非线性Schroedinger方程组的精确解组

运用Maple语言程序，在没有假设的条件下，得到了具有耦合特性的非线性Schrfidinger方程组的行波精确解组及其约束条件方程，它们的表达式涵盖了所有的耦合解组与非耦合解组，具有任意性。耦合解组的算例函数及其特性分析，解释了α螺旋蛋白质螺旋链运动模型的行波孤立子解的耦合效应，揭示了增加、稳定和控制蛋白质活性和功能的方向。文章的研究方法，为求解耦合的非线性微分方程组的行波精确解组探索了蹊径。     

Ultraviolet Luminescence in Mg0.12Zn0.88O Alloy Films

We investigate the origin of ultraviolet （UV） emission from Mg0.12 Zn0.88 O alloy thin films with a wurtzite structure fabricated on c-plane Al2O3 substrates by plasma assisted molecular beam epitaxy. At room temperature, the absorption edge and UV emission band of the Mg0.12Zn0.88O film shift to high-energy side compared with ZnO films. Temperature dependence of the photoluminescence spectra shows that the UV emission is composed of free exciton and neutral donor bound exciton emissions. Two-step dissociation processes of the UV emission are observed with the increasing temperature. The thermal quenching mechanism is attributed to the dissociation of the free exciton from the neutral donor bound exciton in the low temperature region and the dissociation of free electron and hole from the free exciton in the high temperature region.

Hexagonal Standing-Wave Patterns in Periodically Forced Reaction-Diffusion Systems

The periodically forced spatially extended Brusselator is investigated in the oscillating regime. The temporal response and pattern formation within the 2：1 frequency-locking band where the system oscillates at one half of the forcing frequency are examined. An hexagonal standing-wave pattern and other resonant patterns are observed. The detailed phase diagram of resonance structure in the forcing frequency and forcing amplitude parameter space is calculated. The transitions between the resonant standing-wave patterns are of hysteresis when control parameters are varied, and the presence of multiplicity is demonstrated. Analysis in the framework of amplitude equation reveals that the spatial patterns of the standing waves come out as a result of Turing bifurcation in the amplitude equation.     

Effects of Substrate Temperature on Helium Content and Microstructure of Nanocrystalline Titanium Films

Helium-charged nanocrystalline titanium films have been deposited by HeAr magnetron co-sputtering. The effects of substrate temperature on the helium content and microstructure of the nanocrystalline titanium films have been studied. The results indicate that helium atoms with a high concentration are evenly incorporated in the deposited titanium films. When the substrate temperature increases from 60℃ to 350℃ while the other deposition＇parameters are fixed, the helium content decreases gradually from 38.6 at.% to 9.2at.%, which proves that nanocrystalline Ti films have a great helium storage capacity. The 20 angle of the Bragg peak of （002） crystal planes of the He-charged Ti film shifts to a lower angle and that of （100） crystal plane is unchanged as compared with that of the pure Ti film, which indicates that the lattice parameter c increases and a keeps at the primitive value. The grain refining and helium damage result in the diffraction peak broadening.     

叶酸靶向复合脂质体中阿霉素和维拉帕米含量的测定

建立叶酸靶向复合脂质体中阿霉素和维拉帕米含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法。阿霉素在0.5—60μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率97.3%;维拉帕米在1.0—50.0μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率97.2%。本方法灵敏度高,专属性强,重现性好,操作简便,能准确测定叶酸靶向复合脂质体中阿霉素和维拉帕米的含量。     

Study of diode-pumped Yb:YAG disk lasers at low temperature

A Yb:YAG disk laser with V-shaped stable resonator and active-mirror configuration,end-pumped by a 940-nm InGaAs laser diode array,is demonstrated.Performances and optimization of the disk laser at low temperature over a range of 130-200 K are investigated theoretically and experimentally.Laser output energy of 1.46 J/pulse operating at 10-Hz repetition rate is obtained with the optimum output coupler transmission of 30%,and the corresponding optical-to-optical efficiency is 48.7%.     

Design, Fabrication and Test of a Soft X-Ray Even-Order Transmission Grating

Most transmission gratings in the x-ray region work with their first orders and dispersion is limited by the line density achievable with current fabrication technology. We present a novel design of a two-dimensional x-ray transmission grating. The grating works with higher dispersion using its second orders, and the influence from first and third orders can be suppressed. A grating according to the novel design is fabricated and its diffraction performance is tested in comparison with a traditional x-ray transmission grating with the same line density. The novel grating could be especially useful when high dispersion is desired while the fabrication of high-density gratings becomes more difficult.     

光谱法研究异丙甲草胺及其S-对映体与脲酶的相互作用机制

应用紫外差光谱和荧光光谱法研究了水溶液中酰胺类除草剂异丙甲草胺及其S 异构体与脲酶分子间的相互作用。结果表明 ,随着除草剂浓度的增加 (0 0～ 1 6 μmol·L-1 ) ,脲酶的紫外吸收光谱发生红移 ,吸收强度减弱。除草剂对脲酶的荧光均有猝灭作用 ,且静态猝灭是引起脲酶荧光猝灭的主要原因。从荧光猝灭结果求出了除草剂和脲酶的结合常数及结合位点数。异丙甲草胺 :K =1 4 9× 1 0 3 L·mol-1 ,n =0 84 ;S 异丙甲草胺 :K =2 2 2× 1 0 3 L·mol-1 ,n =0 89。
