光活化农药

一、引言近年来,在农药领域出现了一类被称为光活化农药(Photoacitivated Pesticides)的新产品,这种农药在存放时并无毒性,但进入生物体后可被光激活而对摄入者起毒杀作用。

S.Wohlstein著文介绍了如何应用光纤于压强及温度传感技术。二者均基于光纤的芯与鞘之间在热膨胀和压缩性方面的差异,前者用于温度传感,后者用于压力传感。用聚四氟乙烯为覆盖层的光纤特别适于在苛刻的化学环境下使用,     

溴化钾(钠)用于芳族溴化反应

G. Cherry等用一种苯酚醚和溴化钾(钠)在HF-SbF_5(4-20mol％SbF_5)存在下于-78℃进行反应,然后将混合物加热至-40℃,所得到的间位溴化苯甲醚的产率很高。反应中未见有氢气逸出,说明HB_Y中的溴并非被质子所氧化,氧化剂可能是SbF_5。但对此反应中起作用的亲电子物种的详情至今尚未弄清楚。如用单质溴代替溴化物时反应速率加快,有确定的产物分布。     

超声雾化进样微波诱导等离子体原子吸收光谱法测定银的某些影响因素研究

本文将超声雾化技术与MIP-AAS联用,以“L”型吸收管代替“T”型吸收管作为AAS测量的吸收池,采用水冷凝和浓H_2SO_4吸收相结合去溶,研究TUSN-MIP-AAS方法测银时的某些影响因素,讨论了微波前向功率,载气流速、去溶系统、溶液酸度、共存离子及易也离元素等对吸收信号的影响,本法所得的测银的特征浓度为0.01μg/ml(328.1nm)和0.03μg/ml(338.3nm),相对标准偏差为7.5％.     

3-氨基-二氢噻吩-2-酮类Schiff碱的合成和生物活性研究

通过3-氨基-二氢噻吩-2-酮(DL-高半胱氨酸硫内酯)盐酸盐与取代苯甲醛反应, 得到3-氨基-二氢噻吩-2-酮类Schiff碱. 合成了9个化合物, 其中7个为首次报道的新Schiff碱类化合物. 化合物结构经IR, ¹H NMR和元素分析证实, 并对这些化合物进行了室内毒力测试, 结果表明此类化合物具有很好的杀菌、抑菌活性.     

An Environmentally Benign System for Synthesis of β-Hydroxylketones： L-Histidine Asymmetrically Catalyzed Direct Aldol Reactions in Aqueous Micelle and Water-like Media

The first histidine catalyzed direct aldol reactions of ketones with nitrobenzaldehydes in water and in poly（ethylene glycol） （PEG） were reported. It reveals that histidine is a good aldol catalyst for synthesis of β-hydroxylketones in water and in PEG, giving good to excellent yields of the respective products. Better enantioand regioselectivity were achieved using low molecular weight PEG as the media. The results show that histidine and PEG-200 or -300 may constitute a promising environmentally benign system for asymmetric synthesis of β-hydroxylketones.     

2-[(卤代苯胺基)羰基]苯甲酸与Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)的配合物研究

本文报道了4种2-[(卤代苯胺(?))羰基]苯甲酸与Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)配合物的制备,并通过元素分析、热重分析、红外光谱和电子光谱分析以及磁化率测定对它们进行了表征.结果证明,配合物是通过羧酸根上羟基氧原子和酰胺羰基上氧原子配位成键,除Cu(Ⅱ)配合物分子为平面正方形结构外.其余均为八面体结构,只是扭曲程度不同.并对它们的配位场参数进行了计算.     

Information Transmitting and Cognition with a Spiking Neural Network Model

Information encoding plays a crucial role in neuroscience. One of the fundamental questions in cognitive neuroscience is how the brain encodes external stimuli in the sensory cortex. We use a network model based on the Hodgkin–Huxley type to study the information transmitting including its storage and recall. The model is inspired by psychological and neurobiological evidence on sequential memories. The model contains excitatory and inhibitory neurons with all-to-all connections whose architecture has two layers. A lower layer represents consecutive events during the information encoding process, and the upper layer is used to tag sequences of events represented in the lower layer. The spike-timing-dependent plasticity learning rule is used for sequential storage of excitatory connections between the modules. Computer simulations demonstrate that the synchronization status of multiple neurons is dependent on the network connectivity patterns, and also this model has good performance for different sequences of storage and recall.
