Temperature Evolution of Energy Gap and Band Structure in the Superconducting and Pseudogap States of Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_(8+δ) Superconductor Revealed by Laser-Based Angle-Resolved Photoemission Spectroscopy 下载免费PDF全文
We carry out detailed momentum-dependent and temperature-dependent measurements on Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_(8+δ)(Bi2212) superconductor in the superconducting and pseudogap states by super-high resolution laser-based angleresolved photoemission spectroscopy. The precise determination of the superconducting gap for the nearly optimally doped Bi2212(T_c= 91 K) at low temperature indicates that the momentum-dependence of the superconducting gap deviates from the standard d-wave form(cos(2Φ)). It can be alternatively fitted by including a high-order term(cos(6Φ)) in which the next nearest-neighbor interaction is considered. We find that the band structure near the antinodal region smoothly evolves across the pseudogap temperature without a signature of band reorganization which is distinct from that found in Bi_2Sr_2CuO_(6+δ) superconductors. This indicates that the band reorganization across the pseudogap temperature is not a universal behavior in cuprate superconductors.These results provide new insights in understanding the nature of the superconducting gap and pseudogap in high-temperature cuprate superconductors. 相似文献

A lamp pumped CW Nd:YAG laser is presented in this paper for the requirement of industrial application. The main factors, which affect output power and beam quality of high power solid-state laser module, are theoretically analyzed. Total electro-optics efficiency of lamp pumped Nd:YAG crystal as high as 4.0% is obtained, and output power is higher than 647 W with beam parameter product 22 mm·mrad. 相似文献

通过荧光光谱法研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)对溶菌酶(Lyz)与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)相互作用过程中Lyz构象的影响。结果表明,在25℃,pH=6.5和8.5的情况下,CTAB与Lyz摩尔比分别达到228和286时,Lyz仍可与CTAB在溶液中形成稳定的复合体,Lyz的构象不会发生明显的变化;在Lyz与CTAB形成的稳定复合体的溶液中加入β-CD,当β-CD与CTAB摩尔比达到1.2时,Lyz的荧光强度可以几乎完全恢复。因此,Lyz与CTAB的相互作用具有可逆性的特点。交联壳聚糖固载β-环糊精微球具有与单体β-CD类似的作用,可以代替传统人工伴侣系统中的剥离剂。 相似文献

High-power ultraviolet 278-nm laser from fourth-harmonic generation of an Nd:YAG amplifier in CsB_3O_5 crystal 下载免费PDF全文
We report on the experimental investigation and theoretical analysis of a nanosecond pulse high power ultraviolet(UV) 278 nm laser by fourth-harmonic generation(FHG) of a 1112-nm Nd:YAG amplifier in LiB_3O_5(LBO) and CsB_3O_5(CBO) crystals. The UV laser delivers a maximum average power of 10.3 W at 278 nm with peak power of 36.8 k W under input pump power of 41 W at 556 nm. This is, to the best of our knowledge, the highest output power at the specific UV wavelength of 278 nm. We also performed the theoretical investigation on the FHG with a model in the Gaussian approximation of both spatial and temporal profiles, especially accounting for the two-photon absorption effect in CBO crystal for the first time. The average output power, pulse width, and beam spatial distribution of the UV laser were simulated. The theoretical calculations are in close agreement with the experimental results. 相似文献
