We present the design and experimental results for a diode pumped Nd:YLF regenerative amplifier applied to amplify a nanosecond laser pulse. Numerical simulation shows that the maximum output energy and the best stability can be obtained when the regenerative amplifier operates in a saturated mode for all pulse duration and temporal profiles. Using extra post-pulse is a good method to decrease the square-pulse distortion caused by gain saturation effect. The amplifier shows output energy of 4.2mJ with a total energy gain of more than 10^7 and output energy stability of better than 1% rms. When extra post-pulse is added, square-pulse distortion is decreased from 1.33 to 1.17 for the amplifier that is seeded with an optical pulse of 3ns.  相似文献

利用对相移分布反馈(DFB)光纤激光器的相移区施加一定的应力,使光栅的相移区产生双折射,得到了消光比为14dB的运行在1053nm的单偏振激光输出,并且由于光纤光栅的相移区偏离了光纤光栅的中心位置,使激光器的输出功率特性具有一定的方向选择性。  相似文献

 The assay of lipo-soluble-vitamins is considered as a difficult analysis item by all analysts. This paper putsforward a method to simultaneously determine lipo-soluble-vitamins by multiwavelength reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography,that have not found in references. Under normal conditions samples must bepretreated and then injected separately for each vitamin in analysis. In this letter, we report a multifunctional high-performance Nd:glass laser system. Laser pulses from an all-fiber front end are first amplified by a regenerative amplifier to 10 mJ level, and then further amplified in a four-pass amplifier. The laser system can provide 10.3-J, 3-ns laser pulses at 1053-nm wavelength. The shot-to-shot energy stability is better than 1.5% (RMS). The output laser beam is near diffraction limit. Binary amplitude masks are used to maintain a flat top near-field profile with a 71% fill factor. After the frequency conversion process, 7 and 5.5 J pulses at 526.5 and 351 nm are obtained, respectively.  相似文献

The experimental performance of beam smoothing by combined one-dimensional (1D) spectral dispersion and lens array (LA) technology is presented, as applied in the ninth beam of SG-II. Using 3w spectral dispersion with a bandwidth of 270 GHz and a line dispersion that is 24.9 times the beam's diffraction- limited width decreases the focal spot non-uniformity of 80% energy concentration from 46% to 17%. The multiple-beam interference properties of the LA are theoretically and experimentally validated by spatial power spectral density analysis. Peak-spectra suppression ratios of 20 and 10 dB are achieved in the dispersion and orthogonal directions, respectively.  相似文献

针对波长1053 nm, 0°高反介质膜元件, 采用有限时域差分法, 模拟分析了损伤修复点边缘与法线的夹角对膜层内电场强度分布的影响, 该角度越小, 修复点的损伤阈值越高. 通过优化飞秒激光微加工过程中的焦斑尺寸、脉冲能量、扫描步长和扫描次数等参数, 获得了夹角为25°、深度为14 μm的修复点. 该修复点典型的损伤阈值为21 J/cm2, 是修复前的2.3倍, 50个修复点的测试结果表明该修复参数具有非常好的可重复性. 修复点的测试结果还验证了修复点边缘与法线的夹角大小与其损伤阈值的关系, 45°的电场强度最大值约为25°的2.5倍, 而45°的损伤阈值约为25°的1/2, 模拟和实验结果一致性较好. 同时, 实验验证了微加工的激光脉宽对修复点损伤阈值的影响, 在只改变脉宽的情况下, 脉宽越长, 损伤阈值越低.  相似文献

A special-velocity-matched electro-optic(EO) phase modulator employing a microwave resonant design in lithium niobate is presented.Both the microwave property and phase-modulation performances of the 3.25-GHz modulator agree well with the numerical simulations.Using this modulator in a single-pass configuration with 1-kW microwave drive power,the spectral bandwidth of a 1 053-nm,3-ns pulse-length laser is broadened to 0.13 nm.With a clear aperture of 5×5(mm),the modulator is suited for twodimensional smoothing by spectral dispersion in high power laser systems.  相似文献
