给出一个旋翼尾迹线性化稳定性分析的方法.在该方法中,尾迹涡线被离散为直线涡段,尾迹的扰动归结为涡元端点的扰动,考虑了桨尖涡的自诱导和涡线的互诱导以及桨尖涡与桨叶的实际干扰.使用该方法,分别以UH-1H和AH-1G模型旋翼为例,对悬停和前飞状态的旋翼尾迹的稳定性进行计算和分析.结果表明:旋翼尾迹运动存在大于0的特征值,是内在不稳定的,且最大发散率随波数变化呈现出一定规律性;前飞与悬停状态不同,其最大发散率减小,不稳定性减弱. 相似文献

Chaos game representation (CGR) is an iterative mapping
technique that processes sequences of units, such as nucleotides in
a DNA sequence or amino acids in a protein, in order to determine
the coordinates of their positions in a continuous space. This
distribution of positions has two features: one is unique, and the
other is source sequence that can be recovered from the coordinates
so that the distance between positions may serve as a measure of
similarity between the corresponding sequences. A CGR-walk
model is proposed based on CGR coordinates for the DNA
sequences. The CGR coordinates are converted into a time
series, and a long-memory ARFIMA (p, d, q) model, where
ARFIMA stands for autoregressive fractionally integrated moving
average, is introduced into the DNA sequence analysis. This model is
applied to simulating real CGR-walk sequence data of ten
genomic sequences. Remarkably long-range correlations are uncovered
in the data, and the results from these models are reasonably fitted

Based on the density functional theory, the influences of strain on structural, elastic, thermal and optical properties of CuGaTe_2 are discussed in detail. It is found that the tensile strain on CuGaTe_2 is beneficial to the decrease of lattice thermal conductivity by reducing the mean sound velocity and Debye temperature. Moreover, all strained and unstrained CuGaTe_2 exhibit rather similar optical characters. But the tensile strain improves the ability to absorb sunlight in the visible range.These research findings can give hints for designing thermoelectric and photovoltaic devices. 相似文献

Coexistence of unipolar and bipolar modes in Ag/ZnO/Pt resistive switching memory with oxygen-vacancy and metal-Ag filaments 下载免费PDF全文
In this study, the unipolar resistive switching(URS) and bipolar resistive switching(BRS) are demonstrated to be coexistent in the Ag/Zn O/Pt memory device, and both modes are observed to strongly depend on the polarity of forming voltage. The mechanisms of the URS and BRS behaviors could be attributed to the electric-field-induced migration of oxygen vacancies(VO) and metal-Ag conducting filaments(CFs) respectively, which are confirmed by investigating the temperature dependences of low resistance states in both modes. Furthermore, we compare the resistive switching(RS)characteristics(e.g., forming and switching voltages, reset current and resistance states) between these two modes based on VO- and Ag-CFs. The BRS mode shows better switching uniformity and lower power than the URS mode. Both of these modes exhibit good RS performances, including good retention, reliable cycling and high-speed switching. The result indicates that the coexistence of URS and BRS behaviors in a single device has great potential applications in future nonvolatile multi-level memory. 相似文献

We report an experimental study of electromagnetically induced transparency(EIT)-based light storage in a cloud of cold atoms loaded into a magneto-optical-trap(MOT). After the MOT is turned off, the retrieval efficiencies of rightand left-circularly polarized signal light fields each as a function of storage time are measured for different time delays between MOT off and the storage event, respectively. The results show that in the delay ranging from 0.015 ms to 3.5 ms,the retrieval efficiency for a zero-storage time(0.2 μs) and the storage lifetime can exceed 15% and 1.4 ms, respectively.The measured results will provide important help for optimizing the storage of the polarized entanglement photons in cold atomic ensembles. 相似文献
