对食品中铝含量国标测定方法的改进

对国标GB/T 5009.182-2003中样品处理方法做了改进,用干法灰化代替湿法消解,解决了国标方法中由于pH值和高氯酸对显色反应的影响造成检测结果不准确的问题.采用干法灰化-分光光度法测定了食品中的铝含量,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.6%(n=6),回收率为94.3%～100.7%.该方法适用于大批量食品中铝的快速检测.     

Annealing effect on magnetic anisotropy in ultrathin（Ga,Mn）As

We investigated the effect of low temperature annealing on magnetic anisotropy in 7-nm ultrathin Ga0.94Mn0.06As devices by measuring the angle-dependent planar Hall resistance(PHR).Obvious hysteresis loops were observed during the magnetization reversal through the clockwise and counterclockwise rotations under low magnetic fields(below 1000 Gs,1 Gs = 10-4 T),which can be explained by competition between Zeeman energy and magnetic anisotropic energy.It is found that the uniaxial anisotropy is dominant in the whole measured ferromagnetic range for both the as-grown ultrathin Ga0.94Mn0.06As and the annealed one.The cubic anisotropy changes more than the uniaxial anisotropy in the measured temperature ranges after annealing.This gives a useful way to tune the magnetic anisotropy of ultrathin(Ga,Mn)As devices.     

Linear polarization conversion of transmitted terahertz wave with double-layer meta-grating surfaces

In this Letter, we demonstrate a linear polarization conversion of transmitted terahertz wave with double-layer meta-grating surfaces, which integrated the frequency selectivity of a split ring resonator metasurface and the polarization selectivity of a metallic grating surface. Since the double-layer can reduce the loss, and the Fabry–Perot like resonant effect between the two layers can improve the conversion efficiency, this converter can rotate the incident y-polarized terahertz wave into an x-polarized transmitted wave with relatively low loss and high efficiency. Experimental results show that an average conversion efficiency exceeding 75% from 0.25 to 0.65 THz with the highest efficiency of 90% at 0.43 THz with only-2 dB loss has been achieved.     

江苏弶港JC-1203钻孔沉积物粒度特征及其古环境意义

选取江苏弶港地区JC-1203钻孔, 通过分析其岩性、沉积物粒度参数和概率累计曲线, 结合已有文献资料和测年数据, 将JC-1203钻孔0~50.00m段自上而下分为5个沉积单元(DU1、DU2、DU3、DU4和DU5). 研究表明: DU1段(0~4.00m), 中值粒径(Md)为3.40~4.94Φ, 平均4.31Φ, 分选系数(δ1)为0.94~1.82, 平均1.24, 粒度概率累积曲线由跃移?–悬浮两组分构成, 滚动组分缺失, 反映了MIS1末期研究区为潮坪相沉积环境; DU2段(4.00~27.39m), Md为1.96~4.87Φ, 均值3.30Φ, δ1为0.54~2.17, 均值1.25, 曲线形态为跃移?–悬浮两单元构成, 反映研究区MIS1中?–末期为潮流沙脊相沉积; DU3段(27.39~37.33m), Md为1.90~4.18Φ, 均值2.79Φ, δ1为0.54~2.24, 均值1.34, 曲线形态为跃移?–悬浮两单元构成, 反映研究区MIS1早?–中期为滨海相沉积环境; DU4段(37.33~45.54m), Md为4.14~6.79Φ, 均值6.00Φ, δ1为1.5~2.3, 均值1.8, 概率累积曲线形态复杂多变, 反映研究区MIS3中?–末期的陆相河流沉积环境; DU5段(45.54~ 50.00m), Md为3.18~6.40Φ, 均值4.94Φ, δ1为0.99~1.97, 均值1.67, 曲线形态以滚动?–跃移?–悬浮三单元构成为主, 反映研究区MIS3早期的浅海相沉积环境.

基于剪切效应纤维梁单元的结构非线性有限元数值模拟

基于Euler-Bernoulli梁理论的经典纤维模型忽略了剪切变形给截面带来的影响,为了得到更加精确的梁单元模型,该文基于考虑剪切效应的纤维梁单元,根据Timoshenko梁理论,推导了该纤维梁单元的刚度矩阵,并结合弹塑性增量理论,同时考虑了几何非线性和材料非线性的双重影响,建立了压弯剪复杂应力状态下结构非线性有限元...     

Switching plasticity in compensated ferrimagnetic multilayers for neuromorphic computing

Current-induced multilevel magnetization switching in ferrimagnetic spintronic devices is highly pursued for the application in neuromorphic computing. In this work, we demonstrate the switching plasticity in Co/Gd ferrimagnetic multilayers where the binary states magnetization switching induced by spin-orbit toque can be tuned into a multistate one as decreasing the domain nucleation barrier. Therefore, the switching plasticity can be tuned by the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of the multilayers and the in-plane magnetic field. Moreover, we used the switching plasticity of Co/Gd multilayers for demonstrating spike timing-dependent plasticity and sigmoid-like activation behavior. This work gives useful guidance to design multilevel spintronic devices which could be applied in high-performance neuromorphic computing.     

连苯三酚缩二乙烯基苯树脂活性醚化物的合成与成像应用

通过乙烯基乙醚和连苯三酚缩二乙烯基苯树脂( PDVB resin)的羟基加成,合成了具有缩醛结构的活性醚化物,并对该活性醚化物的合成条件进行优化.这种具有缩醛结构的活性醚化物具有常温酸解和热解性能,作为阻溶促溶剂可用于常温化学增幅阳图感光成像和阳图热敏成像中.用于阳图热敏CTP感热成像配方中,使得版材具有高感度、高抗碱性、高稳定性;用于阳图CTcP感光成像配方中,使得该版材的综合成像性能优良;用于正性光致抗蚀剂成像配方中,使得该正性光致抗蚀剂具有高感度和高分辨率.     

某向心式蒸汽透平的气动设计与数值研究

本文针对太阳能热发电过程中蒸汽流量小、焓降高的特点设计了一种部分进汽的向心式蒸汽透平。所设计的蒸汽透平在流量仅为2.33 kg/s、压比为3.36的工况下仍有较高的效率。通过三维数值模拟的方法分析了导叶和叶轮内部流动特性,探讨了部分进汽对通道流通能力及总效率的影响。
