ClnAlNHn和HnAlNHn(n=1～3)的振动光谱与化学键性质的研究

用从头计算分子轨道法和密度泛函理论，在ＨＦ／６－３１Ｇ＊和Ｂ３ＬＹＰ／６－３１Ｇ＊水平上对ＣｌｎＡｌＮＨｎ和ＨａＡｌＮＨｎ（ｎ＝１～３）及其碎片分子的几何构型、电子结构、振动光谱和化学热力学性质进行了理论研究。结果表明，优化几何参数与实验值相。ＣｌＡｌＮＨ２和Ｈ２ＡｌＮＨ２分子中，Ａｌ－Ｎ键为由一个σ键和一个π键组成的双重键，旋转势垒分别为３４．１０和５４．３５ＫＪ．ｍｏｌ＾－１，而Ｃｌ３ＡｌＮＨ     

On the Elliptic Equation △u ＋ K（x）e^2u -0 with K（x） Positive Somewhere

This paper considers the existence problem of an elliptic equation.which is equivalent to the prescribing conformal Gaussian curvature problem on R2.An existence result is pried.In particular,K(x)is allowed to be unbounded above.     

1986年哈雷彗星的分裂

1986年3月25日在新西兰John 山天文台拍摄的9张照片,显示出哈雷彗星的彗核分裂成相隔甚远的两个分立彗核。投影在天空切平面上的分离距离约为5×10³km。主核和小伴核都呈现有它们自身的彗发。伴核有一个高达几千公里的突出喷流,而且伴核必定在数天以内即消失不见。结合陈培生等的光电观测结果,看来分裂与一个爆发事件相关。并对有些照片作了数字成像增强处理。     

Enhanced spin–orbit torque efficiency in Pt100−xNix alloy based magnetic bilayer

The binary alloy/ferromagnetic metal heterostructure has drawn extensive attention in the research field of spin–orbittorque(SOT)due to the potential enhancement of SOT efficiency via composition engineering.In this work,the magneticproperties and SOT efficiency in the Pt100?xNix/Ni78Fe22 bilayers were investigated via the spin-torque ferromagneticresonance(ST-FMR)technique.The effective magnetic anisotropy field and effective damping constant extracted by analyzing the ST-FMR spectra show a weak dependence on the Ni concentration.The effective spin-mixing conductanceof 8.40×10¹⁴??1·m?2and the interfacial spin transparency Tin of 0.59 were obtained for the sample of Pt70Ni30/NiFebilayer.More interestingly,the SOT efficiency that is carefully extracted from the angular dependence of ST-FMR spectrashows a nonmonotonic dependence on the Ni concentration,which reaches the maximum at x=18.The enhancement ofthe SOT efficiency by alloying the Ni with Pt shows potential in lowering the critical switching current.Moreover,alloyingrelatively cheaper Ni with Pt may promote to reduce the cost of SOT devices.     

Cr4+:YAG被动调Q激光器输出特性

采用理论与实验相结合的方法研究了激光二极管阵列泵浦的Cr4+:YAG被动调Q Nd:YAG激光器的输出特性.重点分析了调Q晶体小信号透过率和反射镜的反射率对激光器的输出能量、脉冲宽度的影响.对数值模拟结果进行了实验验证,数值计算与实验结果基本一致.研究结果表明,在特定的激光晶体参数下,Cr4+:YAG被动调Q激光器的输出能量与脉冲宽度由调Q晶体的小信号透过率和输出镜的反射率决定:输出能量随着小信号透过率增加而减小,对应于一个调Q晶体透过率,有一个最佳反射率使输出能量最大;脉冲宽度随着初始透过率与反射率的增大而增大.     

磁液磁光双稳特性的研究

本文基于磁液磁致双折射效应,实现了其磁光双稳特性的研究。理论上,建立了其磁光双稳传输模型、进行了计算机模拟,并在此基础上建立了相应的实验分析系统。研究表明:磁液薄膜具有良好的磁光双稳特性,可用作超长波红外波导器件。
