含茂基及酰亚胺基镧系金属有机化合物的合成

在室温下由邻苯二甲酰亚胺[phthalimide, H(Pht)]与Cp3Ln在四氢呋喃溶液中反应, 合成了六个新化合物: Cp2Ln(pht),CpLn(pht)2, (Cp=cyclopentadienyl; Ln=Yb, Er, Dy;pht=phthalimido)。它们均经元素分析、红外光谱和质谱鉴定, 为非溶剂化的桥式二聚体结构。     

新型聚醚的合成与表征

用高活性催化剂催化环氧丙烷开环聚合得到一类新型高质量聚醚。对产物进行IR和NMR表征和分析,并探讨了合成工艺条件。结果表明,调节单体与调节剂的比例,控制反应温度在100 5℃,压力在0.15 ~ 0.25 MPa ,可得到不饱和度低、相对分子质量可控、相对分子质量分布窄的聚醚产品。     

Influence of dopant concentration on electrical quantum transport behaviors in junctionless nanowire transistors

We discuss the random dopant effects in long channel junctionless transistor associated with quantum confinement effects. The electrical measurement reveals the threshold voltage variability induced by the random dopant fluctuation.Quantum transport features in Hubbard systems are observed in heavily phosphorus-doped channel. We investigate the single electron transfer via donor-induced quantum dots in junctionless nanowire transistors with heavily phosphorusdoped channel, due to the formation of impurity Hubbard bands. While in the lightly doped devices, one-dimensional quantum transport is only observed at low temperature. In this sense, phonon-assisted resonant-tunneling is suppressed due to misaligned levels formed in a few isolated quantum dots at cryogenic temperature. We observe the Anderson-Mott transition from isolate electron state to impurity bands as the doping concentration is increased.     

荧光光度法测定水体中痕量邻苯二酚

在pH 3.2的酸性介质中,邻苯二酚与染料天青Ⅰ相互作用导致荧光强度明显增强,以发射波长343.0nm测定时,邻苯二酚的浓度在0.075～30μmol.L-1范围内与其荧光的增强程度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)为7.51nmol.L-1。方法用于实际水样分析,加标回收率在97.0%～104%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.8%～3.9%之间。     

基于光纤氧气传感器的细胞培养氧分压测试实验

基于荧光淬灭原理,利用光纤氧气传感器检测PK-15细胞培养过程中的氧分压.实验结果表明:随着细胞密度的增高,测得的氧分压减小,说明细胞在代谢过程中,耗氧量要大于氧气的扩散溶解量.细胞培养过程中液相中的氧分压水平不仅依赖于细胞培养环境气相中的氧分压,而且也依赖于细胞的密度和细胞代谢.     

Microwave Assistant Synthesis and Dimeric Crystal Structure of 2-(((6-Chloropyridin-3-yl)-methyl)thio)-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole

The title compound 2-(((6-chloropyridin-3-yl)methyl)thio)-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole 5(C26H18Cl2N8S4) was synthesized, and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.452(4), b = 12.335(4), c = 13.017(5) A, α = 90.624(5), β = 110.541(5), γ =104.879(4)°, Dc = 1.561 g/cm3, Z = 2, V = 1364.9(9) A3, F(000) = 656, the final R = 0.0300 and w R = 0.0635 for 4206 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The preliminary biological test showed that the title compound has activities against Stemphylium lycopersici(Enjoji) Yamamoto, Fusarium oxysporum. sp. cucumebrium, and Botrytis cinerea with inhibitory activities to be 9.82%, 44.44% and 20.00%, respectively.

如何讲好聚合物的导电性(Ⅱ)——新型的载流子:孤子和极化子

传统导体的载流子是电子或空穴,但在具有一维链式结构的聚合物中电子已不是导电的载流子。由液体介质流动形式——"孤波"导出的孤子,以及由孤子和反孤子组成的极化子是导电聚合物除电子外的载流子。极化子和孤子流动所需要的能量比电子流动所需的能量小,所以首先启动的"载流子"不是电子,而是极化子和孤子。
