光学遥感大气气溶胶和水汽的研究

本文用研制的辐射计(0.5—1.06微米七个波段),在北京地区进行了一年的观测,从中分析了大气气溶胶的特性、气溶胶粒子浓度和谱分布的变化规律及其和气象条件的关系。根据遥感大气水汽含量,和探空资料进行比较,取得了一致的结果。文中还讨论了气溶胶和水汽对大气光学厚度的影响以及在水汽吸收带中,大气光学厚度和大气水汽含量的关系。     

氯代膦烯化合物与零价钯的氧化加成反应机理探讨

与氯代烯烃或芳烃相反, 氯代膦烯与零价钯的氧化加成反应可以在温和条件下进行. 提出了可能的反应机理. 起始卤代膦烯的结构决定了反应历程和最终产物的结构.     

CHROMATIN AND DNA OF YOLK GRANULES BENEATH "BLASTODERM REGION" OF UNFERTILIZED CHICKEN EGG

Electron microscopic study shows that the chromatin structure of yolk granules beneath the "blastoderm region" of the unfertilized chicken egg is identical to that of yolk granules beneath the blastoderm of the fertilized and unincubated chicken egg, and both chromatin structures are very similar to those of blastoderm nuclei. Furthermore the molecular shapes of DNA of both yolk granules are also very similar to those of the blastoderm nuclei, being all linear. Based on these observations, we have come to the conclusion that chromatin and DNA widely exist in the yolk when yolk granules have reached their development-specified competence. The results indicate further that the yolk granules are capable of synthesizing DNA, and provide the condition for the interaction of DNA with histones to form chromatin through self-organization.     

ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC STUDIES ON THE CHROMATIN OF BLASTODERM NUCLEI AND YOLK GRANULES BENEATH BLASTODERM OF FERTILIZED AND UNINCUBATED CHICKEN EGGS

Chromatln prepared both from the yolk granules beneath the blastoderm and from the nuclei of the blastoderm cells of fertilized and unincubated chicken eggs was examined under electron microscope and its structure was compared. The results indicate that the above two kinds of chromatin fibers seem to have no apparent difference in structural relation and diameter. The electron microscopic appearances of the basic structures of both kinds of chromatin are all "beads-on-a-string"-shaped filaments.After the digestion of chromatin from both raw materials with DNase Ⅰ, the connecting strings of chromatin fibers were cut off, only the scattered beads could be observed under electron microscope. The diameter of the scattered beads is equal to that of the beads on the chromatin fibers, and most of them are 150 in diameter.     

灭多威在小白菜中的残留分析方法

建立了灭多威在小白菜上乙腈提取、硅胶层析净化,高效液相色谱(紫外检测器)检测的残留分析方法,该分离效果好,灵敏度高,线性关系良好.以3.0,1.0,0.1 mg/kg 3个浓度进行3次空白样品添加试验,白菜的平均回收率为89.49%～118.55%,变异系数为3.0%～5.7%.符合农药残留技术测定要求.

Slow-rise and fast-drop current feature of ultraviolet response spectra for ZnO-nanowire film modulated by water molecules

This study describes the fabrication of ZnO-nanowire films by electro-chemical anodization of Zn foil.The ZnO films are characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction patterns,and transmission electron microscopy,respectively.The ultraviolet(UV) photo-response properties of the surface-contacted ZnO film are studied through the current evolution processes under different relative humidities.Unlike the usually observed current spectra of the ZnO films,the drop time is shorter than the rise time.The photo-conductivity gain G and the response time τ are both increased with the increase of the applied bias.The photo-conductivity gain G is lowered with the increase of the environmental humidity,while the response time τ is increased.These results can be explained by considering three different surface processes:1) the electron-hole(e-p) pair generation by the UV light illumination,2) the following surface O2-species desorption,and 3) the photo-catalytic hydrolysis of water molecules adsorbed on the ZnO surface.The slow-rise and fast-drop current feature is suggested to originate from the sponge-like structure of the ZnO nanowires.     

多种类表面活性剂临界胶束浓度定量构效关系

表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(CMC)是个非常重要的物质特性参数, CMC在研究表面活性剂的工业应用和生物利用方面发挥着关键作用. 本工作提出了一个新的拓扑指数—扩展距离矩阵, 建立了一个稳定的构效关系模型, 并对175种表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度进行了计算预测. 结果表明, 基于新的拓扑指数建立的构效关系模型计算临界胶束浓度能给出稳定可靠的预测结果, 其预测结果相关性系数R²(training set)=0.9295, 相对标准偏差ARD(training set)=8.20%, R²(testing set)=0.9257, ARD(testing set)=6.76%. 与文献中模型预测结果的对比表明, 本工作在稳定性和可靠性上均有显著改善.     

基于ADS-B飞行安全实时监控及半物理测试平台

针对现有飞行安全监控体系中ACARS报文航迹点数量稀疏、分布不均匀、时延长,提出基于ADS-B技术实现实时、不间断飞行安全监控。首先,建立了基于ADS-B实时飞行安全监控体系架构,对飞行过程中存在的误操作进行实时检测并告警;然后,本着实用、可靠的原则,利用现有的计算机辅助软件,建立了ADS-B实时飞行安全半物理测试平台;最后,基于该平台建立了设计实时飞行安全监控系统的工程化、规范化流程。
