We propose and implement a quasi-discrete Hankel transform algorithm
based on Dini series expansion (DQDHT) in this paper. By making use
of the property that the zero-order Bessel function derivative
J' 0(0)=0, the DQDHT can be used to calculate the values
on the symmetry axis directly. In addition, except for the truncated
treatment of the input function, no other approximation is made,
thus the DQDHT satisfies the discrete Parseval theorem for energy
conservation, implying that it has a high numerical accuracy.
Further, we have performed several numerical tests. The test results
show that the DQDHT has a very high numerical accuracy and keeps
energy conservation even after thousands of times of repeating
the transform either in a spatial domain or in a frequency domain.
Finally, as an example, we have applied the DQDHT to the nonlinear
propagation of a Gaussian beam through a Kerr medium system with
cylindrical symmetry. The calculated results are found to be in
excellent agreement with those based on the conventional 2D-FFT
algorithm, while the simulation based on the proposed DQDHT takes

利用F-函数扩展法求解超介质中的超短脉冲传输方程, 探讨了超介质中的反常自陡效应和特有的二阶非线性色散效应所导致的新的孤子现象和规律. 结果表明, 正折射区的二阶非线性色散效应可以代替线性色散效应形成亮孤子; 正、负折射区的反常自陡效应由于其符号可改变, 从而可在特定条件下分别在反常色散和正常色散区形成有别于常规介质的亮、暗孤子; 反常自陡效应的符号或者反常自陡效应和三阶线性色散效应的相互比较关系能够控制亮、暗孤子中心的漂移方向.

Spatiotemporal instability in nonlinear dispersive media is investigated on the basis of the nonlinear envelope equation.
A general expression for instability gain which includes the effects of space-time focusing, arbitrarily higher-order dispersions
and self-steepening is obtained. It is found that, for both normal and anomalous group-velocity dispersions, space-time focusing
may lead to the appearance of new instability regions and influence the original instability gain spectra mainly by shrinking
their regions. The region of the original instability gain spectrum shrinks much more in normal dispersion case than in anomalous
one. In the former case, space-time focusing completely suppresses the growing of higher frequency components. In addition,
we find that all the oddth-order dispersions contribute none to instability, while all the eventh-order dispersions influence
instability region and do not influence the maximum instability gain, therein the fourth-order dispersion plays the same role
as space-time focusing in spatiotemporal instability. The main role played by self-steepening in spatiotemporal instability
is that it reduces the instability gain and exerts much more significant influence on the new instability regions resulting

从光束角谱理论出发建立了描述光自旋霍尔效应的傍轴传输模型, 利用这一模型分析了光自旋霍尔效应中的交叉偏振特性. 通过分析交叉偏振效应强度和入射角变化的规律, 发现交叉偏振效应越强, 光自旋霍尔效应中的自旋分裂越大. 为便于实验观察, 将入射角选在光自旋霍尔效应较强的布儒斯特角附近, 观测到了强的交叉偏振效应. 增大交叉偏振分量的同时减小初始偏振分量, 可显著增强光自旋霍尔效应. 这一调控方法为研制基于光自旋霍尔效应的新型光子器件提供了理论基础. 相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate that a high-power 0.1-THz continuous wave can be generated by external modulation. A low-noise electrical amplifier and a W-band antenna with a gain of 25 dBi are employed to enhance photodiode output power. Focal shift is inevitable in conventional lens systems due to the Fresnel number and angular aperture. In this Letter, we demonstrate that there is no focal shift when a paraxial Gaussian beam passes through a left-handed material slab lens without absorption or gain. However, the effect is exhibited in the presence of absorption or gain, and becomes larger as the absorption or gain increases. When the absorption is equal to the gain, the phenomenon of the focal shift caused by the gain is more obvious. In addition, the field distribution is not affected by the absorption or gain and always remains Gaussian both in internal and external focus planes. 相似文献

为避免时域调制增长形成的高强度时间尖峰对光学元件的损坏,数值研究了啁啾堆积脉冲宽带激光非线性传输的时域调制增长规律。结果表明:对于正常色散介质,子脉冲间干涉引入的时间调制与外加调制随着传输距离的增加,不断振荡减弱;相反,对于反常色散介质,无外加时间噪声时,堆积子脉冲间的相互干涉引入的时间调制有微弱增长,但当传输距离进一步增加时,子脉冲间干涉引入的调制可以获得快速增长;而当外加非线性最快增长时间调制时,时间调制发生迅速增长,具有破坏威胁的时间尖峰易于形成。 相似文献
