随着单管半导体激光器光纤耦合技术的不断发展,为了进一步提高多单管半导体激光器的输出功率,本文采用曲面空间排列方式对多个单管半导体激光器进行合束研究,使更多数量的单管半导体激光器耦合进入同一光纤中,获得更高的输出功率。文中利用ZEMAX光学设计软件进行仿真模拟,将34只波长为975 nm、输出功率为10 W的单管半导体激光器合束聚焦后耦合进芯径200 μm、数值孔径0.22的光纤中,获得耦合效率91.76%、输出功率312.03 W的激光系统。实验中,将17只单管半导体激光器耦合进芯径200 μm、数值孔径0.22的光纤中,在10.5 A的驱动电流下,输出功率为100.5 W,系统耦合效率为68.46%。 相似文献

This paper shows that the generator of Lorentz boost has a nontrivial physical
significance: it endows a charged system with an electric moment, and has an
important significance for the electrical manipulations of electron spin in
spintronics. An alternative treatment and interpretation for the traditional Darwin

提出漫射红外成像-多点标校测量方法,用于测量强激光远场光束质量参数。在激光远场距离处设置漫反射靶板,用成像探测器摄取经靶面漫射的脉冲强激光光斑图像;在靶面中心处挖小孔,孔后放置能量探测器实时测量激光脉宽和峰值功率。同时对整个激光光斑图像进行能量定标,进而得出远场脉冲强激光的实际空间能量/功率分布、总能量,以及相应的光束质量参数。应用该测量方法,对高能TEA CO2激光进行测量研究,测得其远场光束截面半径为80.2 mm,发散角为1.55 mrad。 相似文献

In terms of the volume-integrated Poynting vector, we present a quantum field-theory investigation of the zitterbewegung (ZB) of photons, and show that this ZB occurs only in the presence of virtual longitudinal and scalar photons. To present a heuristic explanation for such a ZB, by assuming that the space time is sufficiently close to the flat Minkowski space, we show that the gravitational interaction can result in the ZB of photons. 相似文献

为满足实际工程、生产应用中专业及非专业人员对故障光纤激光器快速修理、修复的需要,研究了一种能够实现快速故障模式及故障原因分析系统。首先,采集实际使用与实验中损坏激光器的故障模式与故障原因记录为数据样本。接着,利用故障树与故障模式影响及危害性分析模型建立光纤激光器扩展故障树,即构建起故障模式与故障原因的对应关系。然后,利用贝叶斯网络分析并得出各故障模式与故障原因的先验概率与后验概率计算方法,再使用Python语言编写交互式窗口,并完成对数据库数据的调用与相应概率计算。最后,通过交互式界面输出当前故障对应的可能故障原因及发生概率,从而实现对光纤激光器故障的快速分析。程序模拟耗时小于1 s,模拟结果与统计结果相吻合,基本满足指导相关人员对故障快速排查并修理的要求。 相似文献

A lamp pumped CW Nd:YAG laser is presented in this paper for the requirement of industrial application. The main factors, which affect output power and beam quality of high power solid-state laser module, are theoretically analyzed. Total electro-optics efficiency of lamp pumped Nd:YAG crystal as high as 4.0% is obtained, and output power is higher than 647 W with beam parameter product 22 mm·mrad. 相似文献

We investigate a high-energy good-beam-quality krypton-lamp-pumped pulsed Nd: YA G solid-state laser with one pump cavity. The symmetrical resonator laser is developed and is rated at 80 J with beam parameter product 12mm mrad. The total system electro-optics efficiency of the lamp-pumped YAG laser is as high as 3.3% and the stability of output energy is ±2% with pulse width tunable between 0.1 ms and 10ms. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis and simulation. 相似文献
