纳米TiO2-免疫-电生孔复合技术光催化氧化杀伤LoVo肠癌细胞的机理

纳米TiO2光催化氧化-免疫-电生孔复合技术能够在低的纳米TiO2浓度条件下(3.12 μg·mL-1)高效选择性地杀伤LoVo肠癌细胞. 在光强为4 mW·cm-2的紫外光(波长253.7 nm)照射下, 30 min内可全部杀死癌细胞. 利用共聚焦荧光显微镜、透射电镜(TEM)和单细胞凝胶电泳的方法研究了其作用过程. 结果表明, 经抗体修饰的纳米TiO2微粒能自动吸附在癌细胞的细胞膜上, 在电脉冲作用下纳米TiO2可进入细胞内部, 并主要集中在细胞核区域. 在紫外光的照射下, 基于纳米TiO2的光催化氧化作用, 造成细胞内一些细胞器、核膜和核中DNA的损伤, 使细胞坏死. 由于是在细胞内部产生光催化氧化作用, 显著提高了杀伤LoVo肠癌细胞的能力.     

有机/无机杂化纳米结构单元的空间构型研究--Ⅰ.乙烯基倍半硅氧烷梯型结构的量子力学确定

利用乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VMS)水解缩合,制备了有机/无机杂化纳米结构单元乙烯基倍半硅氧烷(VSSO).采用FTIR,NMR(1H,13C和29Si)和MALDI-TOF MS测试,结合SSO的结构通式Tn(OH)x(OR')y[x,y=0,1,2…;n=1,2…;T=RSiO1.5-(x+y)/2n]推测出具有固定分子量的水解缩合产物VSSO所对应的多个结构简式.运用量子力学计算的方法,以单一VSSO整体分子为模型,得出了各种结构的几何参数(Si-O和Si-C键长,Si-O-Si和O-Si-O的键角)和分子体系的总能量.根据计算结果可知,VSSO的梯型结构较笼型结构具有较高的稳定性,并得出VSSO可能的最合理、最稳定的结构类型是梯型的结论.     

结合电生孔技术的抗体-纳米TiO2靶向光敏杀癌细胞

报道了用免疫、电生孔和纳米TiO₂光催化组合技术进行杀伤结肠癌LoVo细胞的研究. 先把结合LoVo细胞表面CEA抗原的单克隆抗CEA抗体吸附在纳米TiO₂微粒表面, 抗体-纳米TiO₂复合微粒就会自动吸附到LoVo细胞的表面, 然后用电脉冲法使LoVo癌细胞的细胞膜上产生小孔, 促使纳米TiO₂微粒进入癌细胞内部. 最后在紫外光照射下使TiO₂纳米粒子在癌细胞内部发生光催化氧化作用, 杀伤癌细胞. 结果表明, 这种组合技术具有很高的杀癌细胞能力. 在仅含3.12 μg/mL抗体-纳米TiO₂的细胞培养液内和强度为4 mW/cm²的紫外光照射下, 可在30 min内将所有LoVo癌细胞杀死. 这种技术对LoVo癌细胞的杀伤力远高于对不表达CEA抗原的人正常TE353.sk细胞的杀伤力, 显示了组合技术杀癌细胞的高选择性. 因此, 这种组合技术有望成为治疗癌症的新方法, 值得进一步探索.     

Lie symmetry theorem of fractional nonholonomic systems

The Lie symmetry theorem of fractional nonholonomic systems in terms of combined fractional derivatives is estab- lished, and the fractional Lagrange equations are obtained by virtue of the d＇Alembert-Lagrange principle with fractional derivatives. As the Lie symmetry theorem is based on the invariance of differential equations under infinitesimal trans- formations, by introducing the differential operator of infinitesimal generators, the determining equations are obtained. Furthermore, the limit equations, the additional restriction equations, the structural equations, and the conserved quantity of Lie symmetry are acquired. An example is presented to illustrate the application of results.     

