F-P半导体激光器实现多波长注入锁定

F-P半导体激光器中对于TE模比TM模有更大的束缚系数,并且在其反射面上有更高的反射率.当TE模和TM模同时注入F-P半导体激光器的谐振腔时,TE模方向的信号得到增长,TM模方向的信号受到抑制.F-P半导体激光器的这种特性使得它类似于一个偏振器,但是其优越之处在于经过F-P半导体激光器注入锁定之后的光信号没有功率损耗.采用F-P半导体激光器的注入锁定原理,使入射光信号没有功率损耗地由偏振光转换为部分偏振光,降低了通信系统中传输信号的偏振敏感性,使传输信号的质量得到提高,实现了F-P半导体激光器三波长和四波长注入锁定.     

A／W生物活性微晶玻璃的制备

生物活性玻璃陶瓷材料由于能够与活体组织自发产生紧密的化学键合而成为骨修复材料中的重要分支,其中A／W生物微晶玻璃更是由于在保持良好生物活性的基础上,力学性能接近甚至超过自然骨而作为承重的生物活性材料应用于临床。采用正硅酸乙酯和磷酸三乙酯,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备玻璃粉体,这种玻璃粉体经过一定的热处理工艺可以得到含有磷灰石和硅灰石的A／W生物微晶玻璃。

This study proves a general result on convergence of α2x ∈ ExtA^s＋2.tq＋2q＋1 （Zp, Zp） in the Adams spectral sequence and as a consequence, the study detects some new families in the stable homotopy groups of spheres πtq＋2q-4S which is represented in the Adams spectral sequence by α2fn,α2fn,α2huhmhn ∈ ExtA^5,tq＋2q＋1（Zp,Zp） with tq=p^n＋1q＋2p^nq,2p^n＋1q_P^nq,p^uq＋p^mq＋p^nq,respectively, where α2∈Extα^2,2q＋1（Zp,Zp）,fn∈ExtA^3,p^n＋1q＋2p^nq（Zp,Zp）,fn∈ExtA^3,2p^n＋2q＋p^nq（Zp,Zp）,hn∈ExtA^1,p^nq（Zp,Zp）and p≥5 is a prime,q=2（p=-1）,n≥2.     

基于留数定理的一种级数求和方法

Realization of Fast All-Microwave Controlled-Z Gates with a Tunable Coupler

The development of high-fidelity two-qubit quantum gates is essential for digital quantum computing. Here,we propose and realize an all-microwave parametric controlled-Z(CZ) gates by coupling strength modulation in a superconducting Transmon qubit system with tunable couplers. After optimizing the design of the tunable coupler together with the control pulse numerically, we experimentally realized a 100 ns CZ gate with high fidelity of 99.38%±0.34% and the control error being 0.1%. 经验似然方法已经被广泛用于线性模型和广义线性模型.本文基于经验似然方法对非线性回归模型进行统计诊断.首先得到模型参数的极大经验似然估计;其次基于经验似然研究了三种不同的影响曲率度量;最后通过一个实际例子,说明了诊断方法的有效性.     

Half baudrate electrical clock based demultiplexing scheme for OTDM-DQPSK signal using SOA and optical filter

A demultiplexing scheme based on semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA)and optical filter for optical time division multiplexing differential quadrature phase shift keying(OTDM-DQPSK)system is proposed and investigated experimentally.With only a common half baudrate electrical clock modulated 33%duty cycle return-to-zero(RZ-33)optical clock signal as pump,this scheme is cost-effective,energy-efficient,and integration-potential.A proof-of-concept experiment is carried out for the demultiplexing of a 2×40-GBd OTDM-DQPSK signal.Error-free performance is demonstrated,and the average power penalty for both channels is about 3 dB.     

Single mode rate equations for two sections self—pulsating DFB laser

We Propose a set of single mode rate equations for multi-section distributed feedback(DFB) lasers. On the basis of the rate equations, the self-pulsation in the two-section DFB lasers with asymmetrical injection current was explained. It was found that the dynamic distribution of the power in two sections play key role in the self-pulsation running.

作为自动交换光网络中的核心器件,全光波长转换器在网络中发挥着重要作用。基于半导体激光器速率方程,提出了新的基于饱和吸收体实现全光波长转换器的理论模型;并针对该理论模型,采用小信号分析方法讨论了波长转换的频率调制响应特性;数值求解了不同偏置电流、码速、输入信号光功率对波长转换性能的影响,对于实现和优化基于饱和吸收体的全光波长转换器有理论指导作用。
