In this paper,we report on the magnetic properties of Fe3O4 nanoparticles with different grain sizes under different pressures.In all the samples,the saturated magnetization Ms shows a linear decrease with increasing pressure.The thickness of the magnetic dead layer on the nanoparticle surface nuder different pressures was roughly estimated,which also increases with increasing pressure.The transport measurements of the nanoparticle Fe3O4 compacts show that the low-field magnetoresistance (MR) value is insensitive to the grain size in a wide temperature range;however,the high-field MR value is dependent on grain size,especially at low temperatures.These experimental results can be attributed to the different surface states of the nanoparticles. 相似文献

用电子衍射方法研究了一些非晶钆钴合金磁性薄膜的结构,用Lorentz电子显微技术观察了其相应的磁结构。在所有薄膜的电子衍射图上均可清楚地看见七个弥散衍射环,其中两个最小的环分布在s<0.6?-1(s=2sinθ/λ)的范围内。在不同的薄膜中观察到磁泡或平面畴结构。本文就这种由两种原子半径相差较大的元素,如稀土和过渡元素构成的非晶合金,讨论了如何只根据s<0.6?-1范围内的衍射强度峰形,直接、定性地了解稀土与稀土原子、稀土与过渡族原子以及过渡族与过渡族原子之间最近邻配位数相对大小的问题。也讨论了钆钴薄膜相分离对磁各向异性的影响。

In this paper, we present a study of the magnetic coupling and magnetoresistance (MR) properties in Fe/Si1-xAgx multilayers with a granular Si1-xAgx spacer layer. We have found that, with increasing silver content (x) in a silicon matrix, the magnetic state of multilayers changes from a nonmagnetic coupling state to weak antiferromagnetic around the percolation point of the ~2.4 nm thick spacer Si1-xAgx. The MR measurements also reveal an abrupt increase of MR near the same percolation point. These changes are ascribed to the formation of the percolation path in the granular spacer. 相似文献

A preliminary investigation of the magneto-optical effect in Co-based metallic bilayer, trilayer and multilayer films has been carried out in this paper. Various sublayers of non-magnetic materials with different thicknesses were selected. We study magnetization reversal in the interlayer coupled [Pt/Co]5/Ru/[Co/Pt]5 multilayers (MLs) by means of the measurement of extraordinary Hall effect (EHE). Fitting experimental data to a simple model, we determine the interlayer coupling strength for various thicknesses of the ferromagnetic layers at a fixed Ru spacer thickness. It is found that the dependence of interlayer coupling strength on the Pt layer thickness is much stronger than the previous report in the ferromagnetic/nonmagnetic/ferromagnetic multilayers. 相似文献
