The evolution of helium bubbles in purity Mo was investigated by in-situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM) during 30 keV He+ irradiation (at 673 K and 1173 K) and post-irradiation annealing (after 30 keV He+ irradiation with the fluence of 5.74×1016 He+/cm2 at 673 K). Both He+ irradiation and subsequently annealing induced the initiation, aggregation, and growth of helium bubbles. Temperature had a significant effect on the initiation and evolution of helium bubbles. The higher the irradiation temperature was, the larger the bubble size at the same irradiation fluence would be. At 1173 K irradiation, helium bubbles nucleated and grew preferentially at grain boundaries and showed super large size, which would induce the formation of microcracks. At the same time, the geometry of helium bubbles changed from sphericity to polyhedron. The polyhedral bubbles preferred to grow in the shape bounded by {100} planes. After statistical analysis of the characteristic parameters of helium bubbles, the functions between the average size, number density of helium bubbles, swelling rate and irradiation damage were obtained. In addition to electrical insulation properties, the thermal properties of nanodielectrics, such as glass transition temperature, thermal expansion coefficients, thermal conductivity, and mechanical properties, including Young's modulus, bulk modulus, and shear modulus, are also very important. This paper describes the molecular dynamics simulations of epoxy resin doped with SiO2 nanoparticles and with SiO2 nanoparticles that have been surface grafted with hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) at 10% and 20% grafting rates. The results show that surface grafting can improve certain thermal and mechanical properties of the system. Our analysis indicates that the improved thermal performance occurs because the formation of thermal chains becomes easier after the surface grafting treatment. The improved mechanical properties originate from two causes. First, doping with SiO2 nanoparticles inhibits the degree of movement of molecular chains in the system. Second, the surface grafting treatment weakens the molecular repulsion between SiO2 and epoxy resin, and the van der Waals excluded region becomes thinner. Thus, the compatibility between SiO2 nanoparticles and polymers is improved by the grafting treatment. The analysis method and conclusions in this paper provide guidance and reference for the future studies of the thermal and mechanical properties of nanodielectrics. 相似文献

采用三聚磷酸钠(TPP)和六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)为复合交联剂,制备了离子交联网络结构的壳聚糖水凝胶微球。分析讨论了交联剂质量配比、pH以及离子强度等对壳聚糖微球溶胀性能的影响。结果表明:使用复合交联剂制备的微球的溶胀度比单独使用TPP或SHMP的分别低62.4%和41.3%,交联效率得到明显提高;当m(TPP)∶m(SHMP)=3∶5,交联剂pH=5时,制备的微球交联程度最好,结构最密实;在pH=1.2的缓冲溶液中,溶胀度可达到357%,而且凝胶没有任何破碎。微球具有较好的离子强度和pH敏感性,在酸性介质中有较高的溶胀度。 相似文献

以生物质气化气作为再燃燃料,在小型流化床反应器内进行了N2O脱除的实验研究。研究了生物质气化气投入位置、料层高度、再燃燃料比、烟气含氧量和反应温度对N2O排放的影响。结果表明,距布风板200 mm的B喷口较离布风板较近的A喷口(距布风板100 mm)对应的N2O转化率高;反应温度为850℃、按照N2O/N2配置模拟烟气的情况下,B口喷入生物质气量为1%,床料CaO高度为10 mm时N2O接近完全分解;反应温度为850℃,床层高度大于20 mm时,从B口喷入大于0.4%比例的生物质气对应N2O分解率高于95%。 相似文献

基于前期生物设计AHAS抑制剂的研究,设计合成了15个吲哚满二酮类衍生物,其中9个为新化合物,其结构均经过1H NMR,MS和元素分析确证,并对所有化合物进行了离体和活体活性测试.实验结果表明,这类化合物在体内和体外均具有一定的生物活性,在离体活性测试中,所有化合物在100μg/mL浓度下对拟南芥AHAS均表现出明确的抑制活性,其中化合物4d,4e,5a和5f在10μg/mL浓度下仍然对AHAS表现出45%以上的抑制率,但此类化合物除草活性普遍较差. 相似文献

The title compound, a novel Ag(Ⅰ) carboxyarylphosphonate [Ag(H2BCP)(4,4'- bipy)]·2H2O (H3BCP = p-H2O3PCH2C6H4COOH, 4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine), was synthesized by a hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 5.7038(11), b = 22.397(4), c = 5.602(4) ?, β = 106.26(3)°, V = 1913.4(7) 3, Z = 4, C18H20N2O7PAg, Mr = 515.20, Dc = 1.788 g/cm3, μ = 1.182 mm-1, F(000) = 1040, the final R = 0.0404 and wR = 0.1216 for 4178 observed reflections with I 2σ(Ⅰ). In the structure, the Ag(Ⅰ) cations are bridged by 4,4'-bipy to give rise to 1D chains running along the b axis. These chains are linked further by the interactions of O (from BCP ligands) and Ag atoms to yield 2D layers. Hydrogen bonding interactions and weak π-π stacking interactions between 4,4'-bipy rings assemble such adjacent layers to generate a 3D supramolecular architecture. 相似文献
