双模激发压缩真空态的维格纳函数

利用纠缠态表象下的维格纳(Wigner)算符,构造了双模激发压缩真空态的维格纳函数,并根据该函数在相空间ρ-γ中随参量m,n和r的变化关系,讨论了双模激发压缩真空态的量子干涉特性和压缩效应。结果表明,对于参量m,n不同的取值,双模激发压缩真空态的量子干涉效应的强弱不同;而对于不同的压缩参量r,双模激发压缩真空态呈现出不同程度的压缩效应。最后,根据双模激发压缩真空态的维格纳函数的边缘分布,阐明了此维格纳函数的物理意义。     

Wigner functions and tomograms of the photon-depleted even and odd coherent states

Using the coherent state representation of Wigner operator and the technique of integration within an ordered product （IWOP） of operators, this paper derives the Wigner functions for the photon-depleted even and odd coherent states （PDEOCSs）. Moreover, in terms of the Wigner functions with respect to the complex parameter a the nonclassical properties of the PDEOCSs are discussed. The results show that the nonclassicality for the state ｜β, m〉o （or ｜β,m〉e） is more pronounced when m is even （or odd）. According to the marginal distributions of the Wigner functions, the physical meaning of the Wigner functions is given. Further, the tomograms of the PDEOCSs are calculated with the aid of newly introduced intermediate coordinate-momentum representation in quantum optics.     

The q-analogues of two-mode squeezed states constructed by virtue of the IWOP technique

The q-analogues of two-mode squeezed states are introduced by virtue of deformation quantization methods and the technique of integration within an ordered product （IWOP） of operators. Some new completeness relations about these squeezed states composed of the bra and ket which are not mutually Hermitian conjugates are obtained. Furthermore, the antibunching effects of the two-mode squeezed vacuum state S＇s（τ） │00） are investigated. It is found that, in different ranges of the squeezed parameter τ, both modes of the state exhibit the antibunching effects and the two modes of the state are always nonclassical correlation.     

Establishing path integral in the entangled state representation for Hamiltonians in quantum optics

Based on two mutually conjugate entangled state representations, we establish the path integral formalism for some Hamiltonians of quantum optics in entangled state representations. The Wigner operator in the entangled state representation is presented. Its advantages are explained.

构造出了有限维Hilbert空间Roy型奇偶非线性相干态, 讨论了它们的正交归一完备性和振幅平方压缩效应. 研究表明, 在此空间中Roy型奇偶非线性相干态是归一完备的, 但不具有正交性; 当复参数相位角θ满足一定条件时它们存在振幅平方压缩效应, 同时导出了压缩条件与参数s,r以及函数f(n)之间的关系. 最后借助于数值计算, 发现对于5维(或7维)Hilbert空间中Roy型偶(或奇)非线性相干态, 当参数θ和Lamb-Dike参数η取某一给定值时, 在参数r变化的不同取值范围内, 它们均可以呈现振幅平方 关键词： 有限维Hilbert空间 Roy型非线性相干态 奇偶非线性相干态 振幅平方压缩     

New approach for deriving the exact time evolution of the density operator for a diffusive anharmonic oscillator and its Wigner distribution function

Using thermal entangled state representation,we solve the master equation of a diffusive anharmonic oscillator(AHO) to obtain the exact time evolution formula for the density operator in the infinitive operator-sum representation.We present a new evolution formula of the Wigner function(WF) for any initial state of the diffusive AHO by converting the WF calculation into an overlap between two pure states in an enlarged Fock space.It is found that this formula is very convenient in investigating the WF’s evolution of any known initial state.As applications,this formula is used to obtain the evolution of the WF for a coherent state and the evolution of the photon-number distribution of diffusive AHOs.     

A generalized Weyl—Wigner quantization scheme unifying P-Q and Q-P ordering and Weyl ordering of operators

By extending the usual Wigner operator to the s-parameterized one as 1/4π2 integral (dyduexp [iu(q-Q)+iy(p-P)+is/2yu]) from n=- ∞ to ∞ with s beng a,real parameter,we propose a generalized Weyl quantization scheme which accompanies a new generalized s-parameterized ordering rule.This rule recovers P-Q ordering,Q-P ordering,and Weyl ordering of operators in s = 1,1,0 respectively.Hence it differs from the Cahill-Glaubers’ ordering rule which unifies normal ordering,antinormal ordering,and Weyl ordering.We also show that in this scheme the s-parameter plays the role of correlation between two quadratures Q and P.The formula that can rearrange a given operator into its new s-parameterized ordering is presented.     

A new finite-dimensional thermal coherent state and its Wigner distribution function

This paper constructs a new type of finite-dimensional thermal coherent states (FDTCS), which differs from the proceeding thermal coherent state in construction, as realisations of SU(2) Lie algebra. Using the technique of integration within an ordered product of operator, it investigates the orthonormality and completeness relation of the FDTCS. Based on the thermal Wigner operator in the thermal entangled state representation, the Wigner function of the FDTCS is obtained. The nonclassical properties of the FDTCS are discussed in terms of the negativity of its Wigner function.     

Analytical and numerical investigations of displaced thermal state evolutions in a laser process

We investigate how displaced thermal states(DTSs) evolve in a laser channel. Remarkably, the initial DTS, an example of a mixed state, still remains mixed and thermal. At long times, they finally decay to a highly classical thermal field only related to the laser parameters κ and g. The normal ordering product of density operator of the DTS in the laser channel leads to obtaining the analytical time-evolution expressions of the photon number, Wigner function, and von Neumann entropy. Also, some interesting results are presented via numerically investigating these explicit time-dependent expressions.     

Quantum entanglement and control in a capacitively coupled charge qubit circuit

The macroscopic quantum entanglement in capacitively coupled SQUID (superconducting quantum interference device)-based charge qubits is investigated theoretically. The entanglement characteristic is discussed by employing the quantum Rabi oscillations and the concurrence. An interesting conclusion is obtained, i.e., the magnetic fluxes Ф_x1 and Ф_x2 through the superconducting loops can adjust the entanglement degree between the qubits.
