Synthesis of Thiourea Derivatives on Soluble Polymeric Support

A modified poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) has been developed as the soluble polymeric supports for liquid phase synthesis of novel thiourea derivatives.In each step of the sequence,the PEG-bound products were precipitated in cold Et2O and the unreacted materials and by-products were removed by simple filtration.The progress of reaction,purity of the isolation and the structure of the PEG-bound products were easily monitored by TLC,IR and ^1H NMR spectra.Representative thiourea derivatives were obtained in moderate yields with excellent purity from this modified PEG-bound product by the cleavage with 50% TFA/H2O.     

Structureal Study of Inclusion COmplex of Adrographolide with β-Cyclodextrin Prepared under Microwave Irradiation

An inclusion complex of β-cyclodextrin with andrographolide (Andro) was prepared by using a convenient method of microwave irradiation.The structure of the inclusion complex was determined by the ^1H NMR,2D NMR spectroscopy as well as the elemental analysis.

应用超球会标表示氦原子和氢负离子的薛定谔方程，将二电子原子在三维空间中的运动转化为单电子原子在六维空间中受广义库仑力作用的运动，我们给出了六维空间广义角动量算符的本征值与本征函数，并以此本征函数微基构造超球波函数，得到超球径微分方程，以广义Laguerre 多项式表示超球径波函数，运用密度矩阵和线性变分法得到非正交基下超球径波函数满足的久期方程，最后求得能量和波函数，计算结果与精确的计算符合良好。     

Two—dimensional Network Crown Ether Complex.Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 18—Crown—6 Complex：[K（18—C—6）]2[Cd—（nmt）2]

The novel complex [K(18-C-6)]2[Cd(mnt)2][18-C-6-18-crown-6,nmt=1,2-dicyanoethene-1,2-dithiolate,C2S2-(CN)2^2-] was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum and X-ray diffraction analysis.The complex displays two-dimensional network structure of [K(18-C-6)] complex segments and [Cd(nmt)2] complex segment bridged by S-K-S,S-K-N and N-K-N interactions between adjacent[K(18-C-6)] and [Cd(mnt)2]units.     

A Minor New Flavone from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi

A new flavone,6,2′-dihydroxy-5,7,8,6′-tetramethoxyflavone,was isolated from the roots of Scutellaria baicalensis. Its structure was established on the basis of spectral evidences.     

3—（p—甲苯基）磺酰氨基—2，6—哌啶二酮（C12H14O4N2S）的晶体结构和分子

采用X－射线单晶衍射和INDO量子化学计算法研究了标题化合物的晶体和分子结构，标题化合物的分子式C12H14O4N2S，Mr=282.31，三斜晶系，空间群P1，a=7.229(2),b=8.7922(9),c=11.242(1)A;A=70.339(8),β＝71。15（2），γ＝87．88（2）°，V=634.8(7)A^3,Z=2,Dc=1.476g/cm^3,R=0.037,Rw=0.037(W=1),分子的哌啶二酮环中C＝0和C－N键与多肽分子和相应键长相一致，根据INDO计算结果讨论了标题化合物的水解反应活性。     

β-蒎烯和马来酸酐的反应及产物表征

研究了β-蒎烯和马来酸酐的烯反应、溶剂中自由基共聚反应和本体热共聚反应,得到了β-蒎烯和马来酸酐烯反应产物和共聚产物,并用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、GPC、DSC进行表征,研究了引发剂浓度、溶剂体系、单体配比、温度等因素对产物的影响.对聚合物进行皂化改性,测量了皂化物浓度对水表面张力的影响.     

四苯基卟啉质子化结构变化的理论研究（Ⅱ）－－五氟苯基及吡咯环上氟的取代基效应

卟啉的衍生物在DNA螺旋中的嵌入并堆积具有高选择性。为考察5，10，15，20－四（五氟苯基）卟啉（TF5PPH2）和2，3，7，8，12，13，17，18－八氟－5，10，15，20－四（五氟苯基）卟啉（F28TPPH2）中F取代基对质子化卟啉结构的影响，在四苯基卟啉研究的基础上，用半经验的AM1 MO方法，并进行合理的对称性限制，计算了TF5PPH2和F28TPPH2及其质子化二酸（TF5PHH4^2 ）和（F28TPPH4^2＋）的几种可能的构型。结果表明，由于F取代基的影响，质子化过程中的结构、键电荷布居和前线分子轨道均有明显的变化，二者的质子化二酸与溶液质子的快速交换作用也都变得更加困难。
