本文研究了一类反应项非单调的时滞反应扩散方程组.利用上、下解方法及不动点理论获得了此系统边值问题周期解存在性的充分条件,给出了证明其周期解稳定性的方法.最后通过化学中的一个典型模型说明了所得结果的意义.  相似文献

Nonlinear optical properties of intersubband electrons in a 3-level quantum well under intense terahertz field are investigated by using a density matrix approach. The results show that the terahertz fields with different frequencies cause the distinct modulations of the intersubband absorptions. The terahertz-induced sideband and Autler--Towns splitting in the absorption spectrum are obtained, respectively for the terahertz-photon energy below and close to the transition energy between the ground and first excited state.  相似文献

We have studied the quantum transport of electrons in a three-step single-barrier AlGaAs heterostructure under electric field. Using the quantum transmitting boundary method and Tsu--Esaki approach, we have calculated the transmission coefficient and current--voltage characteristic. The difference of the effective mass among the three barriers is taken into account. Effects of the barrier width on transmission coefficient and peak-to-valley current ratios are examined. The largest peak-to-valley current ratio is obtained when the ratio of widths of the left, middle, and right barrier is fixed at 4:2:1. The calculated results may be helpful for designing devices based on three-step barrier heterostructures.  相似文献

微带超晶格在磁场和太赫兹场调控下表现出丰富而复杂的动力学行为, 研究微带电子在外场作用下的输运性质对于太赫兹器件设计与研制具有重要意义. 本文采用准经典的运动方程描述了超晶格微带电子在沿超晶格生长方向(z方向)的THz场和相对于z轴倾斜的磁场共同作用下的非线性动力学特性. 研究表明, 在太赫兹场和倾斜磁场共同作用下, 超晶格微带电子随时间的演化表现出周期和混沌等新奇的运动状态. 采用庞加莱分支图详细研究了微带电子在磁场和太赫兹场调控下的运动规律, 给出了电子运行于周期和混沌运动状态的参数区间. 在电场和磁场作用下, 微带电子将产生布洛赫振荡和回旋振荡, 形成复杂的协同耦合振荡. 太赫兹场与这些协同振荡模式之间的相互作用是导致电子表现出周期态、混沌态以及倍周期分叉等现象的主要原因.  相似文献

This article is focusing on a class of multi-delay predator-prey model with feedback controls and prey diffusion. By developing some new analysis methods and using the theory of differential inequalities as well as constructing a suitable Lyapunov function, we establish a set of easily verifiable sufficient conditions which guarantee the permanence of the system and the globally attractivity of positive solution for the predator-prey system.Furthermore, some conditions for the existence, uniqueness and stability of positive periodic solution for the corresponding periodic system are obtained by using the fixed point theory and some new analysis techniques. In additional, some numerical solutions of the equations describing the system are given to verify the obtained criteria are new, general, and easily verifiable. Finally, we still solve numerically the corresponding stochastic predator-prey models with multiplicative noise sources, and obtain some new interesting dynamical behaviors of the system.  相似文献

This paper theoretically studies the high-electron-mobility transistor (HEMT) driven by the terahertz radiation. It calculates the gate-to-source/drain admittance and the detection responsivity of the HEMT as a function of the signal frequency. It finds that the peaks of the admittances and the responsivity show redshift, and the heights of the peaks decrease with increasing the lengths of the source-to-gate and gate-to-drain spacing. Such phenomena may be useful in designing different HEMTs by utilizing the effects associated with the plasma oscillations excitation.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the following nonlinear difference equation:xn+1=sum from i=1 to l Asixn-si/B+C multiply from j=1 to k xn-tj +Dxn,n=0,1,…(1.1).The more simple suffcient conditions of asymptotic stability are obtained by using a smart technique,which extends and includes partially corresponding results obtained in the references [6-9].The global behavior of the solutions is investigated.In addition,in order to support analytic results,some numerical simulations to the special equations are presented.  相似文献
