楔形金薄膜系统中的反常跳跃电导和隧道效应

采用真空蒸镀方法，利用液体衬底在沉积过程中的线性扩散过程，在玻璃表面制备出斜率仅为10^-5的楔形金薄膜逾渗系统，并用四引线方法测量了从该薄膜系统中得到的均匀无序金薄膜的导电特性.实验结果表明：和通常的平整薄膜逾渗系统相比，该薄膜系统呈现更为强烈的跳跃电导和隧道效应. 关键词： 带状薄膜 跳跃电导 隧道效应     

基于离子注入技术的ZnMnO半导体材料的制备及光谱表征

通过离子注入技术制备了ZnMnO半导体材料，研究离子注入剂量与退火对材料光谱性质的影 响.Raman光谱研究发现，575cm^-1处声子模展宽是由高剂量Mn注入引起的缺陷所 致，退火样品528cm^-1振动模来自Mn相关的杂质振动.室温光致发光谱表明，退 火对高剂量注入样品的可见发光带有增强作用. 关键词： ZnMnO 离子注入 Raman光谱 室温光致发光     

柱面汇聚冲击界面不稳定性的理论计算

根据流体力学界面不稳定性的线性理论，结合流体动力学零级量的计算程序，计算了柱面汇聚的界面不稳定性问题，给出的扰动发展结果与实验符合较好。     

塞曼调制磁旋转分子光谱特征的研究

以Ｎ２第一正带（Ｂ３Πｇ－Ａ３Σ＋ｕ）为对象，研究塞曼调制磁旋转光谱技术的主要特征，对谱线的线型和位相做了详细的分析，同时，还提出并解释了谱线强度分布中的塞曼选态效应，结果均与实验相符合。     

稀土与对茴香酸配合物的合成和性质

本文以茴香酸为栩体，合成了与稀土离子的二元配合物ＲＥＬ３．对所合成的配合物进行了元素分析，红外光谱分析，紫外光谱分析和核磁共振分子等分析测试，初步研究了该类配合物的结构和性质。     

用蒙特卡洛方法计算红外光学系统的杂散光

将蒙特卡洛方法应用于红外光学系统的杂散光计算。对光学系统的几何结构和部件物理类型进行了标准化处理，建立了有关概率模型并采用能有效提高计算速度的光线跟踪方法。在此基础上编制了通用的杂散光计算软件并对某型号红外相机的杂散光进行了分析。     

Two-Dimensional Photonic Band-Gap Defect Modes with Deformed Lattice

A numerical study of the defect modes in two-dimensional photonic crystals with deformed triangular lattice is presented by using the supercell method and the finite-difference time-domain method. We find the stretch or shrink of the lattice can bring the change not only on the frequencies of the defect modes but also on their magnetic field distributions. We obtain the separation of the doubly degenerate dipole modes with the change of the lattice and find that both the stretch and the shrink of the lattice can make the dipole modes separate large enough to realize the single-mode emission. These results may be advantageous to the manufacture of photonic crystal lasers and provide a new way to realize the single-mode operation in photonic crystal lasers.

本文讨论了单种群多个缀块（patch）的周期系统正周期解的存在性，唯一性和稳定性，并且在某些条件下，证明了渐近周期系统的任何一个解．渐近逼近于相应的周期系统的唯一的正周期解．     

High-order harmonics in static gas target by 795-nm Ti:sapphire femtosecond laser pulses

The 5th - 23sd high-order harmonics generation in rare gases in static gas target with 120-fs, 85-m J/pulse,10-Hz laser system was investigated. Compared with the traditional gas target, static gas target is simple to be used in experiment, and the experimental parameters can be easily controlled. The effects on highorder harmonics due to laser intensities (energy), polarization, gas densities, confocal parameter, and phase mismatch were studied in this paper.
