A Cadmium(II) Coordination Polymer:Crystal Structure and Fluorescent Property of [CdCl2(4,4''-bipyridine)]∞

The reaction of L-histidine,CdCl2(2.5H2O and 4,4'-bipyridine in methane/water gave rise to a two-dimensional coordination polymer [CdCl2(4,4'-bipyridine)]( which has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The polymer crystallizes in the orthorhombic sys-tem,space group Cmmm with a = 12.083(7),b = 11.771(7),c = 3.781(2)(A),V = 537.8(6)(A)3,Z = 2,C10H8N2CdCl2,Mr = 339.48,Dc = 2.097 g/cm3,F(000) = 328 and μ(MoKα) = 2.490 mm-1.The final R = 0.0658 and wR = 0.1398 for 257 observed reflections with I≥2σ(I).     

六核钴原子簇化学——Ⅲ.一些含Co_6八面体簇骼的原子簇化合物的合成、结构和电化学性质

(R_3P)_(4-n)CoX_n(R=Ph,Et等;X=Cl,Br;n=1,2)与Na_2E_x(E=S,Se;x=1,2)在DMF或DMF/乙醇介质中反应得到了一系列六核钴的原子簇化合物Co_6(μ_3-E)_8(PR_3)_6.这些化合物含有正规的或畸变的Co_6八面簇骼.化合物可以用I_2氧化生成正一价的簇合物而不改变簇骼的几何构型.反过来,正一价的簇合物也可以被苊烯钠还原生成中性的簇合物.本文还研究了这些化合物的电化学性质并提出了氧化还原反应的电子传递过程。     

SOME REGULARITIES IN THE SYNTHESES AND STRUCTURE OF LINEAR MOLYBDENUM-IRON-SULFUR CLUSTER COMPLEXES

Linear Mo-Fe-S cluster complexes with basic unit of MoS_4 can be divided into four types ac-cording to the central Mo-S skeleton (S_2MoS_2Fe, S_2MoS_2FeS_2MoS_2, S_2MoS_2FeS_2Fe, FeS_2MoS_2Fe).Ten such complexes with various ligands and cations were synthesized, and their crystal structureswere determined and characterized by electron spin resonance, infrared and electron absorptions,Mossbauer and magnetic effects. Atomic distances from crystallographic analysis were comparedsystematically with respective spectroscopic data. There is strong evidence indicating that electrontransfers from Fe(Ⅱ) to Mo(Ⅵ), in spite of the fact that the apparent oxidation state of molyb-denum in most of the aforementioned complexes remains six. The probability of this electrontransfer depends strongly on the environment of Fe(Ⅱ). The fact that MoS_4~(2-) is both a goodbidentate ligand and an effective electron transfer unit is also evidence for its presence in manymolybdoenzymes and as a catalytically active center.     

Synthesis and Structure of a New Coordination Polymer Based on Indium and 1,4-Benzenedicarboxylate

A new coordination polymer {[In(bdc)(OH)]·4H2O}n(H2bdc=1,4-benzenedi-carboxylic acid) has been synthesized through hydrothermal conditions,and was characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction and other measurements.The complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic system,space group Imma with a=18.3621(13),b=7.1932(5),c=11.8278(8),V=1562.24(19)3,Z=4.Dc=1.565g/cm3,Mr=368.00,F(000)=728,μ(MoKα)=1.542 mm-1,S=1.019,R=0.0468 and wR=0.1326 for 884 observed reflections(2σ(Ⅰ)).The title compound represents a 3-D framework containing four kinds of tunnels in different shapes and sizes.

无机-有机复合聚合物:材料研究的一个新领域

无机-有机复合聚合物特别是类分子筛聚合物、类多层钙钛矿和仿生物材料的合成及其应用研究成为近几年来一个热门的研究领域。我们瞄准了这一前沿领域并合成和表征了以下四个系列具有纳米孔洞的分子笼和一维、二维或三维的新型无机聚合物:(1)带有纳米尺寸空腔和孔状结构的新型过渡金属和稀土金属聚合物;(2)含有螺旋链的一维链状聚合物;(3)具有石墨形态层状结构和优异导电性能的聚合物;(4)以强金属-金属相互作用为核心、有机分子为稳定外壳的纳米线聚合物。本文总结这四个系列化合物的合成结构和特性。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of[Ni(C5H2N2O4)(2, 2'-bipy)(H2O)2]·2H2O

The crystal structure of [Ni(C5H2N2O4)(2, 2?-bipy)(H2O)2]·2H2O 1 has been determined by X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: triclinic system, space group P ī with a = 7.9424(3), b = 9.9417(3), c = 12.1867(3) (A。）, α = 84.771(1), β = 77.375(2), γ = 68.993(2)°, C15H18N4O8Ni, Mr = 440.7, V = 876.16(5) (A。）3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.672 g/cm3, F(000) = 456, ((MoK() = 1.162 mm-1, the final R = 0.0464 and wR = 0.1055 for 3026 observed reflections with I > 2((I). In the title compound, the nickel ion is coordinated by a nitrogen atom and an oxygen atom from the orotate ligand, two nitrogen atoms from 2, 2'-bipy and two oxygen atoms from the coordinated water molecules in a distorted octahedral geometry. The presence of intermolecular hydrogen bonding and (-( stacking interaction of aromatic rings from 2, 2'-bipy results in a 3D structure.
