基于电控光学采样原理开展了飞秒激光飞行时间绝对距离测量的实验研究。电控光学采样技术使用两台重复频率锁相的飞秒激光器,分别作为信号激光器和本地振荡器。在本地振荡器的谐振腔内插入电光调制器并施加方波调制,实现了可控、高效的等效时间采样,采样速度由电光调制器的调制频率决定。基于这一采样原理开展脉冲飞行时间绝对距离测量实验。选用一对重复频率约为158 MHz的被动锁模光纤激光器作为光源,对固定目标进行单次测量的最大更新速率可达到200 kHz,经过4100次单次测量平均后,测距精度可达到16.7 nm。在此基础上,测量了硅基微机械器件中深度约为67.6μm的微槽。 相似文献

A Kerr-lens mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser operating in a
non-soliton regime is demonstrated. Dispersive wave generation is
observed as a result of third order dispersion in the vicinity of
zero dispersion. The characteristics of the Ti:sapphire laser
operating in a positive dispersion regime are presented, where the
oscillator directly generates pulses with duration continuously
tunable from 0.37~ps to 2.11~ps, and 36~fs pulses are achieved after
extracavity compression. The oscillation is numerically simulated
with an extended nonlinear Schr?dinger equation, and the
simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental

实验研究了掺镱双包层保偏大模面积光子晶体光纤飞秒激光放大器. 获得了平均功率达16W的飞秒激光放大输出,在50MHz重复频率下,对应的单脉冲能量达到320nJ. 增益光纤长3.5m,由于自相位调制效应,种子光脉冲光谱在放大过程中同时展宽,从而支持更窄的脉冲宽度. 经过光栅后,脉冲宽度压缩到了85fs. 系统中的振荡器和放大器基于同一种具有偏振结构的大模面积光子晶体光纤,具有很好的环境稳定性和进一步集成的可能.

We demonstrate an all-fiber, high-power, and high stability ultrafast laser source operating at 1563 nm. A highly stable, self-starting carbon nanotube(CNT) mode-locked femtosecond fiber laser is used as the seed source. The amplifier stage uses a fiber chirped pulse amplification configuration. The main power amplifier is based on a cladding-pumped Er–Yb co-doped fiber with 10 μm active single-mode core diameter. The laser source provides 3.4 W average output power at 75 MHz repetition rate. The pulses are compressed to 765 fs by a low-loss transmission grating pair. The robust, compact, and high-power 1560 nm fiber laser source can be used for eye surgery and solar cell micromachining. 相似文献