溶剂热再结晶合成由纳米颗粒自组装成的一维CdS纳米棒

采用两种不同的溶剂热路径合成出了不同形貌和尺寸的CdS纳米晶, 一种是以无水乙二胺(en) 为溶剂, CdCl₂·2.5H₂O和硫脲(H₂NCSH₂N) 为镉源和硫源, 在不同反应温度(160 ℃-220 ℃ 下制备出了CdS纳米晶, 讨论温度对CdS纳米晶生长的影响; 另一种是以en为溶剂, 将在160 ℃下合成的产物在200 ℃下原位再结晶生长2-8 h, 分析原位生长时间对CdS纳米晶生长的影响. 通过X射线衍射(XRD)、 扫描电子电镜(SEM) 和透射电子电镜(TEM) 等表征产物的物相、 形貌和微结构, 分析可知: 两种路线合成的产物均为六方相CdS; 当温度为160 ℃时, 产物形貌为纳米颗粒状, 当温度高于160 ℃时, 产物为CdS纳米棒状; 同时, 在200 ℃下原位再结晶生长不同时间后发现产物形貌由纳米颗粒转变为纳米棒, 通过场发射扫描电镜(HRTEM) 分析可知: 纳米棒是由零维纳米颗粒自组装而成. 最后, 讨论了影响产物CdS纳米晶形貌转变的因素和纳米棒的生长机理.     

Development of a 500 MHz high power RF test stand

A flexible high power RF test stand has been designed and constructed at IHEP to test a variety of 500 MHz superconducting RF components for the upgrade project of the Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPCⅡ), such as the input coupler, the higher order modes (HOMs) absorber and so on. A high power input coupler has been conditioned and tested with the RF power up to 250 kW in continuous wave (CW), traveling wave (TW) mode and 150 kW CW in standing wave (SW) mode. A prototype of the HOMs absorber has been tested to absorb power of 4.4 kW. An introduction of the test stand design, construction and high power tests is presented in this paper.     

双掺杂锰酸钙基热电陶瓷的制备及电学性能研究

利用传统固相反应法成功制备出Nb掺杂量x不同的Ca_0.9Yb_0.1Mn_1-xNb_xO₃热电陶瓷. X射线衍射分析和扫描电子显微镜分析表明: 样品均形成了单一的钙钛矿正交结构,空间群为Pnma. 晶格常数a和晶胞体积随着Nb掺杂量x的增加而增大,陶瓷样品具有很好的结晶度和很高的致密性, 相对密度达到97%左右. 在3 关键词： 3陶瓷')" href="#">CaMnO₃陶瓷 电阻率 Seebeck系数     

基于Bertrand模型的企业广告投放策略研究

广告投入水平是企业进行广告竞争战略中的重要决策环节,只有合理的广告投入才能够为企业带来利润的增长.广告投入又分为广告的制作投入和播放投入两部分,因此企业在广告竞争中面临着如何选择最佳的投入策略问题.基于此,构建了生产同一种商品的2家企业,在完全信息静态条件下,广告投放策略选择的博弈模型,并求出其均衡解.通过对相关参数赋值进行模拟分析,分别求出博弈参与双方在广告内容制作投入和广告播放频率投入两方面进行策略选择时的收益矩阵,进而找出企业应对竞争对手广告投放策略发生变化时的最优策略向量,减少广告投入浪费;分析结果还表明企业对产品的广告投放选择策略组合时获得的产品利润高于选择单一策略的利润情况.     

Development of a 325 MHz β =0.12 superconducting single spoke cavity for China-ADS

Twelve very low Beta superconducting single spoke cavities, whose Beta is only 0.12 (Spoke012) when operating at 325 MHz, are adopted in Injector I for China-ADS linac. This type of spoke cavity is believed to be one of the key challenges for its very low geometric Beta. So far, in collaboration with Peking University and Harbin Institute of Technology, IHEP has successfully designed, fabricated, and tested the Spoke012 prototype cavity. This paper presents the details of the design, fabrication and test results for Spoke012 prototype cavity.     

Statistical second-order two-scale analysis and computation for heat conduction problem with radiation boundary condition in porous materials

This paper discusses a statistical second-order two-scale(SSOTS) analysis and computation for a heat conduction problem with a radiation boundary condition in random porous materials.Firstly,the microscopic configuration for the structure with random distribution is briefly characterized.Secondly,the SSOTS formulae for computing the heat transfer problem are derived successively by means of the construction way for each cell.Then,the statistical prediction algorithm based on the proposed two-scale model is described in detail.Finally,some numerical experiments are proposed,which show that the SSOTS method developed in this paper is effective for predicting the heat transfer performance of porous materials and demonstrating its significant applications in actual engineering computation.
