其包覆二氧化硅壳层。SEM表征硅包覆前后分别为25和250 nm的单分散粒子,说明硅已成功地包覆于纳米晶表面。980 nm激光照射下,样品的PBS胶体溶液呈可视上转换绿光。上转换荧光光谱和寿命均表明二氧化硅壳层对其发光性质影响很小。圆二色谱说明蛋白分子通过戊二醛与纳米晶偶联前后的二级结构基本不变。基于硅片上的抗原抗体荧光免疫识别试验进一步验证了偶联蛋白分子的特异性,表明该上转换纳米晶适合于生物标记。     

INFLUENCE OF THE DIPOLE-DIPOLE INTERACTION BETWEEN ATOMS ON THE PHASE PROPERTIES OF LIGHT

The time evolution and the statistic characteristic of the light phase in the Tavis-Cummings (T-C) model of two identical two-level atoms coupled to a strong coherent light field are studied by means of the Pegg-Barnett phase theory. It is proved that the dipole-dipole interaction between atoms will lead to the frequency shift of light, the weakening of the degree of atom-field coupling and the restraint of light phase diffusion.     

碳-13核磁共振法研究小皮伞多糖结构

采用＾１３Ｃ核磁共振法测定和确定了小皮伞多糖中的大分子葡聚糖,葡甘聚糖等３种多糖的一级结构,这些结果与组成分析和甲基化分析结果是一致的,确定了毫克级直接用＾１３Ｃ核磁共振法分析和检测多糖结构的方法。

Temperature field at time of pulse current discharge in metal structure with elliptical embedding crack

Theoretical analysis is made on the temperature field at the time of pulse current discharge in a metal structure with an elliptical embedding crack. In finding the temperature field, analogy between the current flow through an elliptical embedding crack and the fluid flow through a barrier is made based on the similarity principle. Boundary conditions derived from this theory are introduced so that the distribution of current density and the temperature field expressions can be obtained. The study provides a theoretic basis to the applications of stopping spatial crack with electromagnetic heating.     

MKdV-Burgers方程的边界控制

在区域上利用反馈控制律研究MKdV-Burgers方程的边界控制问题．首先给出MKdV-Burgers方程在边界条件下存在局部经典解,在此基础上给出方程的解先验性估计,随后利用反馈控制律证明MKdV-Burgers方程的弱解的存在性以及解的全局指数稳定性、渐进稳定性．     

直接甲醇燃料电池阳极催化剂的新体系: 纳米TiO2-CNT-PtNi复合纳米催化剂

采用电合成前驱体Ti(OEt)₄直接水解法和电化学扫描电沉积法制备纳米TiO₂-CNT-PtNi复合纳米催化剂. 透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)测试结果表明, 纳米PtNi合金粒子(平均粒径8 nm)均匀地分散在纳米TiO₂-CNT复合膜的三维网络结构中. 通过暂态电化学方法研究表明, 复合纳米催化剂的电化学活性比表面积为90 m²/g, 对甲醇氧化具有很高的电催化活性和稳定性, 常温常压下甲醇氧化峰电位为0.67和0.44 V, 当温度为60 ℃时, 氧化峰电位负移至0.64和0.30 V, 氧化峰电流密度高达1.38 A/cm². 复合纳米催化剂对甲醇电氧化的高催化活性和稳定性可归因于多元复合纳米组分的协同催化作用, 这种作用导致CO在复合纳米催化剂上的弱吸附, 从而避免了催化剂的中毒.

ZnS晶体中浅电子陷阱对光电子衰减过程的影响

本文采用微波吸收法,测量了ZnS:Mn,Cu:I,Br粉末材料受到超短激光脉冲激发后,其光生电子和浅束缚电子的衰减过程.发现制备过程中Mn2+、Cu1、I-、Br-的掺杂量对光生导带电子的衰减过程有明显的影响.光生电子寿命是I-、Br-形成的浅施主能级和Cu+受主能级、Mn2+发光中心共同作用的结果.本文还测量了材料的热释光曲线,Cu+受主能级、Mn2+发光中心会影响热释光强度,证实I-、Br-形成电子陷阱对光生电子和浅陷阱中的电子寿命有延长作用,而Mn2+发光中心会起到缩短寿命的作用.
