NATIONAL STANDARD OF HEAT CAPACITY MEASUREMENT OF SOLIDS IN THE RANGE OF 4.2—90K——AN AUTOMATED ADIABATIC CALORIMETER FROM 25 TO 90K AND MOLAR HEAT CAPACITIES OF α-ALUMINA

The construction of an automated adiabatic calorimeter for heat capacity measurement ofsolids in the temperature range of 25- 90K is described in detail. The sample vessel of thecalorimeter has thin radial vanes which make no contact with its inner wall and are distrib-uted evenly, thus greatly improving the internal thermal equilibration of the vessel. Theprecision of temperature control for the adiabatic shields and electrical leads of the calori-metric system are heightened to a great extent by using the high precision ACD- 79 modeladiabatic controller specially developed by us for this purpose. Measurements of the heatcapacities of high purity α-Al_2O_3, one of the internationally-accepted standard referencematerials, agree with those of the National Bureau of Standards (NBS), USA within ±0.3%,demonstrating the reliability of this apparatus.     

一种新的光致变色膜：Na2WO4-PAA-Glycerol体系研究

A method for preparing Na₂WO₄-PAA-Glycerol photochromic films was reported. The film was composed of Na₂WO₄, PAA and Glycerol, which were coated on a glass substrate. The film turned blue in the sun, and bleached to transparent in the darkness. The UV-Visible spectra showed strong absorbance at 300～500 nm, and the ABS changed signifanctly at 500～800 nm. The film showed the best photochromic behavior when n_Na2WO4∶n_PAA is 4%～5%. The mechanism was suggested that after irradiation, poly tunstate produced by Na₂WO₄ and PAA formed the tungsten blues. The tungsten blues were bleached due to oxidation back to poly tunstate by oxygen. The film showed not only an excellent photochromism property with rapid response and good reversibility, but also the simple techniques and good stability.

黄嘌呤(Xanthine,XA)是人体内嘌呤核苷酸分解代谢的中间产物,其在人体体液中含量的变化,可充分反映出人体内免疫、代谢等机能的状况.因此,人体体液中黄嘌呤含量的测定,在医学临床上具有重要意义.     

以萘酰亚胺衍生物基荧光高分子为载体和指示剂的 相分离免疫分析方法

以4-甲氧基-N-(2-N’,N’-二甲基氨基乙基-N’-烯丙基)萘二甲酰亚胺氯化铵(DMNAA)为荧光单体, 合成了一种pH敏感荧光高分子聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-4-甲氧基-N-(2-N’,N’-二甲基氨基乙基-N’-烯丙基)萘二甲酰亚胺氯化铵-N,N-二甲基氨丙基甲基丙烯酰胺[P(NIP-DMAPM-DMNAA)]. 采用共聚法将日本血吸虫抗原(SjAg)固定在P(NIP-DMAPM-DMNAA)上, 制备P(NIP-DMAPM-DMNAA)-SjAg连接物, 与日本血吸虫抗体(待测, SjAb)发生免疫反应后, 调节pH值, 使荧光高分子相变分离高分子-免疫组分连接物, 最后, 利用蛋白A对抗体的亲和性捕获P(NIP-DMAPM-DMNAA)-SjAg-SjAb, 通过测定高分子自身的荧光信号来定量 SjAb. 该新型高分子具有良好的荧光特性, 对pH响应快速, 37 ℃下相转变pH值为7.2, 分离免疫复合物时造成的损害低. 与传统相分离免疫分析比较, 新方法通过高分子相变分离和蛋白A捕获双重分离作用, 消除了非特异性组分和未反应的特异性免疫成分等的干扰; 利用高分子自身的荧光信号检测, 无须另外的标记物, 大大提高了免疫分析的简便性. 以日本血吸虫抗体为分析对象, 测得线性范围为1～1500 ng/mL, 抗体检出限为1.3 ng/mL, 相对标准偏差为3.6% (n＝10), 结果令人满意.     

非线性拟抛物型积分微分方程的初边值问题和初值问题

本文研究非线性拟抛物积分微分方程的初边值问题和初值问题。运用Galerkin方程结合能量估计证明了问题的整体强解的生存性、唯一性和稳定性，最后在一定条件下讨论了初边值问题整体解的不存在性和爆破问题。     

聚乳酸熔体纺丝、粘接和吸附性能的初步研究

针对制备香烟过滤嘴用丝束和过滤嘴棒的特殊需要,研究了聚乳酸的纺丝、粘接和吸附性能,通过流变学测量考察了各种加工因素对熔体流动性和可纺性的影响,特别是残留水分的影响,用分子量、DSC和力学性能测量跟踪了熔体纺丝和后加工过程.所获结果对确定聚乳酸树脂的规格范围,确定纺丝和后加工工艺,具有参考价值.     

Electronic Structures of Wurtzite GaN with Ga and N Vacancies

The electronic band structures of wurtzite GaN with Ga and N vacancy defects are investigated by means of the first-principles total energy calculations in the neutral charge state. Our results show that the band structures can be significantly modified by the Ga and N vacancies in the GaN samples. Generally, the width of the valence band is reduced and the band gap is enlarged. The defect-induced bands can be introduced in the band gap of GMV due to the Ga and N vacancies. Moreover, the GaN with high density of N vacancies becomes an indirect gap semiconductor. Three defect bands due to Ga vacancy defects are created within the band gap and near the top of the valence band. In contrast, the N vacancies introduce four defect bands within the band gap. One is in the vicinity of the top of the valence band, and the others are near the bottom of the conduction band. The physical origin of the defect bands and modification of the band structures due to the Ga and N vacancies are analysed in depth.     

基于MRS-SJC-Copula模型对A股与港股的动态联动性研究

由于经济增长周期变化,导致不同股票市场存在高低状态转换的现象,在研究不同股票市场之间联动性的研究时,需要考虑股票波动均值和方差两种结构变化。基于具有马尔可夫状态转换的动态SJC-Copula,结合修正ICSS算法对我国内地股票市场和香港股票市场之间的联动性进行方差结构突变点的检验。实证结果表明:国内和香港股票市场之间存在非线性非对称的时变相依性,并持续存在高低两种不同状态的概率转换。股票指数由于动态联动受到负面消息的下跌幅度大于正面消息的变化幅度,且上下尾部均受上期信息的持续影响。“沪港通”、“深港通”、中美贸易战等因素使得其上下尾部发生结构突变,内地与香港股票市场的联动性增大和市场波动幅度趋强。     

用质心速度图解法分析粒子分裂问题

本文介绍一种作留法，可由两质点的速度求得其质心速度及两质点相对于质心的速度．利用这种方法很容易实现质心参照系和实验室参照系间的相互转变，具有很强的直观性，适宜用以讨论粒子分裂和碰撞之类问题．本文着重讨论了粒子分裂时两子粒子飞行夹角在各种情况下的取值范围．     

卟啉取代侧链在LB膜结构中的取向研究

本文研究了５，１０，１５，２０－四（对－山嵛酸乙酯－α－氧代苯基）卟啉在气－液界面的成膜性能。在优化实验条件下制备了该化合物的多层ＬＢ膜。利用偏振ＦＴ－ＩＲ谱测定了卟啉上脂链取代基在ＬＢ膜结构中的取向。结果表明脂链轴线与载片法线间夹角为２７°。
