有机小分子催化合成高聚物的研究进展

综述了有机小分子催化剂在高分子合成上应用的研究进展,着重分析催化剂结构与催化效能、单体的选择性以及聚合物的性质之间的关系。     

环形浅池内硅熔体中的热流体波

为了了解工业Czochralski炉内硅熔体表面轮型的基本特征,对环形浅池内硅熔体的热毛细-浮力对流进行了三维数值模拟,硅熔池内径为15 mm,外径为50 mm,深度为3 mm,熔池外壁被加热,内壁被冷却,底部固壁和顶部自由表面均绝热或者允许一个垂直方向的传热。模拟结果表明,当径向温差较小时,熔池内会产生稳定的单胞热毛细-浮力流动,随着温差的增大,流动将转变为三维振荡流动,在熔体自由表面会出现沿周向运动的轮型,小的垂直方向的热流密度(3W/cm2)对这种振荡流动没有大的影响。同时,讨论了流动和温度波动的特征,并确定了振荡流动的临界条件。     

（Ti,Al）N薄膜光学性能的研究

研究了（Ｔｉ，Ａｌ）薄膜的光学特性，对其反射和透射光谱作了仔细分析。运用Ｈａｄｌｅｙ方程，算出一定成分（Ｔｉ，Ａｌ）Ｎ膜的折射率ｎ，消光系数ｋ随波长的变化关系。又根据透射曲线，计算出了（Ｔｉ，Ａｌ）Ｎ膜的光隙能。     

固体介质间隔层激光标准具性能的影响因素研究

针对固体介质间隔层的镀膜标准具, 以1 064 nm激光镀膜标准具为例, 首先研究了反射膜堆数对反射带宽、基底厚度以及对自由光谱区的影响:标准具的带宽随着膜层堆数增加而减小, 自由光谱区随着基板厚度的增加而减小;其次研究了基底误差对标准具中心波长定位和透过率的影响, 通过定量数值计算证明了基底误差可通过标准具的使用角度补偿;针对典型的H(LH)^m/Substrate/(HL)^mH和L(LH)^m/Substrate/(HL)^mL两个膜系结构, 研究了入射激光发散角对标准具中心波长偏移、通带半宽度、中心波长透过率和最大透过率的影响。随着激光发散角的增加, 中心波长向短波方向移动, 通带半宽度、中心波长透过率和最大透过率呈现下降的趋势, 并且第二个膜系结构的标准具性能优于第一个膜系结构的标准具。     

The thermal effect in diode-end-pumped continuous-wave 914-nm Nd:YVO4 laser

The thermal effect and the heat generation in diode-end-pumped continuous-wave 914-nm Nd:YVO₄ lasers are investigated in detail. A theoretical model of a diode end-pumped solid-state laser is constructed to analyse the influence of fractional thermal loading on the thermal effect in the Nd:YVO₄ laser based on finite element analysis. The thermal focal lengths and the end-surface deformations of laser rods in Nd:YVO₄ quasi-three-level and four-level lasers are measured and compared with the results obtained by ordinary interferometry for the demonstration of higher thermal loading in 914-nm laser. Finally the fractional thermal loading in the Nd:YVO₄ quasi-three-level laser is calculated by matching the experimental and the simulated end deformations.     

天冬氨酸在Cu(001)表面吸附的扫描隧道显微镜研究

用扫描隧道显微镜(STM)研究了室温下天冬氨酸在Cu(001)表面的吸附行为.实验发现,在较 低的覆盖度下,天冬氨酸分子在Cu(001)表面存在两种吸附状态.从STM数据估算出两种吸附 状态下天冬氨酸分子在Cu(001)表面的扩散激活能分别为079±001eV,088±005eV. 随着覆盖度的提高,天冬氨酸分子最终在Cu(001)表面形成一均匀衬度的吸附层,但并不形 成有序吸附结构,也不能使台阶发生小面化.天冬氨酸分子的这些吸附特点是迄今研究过的 所有氨基酸在Cu(001)表面吸附时不具有的. 关键词： 表面吸附 扫描隧道显微镜 氨基酸     

平行风风速对腔体复合热损失特性影响的数值模拟

在恒热流边界条件和不同平行风风速下,考虑通过保温层和腔体壁面的导热热损失,采用三维数值模拟方法对一侧全开的圆柱形腔体复合对流和辐射热损失特性进行研究。结果表明:平行风下,腔体内的温度分布和开口面速度分布都与无风时存在很大差异;随着风速的增大,对流热损失平均努塞尔数Nu_c单调递增,而辐射热损失平均努塞尔数Nu_r并不单调递减,且风速越大,变化越不明显;随着腔体倾角的增大,同一风速下Nu_c和Nu_r并不像无风时那样单调变化。     

Xe-Kr laser induced collisional ionization system and experimental preparation of its initial state: Four-photon resonant excitation

This paper proposes a novel one-colour Xe-Kr laser induced collisional ionization system. Considering the level scheme of the system, it finds that the initial state of the reaction--the four 4f levels with even J of Xe-can be prepared through method of four-photon resonant excitation by dye laser with wavelength of -440 nm. Absorption of an additional photon （the transfer laser） of the same wavelength will complete the laser induced collisional ionization process. The resonance enhanced ionization spectrum of Xe by four laser photons at -440nm is measured through time-of-flight mass spectrometry, this aims at the preparation of the initial state of the system proposed. The Stark broadening of the measured spectrum is observed and consistent with the previous study. Analysis of the measured resonance ionization spectrum implies the feasibility of -440 nm four-photon resonant excitation of the initial 4f state of the Xe Kr system proposed in this paper, which prepares for a further experiment of laser induced collisional ionization.     

不锈钢材料及TiN镀膜处理后PSD测试实验研究

PSD性能是评价电子储存环真空室材料及材料表面处理优劣的一个重要指标.对一约1.5m长不锈钢管道真空室进行了镀TiN薄膜处理,并在合肥光源机器研究用光束线(MSB)的PSD实验站上对该真空室在镀TiN薄膜处理前后分别进行了PSD性能测试实验研究.测试研究结果表明,TiN薄膜处理对于减小不锈钢材料PSD有非常明显的作用.     

矩阵损失下多维几何分布均值 的线性估计可容许性

本文在矩阵损失函数 (d - λ ) (d - λ )′下讨论多维几何分布均值参数 λ的线性估计在齐次线性 估计类中的可容许性 .
