微波萃取-气相色谱法同时测定水果、蔬菜中7种有机磷农药残留

建立微波萃取-气相色谱法同时分离测定水果、蔬菜中7种有机磷农药残留量的方法。采用微波加速反应系统提取农药残留,不需要净化过程,FPD为检测器,样品提取效果好,干扰物少,检测快速。方法的检出限为0.004-0.01μg／mL,回收率为86、4％-107．5％,相对标准偏差为2．6％-7．0％（n=6）。     

回音壁模式光学微腔的激发模式控制

利用二氧化碳激光器在熔融石英棒上加工出具有超高品质因子的微棒腔,并研究了微腔的曲率、耦合位置以及耦合位置处锥形光纤的半径对激发的模式数量、品质因子以及耦合效率的影响。通过优化加工和耦合过程中的参数,在保证超高品质因子的同时激发出少量模式,有效避免了模式重叠,从而在不同波长下产生了具有频谱光滑包络的孤子光频梳。     

Effects of Low-Damage Plasma Treatment on the Channel 2DEG and Device Characteristics of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs

室内空间测量定位系统扫描激光面模型优化

针对室内空间测量定位系统(wMPS)交会测量模型将发射站扫描激光面视为理想平面的现状,研究了一种基于高精度转台的激光面面型视觉评估方法。根据评估结果引入线性折面判断机制,优化重建了wMPS扫描激光面数学模型,以减小交会测量模型中的系统误差。结合大空间高精度坐标场对新模型进行了评估。结果表明,所研究模型对实际光面的拟合效果较好,有助于提升wMPS的测量精度。

Preparation and Raman Spectrum of Rutile Single Crystals Using Floating Zone Method

With anatase-type titanium dioxide as the raw materials, the futile type titanium dioxide single crystal is prepared using the floating zone method. The results of XRD measurement show that the grown crystal is highly crystalline with a futile structure, which has orientation to the c-axis. The four Raman vibration characteristic peaks （143, 240, 450 and 610 cm^-1） at room temperature show that the crystalline structure of the single crystal is a typical futile phase, meanwhile a new Raman peak at around 690 cm^-1 is found. The results of the Raman measurement at various temperatures for the single crystal show that the Raman frequency shifts are different.     

TiO2薄膜的制备及甲醛的光催化降解

以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体，采用溶胶一凝胶一超声波法制备得到了纳米TiO2溶胶，在单面抛光的硅片上采用旋转涂膜法涂上TiO2溶胶，快速烘干，再经烧结得到TiO2薄膜，并利用XRD，XPS与AFM对其结构性能进行表征，结果表明，膜厚度大约可控在3-5nm，膜表面颗粒大小约20nM，膜的组成主要为锐钛矿型TiO2和少量有机碳化物。在制备TiO2薄膜时，发现膜层随着镀膜次数变化显示不同的颜色差异，并有着良好的对应关系。以此现象入手研究不同颜色的TiO2薄膜在同一光催化条件下甲醛的降解分析，实验结果发现呈蓝色光的TiO2薄膜表现良好的光催化效果，其原因可能是蓝色光对光的吸收较好。     

Stabilizing Unstable Equilibrium Point of Unified Chaotic Systems with Unknown Parameter Using Sliding Mode Control

The control problem of a unified chaos is considered. Stabilizing unstable equilibrium point is achieved by a sliding mode controller based on parameter identification.The observer is applied to identify the unknown parameter of a unified chaotic system.Simulations are made and the results verify the validity of the proposed method.     

入射光面转动TeO2声光偏转器

本文提出了入射光面转动的新型工作模式ＴｅＯ２声光偏转器，入射光面转动Ｋ波矢位在（１１）平面，（１１０）平面是（１１０）－（００１）面绕（１１）轴转动一定角度而得，这种器件的特点是，比通常的偏转器具有最高的衍射效率和更宽的动态范围。
