Spin Relaxation of Electrons in Single InAs Quantum Dots

By using polarization-resolved photoluminescence spectra, we study the electron spin relaxation in single InAs quantum dots （QDs） with the configuration of positively charged excitons X＋ （one electron, two holes）. The spin relaxation rate of the hot electrons increases with the increasing energy of exciting photons. For electrons localized in QDs the spin relaxation is induced by hyperfine interaction with the nuclei. A rapid decrease of polarization degree with increasing temperature suggests that the spin relaxation mechanisms are mainly changed from the hyperfine interaction with nuclei into an electron-hole exchange interaction.     

求解双曲守恒律方程的高分辨率熵稳定格式

熵稳定格式从物理概念出发,保证总熵关于时间耗散,在计算过程中无需进行熵修正,有效避免如膨胀激波,负压力等非物理现象,显示出独特的优点.通过插入限制器和在单元交界面处进行高阶重构,得到一类高分辨率的熵稳定格式.算例结果表明,格式具有可靠性,高精度和基本无振荡性等特点.     

基于移动网格的熵稳定格式

提出一种基于移动网格的熵稳定格式求解双曲型守恒律方程.该方法利用等分布原理得到新的网格分布,基于守恒型插值公式计算新的网格上的物理量,使用熵稳定数值通量和三阶强稳定Runge-Kutta时间推进方法得到下一时刻的数值解.数值算例表明该格式不仅能有效提高解在间断处的分辨率,而且能消除可能产生的伪振荡.     

Characteristic of energy input for laser forming sheet metal

Laser forming is a process in which laser-induced thermal deformation is used to form sheet metal without a hard forming tool or external forces. The energy input of laser beam is the key factor for the temperature and stress distribution of sheet metal. The purpose of this work is to investigate the influence of energy input condition on heat input and deformation angle for two-dimension laser forming. Variations in heat input resulting from material deformation was calculated and discussed in this paper at first. Furthermore, in laser forming under the condition of constant laser energy input, the effects of energy input mode on deformation angle and temperature field were investigated.     

Quantum frequency down-conversion of single photons at 1552 nm from single InAs quantum dot

Near-infrared single photon sources in telecommunication bands, especially at 1550 nm, are required for long-distance quantum communication. Here a down-conversion quantum interface is implemented, where the single photons emitted from single In As quantum dot at 864 nm is down converted to 1552 nm by using a fiber-coupled periodically poled lithium niobate(PPLN) waveguide and a 1.95 μmm pump laser, and the frequency conversion efficiency is ~40%. The singlephoton purity of quantum dot emission is preserved during the down-conversion process, i.e., g~((2))(0), only 0.22 at 1552 nm.This present technique advances the Ⅲ-Ⅴ semiconductor quantum dots as a promising platform for long-distance quantum communication.     

求解双曲型守恒律的半离散中心差分格式

给出了一种求解双曲型守恒律的三阶半离散中心差分格式。该格式以一种推广的三阶重构为基础,同时考虑了波传播的局部速度。格式的构造方法是利用重构,先计算非一致交错网格上的均值,再将该网格均值投影回原来的非交错网格,得到新的全离散中心差分格式,该格式有半离散形式。本文半离散格式保持了中心差分格式简单的优点,即不需用R iemann解算器,避免了进行特征解耦。它具有守恒形式,数值通量满足相容性条件。数值试验结果表明该格式是高精度、高分辨率的。     

求解浅水波方程的半离散中心迎风方法

将Jin's的界面方法应用到求解双曲守恒型方程的半离散中心迎风方法中,给出了一种新的求解浅水波方程的半离散中心迎风差分方法。对于源项,不是采用传统的单元均值而是采用单元界面处的值来近似,使所得格式对稳定态的求解是均衡的。且已证明所给的二阶精度的求解格式保持水深的非负性,这一特性使其能够较好的处理干河床问题。使用该方法产生的数值粘性(与O(Δ2r-1)同阶)要比交错的中心格式小(与O(Δx2r/Δt)同阶),而且由于数值粘性与时间步长无关,从而时间步长可根据稳定性需要尽可能的小,因此适用于稳定态的求解。     

求解双曲守恒律方程的WENO型熵相容格式

通过在单元交界面处进行高阶WENO重构,得到了一种求解双曲型守恒律方程的WENO型熵相容格式。用该格式对一维Burgers方程和Euler方程进行数值模拟,结果表明,该格式具有高精度、基本无振荡性等特点。

     

InAs 单量子点中级联辐射光子的关联测量

利用分子束外延生长InAs单量子点样品,温度为5 K时,测量了单量子点中单、双激子自发辐射的荧光(PL)光谱.研究了单、双激子发光强度随激发功率的变化及对应发光峰的偏振特性和精细结构劈裂.基于Hanbury-Brown Twiss(HBT) 实验,测量了单、双激子间发光光谱的关联函数,证实了其发光过程为级联发射过程. 关键词： InAs 单量子点 单、双激子 荧光光谱 级联辐射     

1.3μm GaAs基量子点垂直腔面发射激光器结构设计与分析

结合垂直腔面发射激光器（VCSEL）原理以及量子点增益特点，计算了不同结构VCSEL的腔内损耗和量子点的模式增益.分析了激光器阈值特性以及氧化限制层对光损耗的影响.设计了含 氧化限制层的13μm量子点VCSEL结构. 关键词： 量子点 垂直腔面发射激光器 增益
