Investigation on the orderly growth of thick zinc phthalocyanine films on Ag(100) surface

The growth of zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPc) on Ag(100) surface from monolayer to multilayer was investigated by low-energy electron diffraction, x-ray diffraction, and high-resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy (HREELS). At monolayer coverage, ZnPc molecules form an ordered film with molecular planes parallel to the substrate. The same structure is maintained as the film thickness increases. HREELS analysis shows that intermolecular π-π interaction dominates during the film growth from monolayer to multilayer. The π-d interaction between the adsorbates and the substrate is only applicable in the first adlayer. Stronger intermolecular-layer interaction is observed at higher coverages.     

SEPARATION OF THE MINOR FLAVONOLS FROM FLOS GOSSYPII BY HIGH-SPEED COUNTERCURRENT CHROMATOGRAPHY

An effective high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) method was established for further separation and purification of four minor flavonols in addition to five major flavonols which were reported by our previous study from extracts of Flos Gossypii. HSCCC was performed with three two-phase solvent systems composed of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (7.5:15:6:7, v/v), (2.5:15:2:7, v/v) and (0:1:0:1, v/v). The separation was repeated 3 times, and 3.8 mg of 8-methoxyl-kaempferol-7-O-β-D-rhamnoside (HPLC purity 98.27%), 6.7 mg of astragalin (HPLC purity 94.18%), 3.3 mg of 4'-methoxyl-quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (HPLC purity 94.30%) and 8.2 mg of hyperoside (HPLC purity 93.48%) were separated from 150 mg of the crude sample. The chemical structures of the flavonols were confirmed by MS, (1)H NMR and (13)C NMR. Meanwhile, the results indicated that the target compound with smaller K value (<0.5) can be separated by increasing column length of HSCCC. And four separation rules of flavonols according to the present study and references were summarized, which can be used as a useful guide for separation of flavonols by HSCCC.     

Macroporous magnetic poly(GMA-EGDMA-DVB) microspheres supported palladium complex as an efficient catalyst for Heck reaction

<正>Macroporous magnetic poly(GMA-EGDMA-DVB) microspheres synthesized by suspension polymerization were used as supports for palladium catalyst.The results showed the novel magnetic catalyst can promote Heck reaction of aryl halides with acrylic acid efficiently without an inert atmosphere.In addition,the novel catalyst can be conveniently recovered by applying an external magnet and reused at least five times without significant loss of its activity.     

特丁基二甲基硅烷衍生化气相色谱-质谱联用法快速测定苹果汁中的棒曲霉素

运用特丁基二甲基硅烷(TBDMS)衍生化气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法快速、高灵敏地测定了苹果汁中的棒曲霉素(PAT)。样品用乙酸乙酯-正己烷提取,Carb/C18混合型固相萃取柱净化,TBDMS衍生,GC-MS测定,选择离子监测(SIM)模式,外标法定量。在0.01～1 mg/L的范围内线性良好(r＞0.98),在2～50 μg/kg的添加水平范围内,平均回收率为88%～98%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.3%～13.6%, PAT的检出限为0.5 μg/kg,测定低限为2 μg/kg。该方法快速、高灵敏、准确、专一、耐用,适合对苹果汁中PAT进行确证和定量测定。     

Effective deposition potential induced size-dependent orientation growth of Bi-Sb alloy nanowire arrays

The influence of effective deposition potential on the orientation and diameter of Bi(1-x)Sbx alloy nanowire arrays by pulsed electrodeposition technique was reported. X-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy analysis show that the orientation of the Bi(1-x)Sbx nanowires can be turned from the [110] to the [202] direction by increasing the effective deposition potential, and the nanowires fully fill in the pores of the AAM in the lower potential region, while in the higher potential region the nanowires partly fill the pores of the AAM. The origin of those phenomena and the growth mechanism of the nanowire are discussed together with composition analysis.     

Water-soluble supramolecular polymers constructed by macrocycle-based host-guest interactions

Water soluble supramolecular polymers are especially important due to their superior biocompatibility and environmental adaptation, which determined they have wide applications in various areas, such as drug delivery, self-healing, shape memory. On the other hand, macrocyclic compounds are the most used building blocks in the preparation of supramolecular polymers. Macrocycle-based supramolecular polymers, which introduce the host-guest interaction in the system, endow these polymers with interesting and smart physicalchemical properties. In this review, we summarized recent studies about supramolecular polymers in aqueous solution based on macrocyclic compounds.     

锗/硅异质纳米结构中空穴存储特性研究

对p沟道锗/硅异质纳米结构存储器空穴隧穿的物理过程作了详细的分析，并对器件的擦写和保留时间特性进行了数值模拟.研究结果表明：由于异质纳米结构的台阶状隧穿势垒和较高价带带边差的影响，与传统的硅纳米结构存储器和n沟道锗/硅异质纳米结构存储器相比，当前器件的保留时间分别提高到10⁸和10⁵s以上，同时器件的擦写时间特性基本保持不变.这种存储器结构单元有效地解决了快速擦写编程和长久存储之间的矛盾，极大地提高了器件的存储性能. 关键词： 锗/硅 纳米结构 存储器 空穴存储 数值模拟     

Al0.22Ga0.78N/GaN二维电子气中的弱局域和反弱局域效应

通过磁输运测量研究了Al_0.22Ga_0.78N/GaN二维电子气的电子相干散射中的弱局域和反弱局域化现象.在外加弱磁场的情况下，该系统表现出正-负磁阻的变化，说明在Al_0.22Ga_0.78N/GaN异质结中存在晶体场引起的电子自旋-轨道散射.同时讨论了二维电子气中不同的散射时间对温度的依赖关系，实验得到的非弹性散射时间与温度成反比，表明非弹性散射机理主要来源于小能量转移的电子-电子散射. 关键词： 二维电子气 弱局域 磁阻
