The 650-nm variable optical attenuator based on polymer/silica hybrid waveguide

Visible light variable optical attenuators(VOA) are essential devices in the application of channel power regulation and equalization in wavelength-division multiplexing cross-connect nodes in plastic optical fiber(POF) transmission systems.In this paper, a polymer/silica hybrid waveguide thermo–optic attenuator based on multimode interference(MMI) coupler is designed and fabricated to operate at 650 nm. The single-mode transmission condition, MMI coupler, and transition taper dimensions are optimized through the beam propagation method. Thermal analysis based on material properties provides the optimized heater placement angle. The fabricated VOA presents an attenuation of 26.5 dB with a 21-mW electrical input power at 650 nm. The rise time and fall time are 51.99 and 192 μs, respectively. The time–stability measurement results prove its working reliability.     

二甲基姜黄素对Fe~(3+)的选择性识别研究

以姜黄素和碘甲烷为原料,一步合成了二甲基姜黄素分子探针L,其结构经X-射线单晶衍射、~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR和ESI-MS等分析手段确证。该化合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,晶胞参数:a=22.317(6)nm,b=8.703 8(19)nm,c=23.039(5)nm,β=93.378(10)°,V=4 467.4(18)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.206 g·cm-3,F(000)=1 720,μ(MoKα)=0.088 mm-1,R=0.080 9,ωR=0.216 3。探针L在甲醇-水溶液(体积比9∶1,Tris-HCl缓冲溶液,p H 7.2)中对Fe~(3+)具有选择性识别和较强的抗干扰能力。通过紫外滴定以及质谱确证探针L与Fe~(3+)形成1∶1配合物,结合常数(K)为1.089×106L/mol。该识别体系在Fe~(3+)浓度为5.5×10-6~3×10~(-5)mol/L范围内具有较好的线性关系(r2=0.997 8),检出限为2.2×10~(-6)mol/L。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 3,9-Bis（pyridin-2-yl）-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5.5]undecane

The title compound 3,9-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5.5]undecane 4(C17H18N2O4) has been synthesized by the reaction of 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propane-1,3-diol with pyridine-2-carbaldehyde in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid,and characterized by IR,1H-NMR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 25.133(2),b = 5.7219(5),c = 21.942(2) ,β = 99.145(2)°,V = 3115.3(5)3,Z = 8,Dc = 1.340 g/cm3,Mr = 314.33,F(000) = 1328,μ = 0.097 mm-1,MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073),R = 0.0352 and wR = 0.1022 for 2486 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).X-ray analysis reveals that the two 1,3-dioxane rings passing through the central spiro-C atom both adopt chair conformation.Intermolecular C-H…π,C-H…O and C-H…N weak interactions link the molecules to form a three-dimensional samdwich,which are effective in the stabilization of the crystal structure.     

感应耦合等离子体刻蚀在聚合物光波导制作中的应用

提出了利用感应耦合等离子体(ICP)刻蚀技术提高聚合物光波导器件性能的方法,介绍了ICP刻蚀技术的原理和优点。选取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(P(MMA-GMA))作为波导材料,采用氧气作为刻蚀气体,研究了ICP参数变化对刻蚀效果的影响。介绍了倒脊形光波导的制备过程,采用改变单一工艺参数的方法,分析了刻蚀效果随时间、功率、压强、气体流量等参数的变化,对参数优化后刻蚀得到的凹槽和平板结构进行了表征。实验结果表明:在天线射频功率为300 W,偏置射频功率为30 W,气体压强为0.5 Pa,氧气流速为50 cm³/min的条件下,可获得侧壁陡直、底面平整的P(MMA-GMA)凹槽结构。

以对乙酰氨基苯酚为原料,经4步反应合成了新化合物——对正丁氧基-N,N-（2-巯乙基）苯胺,其结构经^1H NMR和元素分析确证。     

Schiff碱型和仲胺型双冠醚II: 用双冠醚作载体的PVC膜钾离子选择性电极

用六个含二个苯并-15-冠-5单元的席夫碱型和仲胺型新型双冠醚作载体制备了钾离子选择性PVC膜电极,并研究了它们的电极行为,这些电极对所有的其它碱金属和碱土金属离子展现出显著的钾离子选择性,可期望有一定的应用价值.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 1,4,7,10-Tetrakis （2-（（4-hydroxy）phenoxy）ethyl）-1,4,7,10- tetraazacyclododecane

A novel molecule tetra-N-alkylation of cyclen （1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane）, 1,4,7,10-tetrakis（2-（（4-hydroxy）phenoxy）ethyl）-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane 2, was synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The molecule turned into chiral helical compound crystals grown from EtOH by slow diffusion at room temperature and three of the four hydroquinone groups of the benzene ring formed a g-electron-rich cavity by C-H…π stacking interaction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/C with a = 13.9192（9）, b = 13.2871（6）, c = 22.1894（15）A^°, β = 91.4600（10）°, V = 4102.5（4）A^°3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.219 g/cm^3, C40H52N4O8, Mr = 752.89, F（000） = 1616,μ = 0.088 mm^-1, MoKa radiation （λ = 0.71073）, R = 0.0578 and wR = 0.1389 for 5588 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. Moreover, compound 2 was characterized with ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, IR spectra and MS.     

氟醚链的合成及超分子性能研究

以2,3,5,6-四氟-1,4-苯二甲醇为原料,经选择性单醚化、溴代及酯化反应合成了一种新型的氟醚链(Ⅰ),通过IR、MS、1H NMR对目标化合物和中间体结构进行了确证.以此作为富π电子供体和缺π电子联吡啶大环化合物环双(百草枯-亚苯基)四阳离子环蕃(CPQT)自组装形成新型准轮烷Ⅱ(I-CPOT),并利用1HNMR化学位移变化跟踪该准轮烷在温度调控下的分子开关功能.     

双冠醚配位作用的热力学性质 Ⅲ.醚型和酯型双冠醚与金属阳离子配位作用的量热滴定

本文用量热滴定法测定了醚型、酯型双(12-冠-4)与钠离子,醚型双(15-冠-5)与钾、铊离子在8∶2甲醇-水溶液中,25℃时配位作用的热力学性质.实验结果表明,所有的双冠醚均与阳离子形成了夹心型配位化合物,并与带臂冠醚和母体冠醚的实验结果作了比较.从热力学的观点,讨论了双冠醚的桥联结构对稳定性的影响.
