A new approach is developed to the fabrication of high-quality
three-dimensional macro-porous copper films. A highly-ordered
macroporous copper film is successfully produced on a
polystyrene sphere (PS) template that has been modified by
sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). It is shown that this procedure
can change a hydrophobic surface of PS template into a
hydrophilic surface. The present study is devoted to the
influence of the electrolyte solution transport on the
nucleation process. It is demonstrated that the permeability of
the electrolyte solution in the nanochannels of the PS template
plays an important role in the chemical electrodeposition of
high-quality macroporous copper film. The permeability is
drastically enhanced in our experiment through the surface
modification of the PS templates. The method could be used to
homogeneously produce a large number of nucleations on a
substrate, which is a key factor for the fabrication of the
high-quality macroporous copper film. 相似文献

A general weak conservative form of Navier-Stokes equations expressed with respect to non-orthogonal Curvilinear coordinates and with primitive variables was obtained by using tensor analysis technique, where the contravariant and covariant velocity components were employed. Compared with the current coordinate transformation method, the established equations are concise and forthright, and they are more convenient to be used for solving problems in body-fitted curvilinear coordinate system. An implicit factored scheme for solving the equations is presented with detailed discussions in this paper. For n-dimensional flow the algorithm requires n-steps and for each step only a block tridiagonal matrix equation needs to be solved. It avoids inverting the matrix for large systems of equations and enhances the speed of arithmetic. To improve the performance of Beamline 3W1B at the Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility for the soft X-ray magnetic linear dichroism research at transition metals L2, 3 edges, a new monochromator was designed and built to replace the original one. After the assemblage, alignment and adjustment of the monochromator system, the first commissioning results were obtained. The photon energy range is from 50 to 1000 eV with spectral resolutions of 1600 at 250 eV and 1000 at 870 eV. The photon flux is of the order of 108-109 photons/s/200 mA/0.1%BW. In the electron's orbital plane the linear polarization degree of the light is higher than 99% at 704 eV. The beamline has satisfied the basic experimental requirements. 相似文献

Optical properties of InGaAsBi/GaAs strained quantum wells studied by temperature-dependent photoluminescence 下载免费PDF全文
The effect of bismuth on the optical properties of InGaAsBi/GaAs quantum well structures is investigated using the temperature-dependent photoluminescence from 12 K to 450 K.The incorporation of bismuth in the InGaAsBi quantum well is confirmed and found to result in a red shift of photoluminescence wavelength of 27.3 meV at 300 K.The photoluminescence intensity is significantly enhanced by about 50 times at 12 K with respect to that of the InGaAs quantum well due to the surfactant effect of bismuth.The temperature-dependent integrated photoluminescence intensities of the two samples reveal different behaviors related to various non-radiative recombination processes.The incorporation of bismuth also induces alloy non-uniformity in the quantum well,leading to an increased photoluminescence linewidth. 相似文献
