本文设计合成了两个含有联噻唑的钌(Ⅱ)配合物[Ru(btz)3](CIO4)2(1)和[Ru(btz)(dppz)2](c104)2(2)(btz=4,4’bithiazole,dppz:dipyrido[3,2-a:2’,3’c]phenazine).通过元素分析、ES-MS、1HNMR和X射线单晶衍射表征了配合物的结构.运用光谱滴定和黏度实验研究了配合物与DNA的作用,发现配合物1与DNA以静电方式结合,配合物2以插入模式与DNA结合.凝胶电泳实验表明配合物1和2在光照射下均可有效断裂DNA,单线杰氢(1O2)和脊某自由墓(OH、县推动断裂反应的活性物种. 相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of mononuclear and symmetrical binuclear ruthenium(Ⅱ) complexes [Ru1:Ru(bpy)2DIPB(ClO4)2,Ru2:(bpy)2 Ru(DIPB)Ru(bpy)2(ClO4)4,Ru3:Ru(phen)2DIPB(ClO4)2 and Ru4:(phen)2 Ru(DIPB)Ru (phen)2(ClO4)4] containing binuclear ligand 2,2′-bipyridine(bpy),1,10-phenanthroline(phen) and bridging ligand 1,4-di-[2-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10] phenanthroine benzene(DIPB) on a platinum electrode and the intermetallic interaction of binuclear complexes have been investigated using cyclic voltammetry,cyclic ac voltammetry and differential capacitance techniques,etc.In acetonitrile solution with a concentration of 0.1 mol穌m-3 TBAP,the central ions in four complexes all display single 1e and 2e reversible oxidation- reduction waves on the cyclic voltammograms,with apparent diffusion coefficients of the mononuclear complexed cations being larger than that of the binuclear ones.The apparent diffusion coefficients for complexed cations with auxiliary ligands bpy are also found to be larger than that with ligands phen.It appears that the overlapping of two continuous single-electron processes by cyclic ac voltammetry and differential capacitance techniques occurs during the redox processes of the central ions binuclear complexes.The results show that a weak electronic interaction exits between the two central ruthenium ions in binuclear complexes. 相似文献

单核、对称双核钌配合物在铂电极上的电化学行为 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
利用循环伏安、循环交流伏安和微分电容测定等电化学方法研究了由2,2'-联吡啶(bpy)和桥联配体1,4-二(2-咪唑并[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲咯啉)苯(DIPB)配位而成的单核钌配合物[Rul:Ru(bpy)~2(DIPB)(ClO~4)~2]和对称双核钌配合物[Ru2:(bpy)~2Ru(DIPB)Ru(bpy)~2(ClO~4)~4]在铂电极上的电化学行为。研究结果表明,在0.1mol/L高氯酸四丁基铵(TBAP)的乙腈溶液中,这两种配合物的中心钌离子在铂电极上均呈现一对氧化还原峰,而配体2,2'-联吡啶则呈现两对氧化还原峰。单核Ru1和双核Ru2所对应的各组氧化还原峰分别符合可逆的单电子和二电子传递反应过程的特征,所对应的条件电位(FormalPotential)Ru2较ru1有轻微正移。Ru1和Ru2所对应的配位阳孩子的扩散系数分别为9.93×10^-^6cm^2/s和3.50×10^-^6cm^2/s。在循环交流法和微分电容法确定的时间量程内,两中心钌离子在桥联配体间的电子传递过程较它与电极间的慢。 相似文献

采用改性的TiCl4水解法制备出三种不同表面性质的TiO2-X(X=5,10,20,X表示加入NaOH的浓度,单位为mo·lL-1)样品.利用(1,10-邻菲咯啉)2-2-(2-吡啶基)苯咪唑钌混配配合物(Rup2P)作为敏化剂,制备出Rup2P/TiO2-5/ITO(铟锡金属氧化物)、Rup2P/TiO2-10/ITO和Rup2P/TiO2-20/ITO表面敏化薄膜电极.测试结果表明三种薄膜电极的光电转换效率Rup2P/TiO2-10/ITO最高,Rup2P/TiO2-20/ITO次之,Rup2P/TiO2-5/ITO最低.利用吸收光谱、表面光电压(SP)谱、荧光光谱和表面光电流作用谱等分析了Rup2P和三种TiO2的能带结构和表面性质;利用光致循环伏安和表面光电流作用谱研究了三种Rup2P/TiO2-X/ITO薄膜电极的光致界面电荷转移过程.结果表明,在光致界面电荷转移过程中,TiO2层表面氧空位对Rup2P/TiO2-X/ITO薄膜电极光致电荷转移产生重要影响.并进一步讨论了Rup2P/TiO2-X/ITO薄膜电极的光电流产生机理. 相似文献

采用离子束溅射方法制备出TiO2/ITO, Zr4+掺杂的TiO2(TiO2-Zr)/ITO和ZrO2/TiO2/ITO复合薄膜. 利用表面敏化方法制备出(1,10-邻菲咯啉)2(3,4,5-三氟苯基)咪唑并[5,6-f]邻菲咯啉钌混配配合物[Rup2O](p=1,10-邻菲咯啉, O=(3,4,5-三氟苯基)咪唑并[5,6-f]邻菲咯啉)/TiO2/ITO, Rup2O/TiO2-Zr/ITO和Rup2O/ZrO2/TiO2/ITO表面敏化TiO2基复合薄膜. 表面光电压谱(SPS)表明, 表面敏化TiO2基复合薄膜在400~600和350 nm产生的SPS响应峰的峰高比与TiO2基复合薄膜的结构密切相关. 利用电场诱导表面光电压谱(EFISPS)确定了复合薄膜的能带结构, 其结果分析表明, 400~600 nm的SPS响应峰主要源于Rup2O分子的中心离子Ru 4d能级到配体邻菲咯啉p1*和配体咪唑并邻菲咯啉p2*跃迁|TiO2禁带内Zr4+掺杂能级的存在减小了光生载流子的复合, 增加导带光生电子的数量|ZrO2/TiO2异质结构的存在有利于光生电子向ITO表面的转移, 从而导致400~600 nm和350 nm SPS响应峰的峰高比的增加, 意味着光致电荷转移效率的提高. 相似文献
