Study on Synthesis of Multivalent Neoglycoproteins and Their Binding Properties to Hepatic Stellate Cells

Ncoglycoproteins of human serum albumin (HSA) modified with some kind of carbohydrates were synthesized. Their molecular weight and purification were determined by HPSEC and SDS-PAGE, respectively. The binding properties of these conjugates to hepatic steHate cells (HSCs) were evaluated by confocai fluorescence microscopy. The bioactivity revealed that compound 4a (HSA modified with glucose) showed high bindiug affinity.     

抗冲聚丙烯微结构的研究

利用¹³C NMR对抗冲聚丙烯的微结构进行了研究.结果表明,由于抗冲聚丙烯聚合工艺的差别,4个抗冲聚丙烯样品中的乙烯链段的序列分布也不同.根据抗冲聚丙烯的¹³C NMR谱,计算出了丙烯段的次甲基和甲基的峰强度,由此建立了表征抗冲聚丙烯共聚物中丙烯链段的立构规整度的方法.     

混合氨基酸稀土配合物及其应用研究

简要评述了混合氨基酸稀土配合物（ＭＡＲ）的研究情报、合成方法、物理和化学性质，以及田间应用效果。连续７年近２０万亩田间试验、示范和应用证明，ＭＡＲ不仅可作为一种新的肥料，而且还可用做植物生长调节剂和农用杀菌剂。     

ICP—AES法测定铁矿中铝,钙,镁,锰,钴,铜,钠和钾

本文研究了ICP-AES法测定铁矿中铝,钙、镁、锰、钴、铜、钠和钾的方法。对仪器工作参数,共存元素的光谱干扰和基体效应干扰进行了探讨。采用向标准系列中加入铁基空白溶液建立工作曲线,试样经酸处理后即可直接测定。本方法获得了良好的回收率(95～103%)和变异系数(0.5～1.3%,n=11),同原子吸收法进行比对试验,结果一致。     

Low-Threshold Random Laser with One Mirror and Feedbacks in PMMA Nano-Composite Films

A low-threshold random laser with one mirror and feedback is investigated in the PMMA film containing rhodamine 590 and TiO2 nano-particles. Incoherent and coherent laser emission is observed. Effect of particle concentration on light emission is explored, and the optimum particle concentration is obtained. Optical microscopy and scanning probe microscopy are used to investigate the film structure, and the principle of incoherent and coherent laser is analysed.
