In this work,we discuss the origin of several anomalies present in the point-contact Andreev reflection spectra of(Li_(1-x)Fe_x)OHFeSe,LiTi_2O_4,and La_(2-x)Ce_xCuO_4.While these features are similar to those stemming from intrinsic superconducting properties,such as Andreev reflection,electron-boson coupling,multigap superconductivity,d-wave and p-wave pairing symmetry,they cannot be accounted for by the modified Blonder–Tinkham–Klapwijk(BTK) model,but require to consider critical current effects arising from the junction geometry.Our results point to the importance of tracking the evolution of the dips and peaks in the differential conductance as a function of the bias voltage,in order to correctly deduce the properties of the superconducting state. 相似文献

Low-temperature specific heat Cp is measured on Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2 single crystals in a wide doping region. A sizeable residual specific heat coefficient γo is observed in the low temperature limit of all samples. The specific heat jump near Tc, i.e. ΔCp/T/T_c, is also determined. It is found that -γo, ΔCp/T/T_c and Tc all share a similar evolution with doping. These can be well understood within the model of S± pairing symmetry when accounting for the cobalt-dopants as unitary scattering centers in the FeAs planes. CrN和CrAlN涂层海水环境摩擦学性能研究 总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2
采用多弧离子镀在316L不锈钢上沉积CrN和CrAlN涂层.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和扫描型电子显微镜(SEM)表征涂层的成分和结构,并用纳米压痕和划痕仪测试其硬度和结合力.采用UMT-3往复式摩擦磨损试验机对涂层在海水环境中的摩擦磨损性能进行测试.结果表明:CrN和CrAlN涂层在海水中摩擦系数相差不大,而316L摩擦系数明显大于涂层,且摩擦系数震荡剧烈,表明316L在海水中润滑性较差.涂层在海水中磨损率远小于316L,且CrAlN涂层比CrN涂层在海水环境中具有更优的耐磨性.CrN涂层的磨痕表面出现大量剥落坑,这是由于CrN涂层表面的大颗粒剥落形成的.而CrAlN涂层致密的结构、较为优越的耐蚀性以及摩擦时产生的具有自润滑效果的Al2O3保护层,使其在硬度值较低的情况下仍具有优异的耐磨性.因此海水环境中摩擦性能需综合考虑材料的机械性能、结构、耐蚀性以及耐磨性. 相似文献

本文 以 Ⅱ类超导体 Abrikosov磁通结构理论为依据,采用典型的热力学方法,论证了 Ⅱ类超导体在 Hc1相变点由 Meissner态到低场混合态的相变,以及在 Hc2相变点由高场混合态到正常态的相变性质.我们的论证结果表明:Ⅱ类超导体在He相交点与He相变点的相变均为二级相变,两相的比热差方程直接依赖相平衡曲线关系,且理论值与实验值比较的一致性约为90%.1引言 I类超导体的热力学一级相变理论已被大家所熟知,相比之下,Ⅱ类超导体热力学相变理论还有待于进一步发展与完善.曾在六十年代, Morin等人… 相似文献

Low-temperature specific heat in a dichalcogenide superconductor 2H-NbSe2 is measured in various magnetic fields. It is found that the specific heat can be described very well by a simple model concerning two components corresponding to vortex normal core and ambient superconducting region, separately. For calculating the specific heat outside the vortex core region, we use the Bardeen-Cooper Schrieffer (BCS) formalism under the assumption of a narrow distribution of the superconducting gaps. The field-dependent vortex core size in the mixed state of 2H-NbSe2, determined by using this model, can explain the nonlinear field dependence of specific heat coefficient γ(H), which is in good agreement with the previous experimental results and more formal calculations. With the high-temperature specific heat data, we can find that, in the multi-band superconductor 2H-NbSe2, the recovered density of states (or Fermi surface) below Tc under a magnetic field seems not to be gapped again by the charge density wave (CDW) gap, which suggests that the superconducting gap and the CDW gap may open on different Fermi surface sheets. 相似文献

We report the tip-induced superconductivity on the topological semimetal NbSb2, similar to the observation on TaAs2 and NbAs2. Belonging to the same family of MPn2, all these materials possess similar band structures, indicating that the tip-induced superconductivity may be closely related to their topological nature and share a common mechanism. Further analysis suggests that a bulk band should play the dominant role in such local superconductivity most likely through interface coupling. In addition, the compatibility between the induced superconductivity and tips’ ferromagnetism gives an evidence for its unconventional nature. These results provide further clues to elucidate the mechanism of the tip-induced superconductivity observed in topological materials. 相似文献

本文中采用多弧离子镀系统在Ti-6Al-4V合金(TC4)上沉积TiSiN/Ag纳米多层涂层. 使用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描型电子显微镜(SEM)表征涂层的成分和结构,并使用纳米压痕测试其硬度. 用Rtec MFT500摩擦磨损试验机对涂层在海水环境中的摩擦磨损性能进行测试. 结果表明:涂层具有致密的结构和清晰的多层界面,TiSiN层与Ag层交替沉积,涂层中包含TiN、Ag和Si3N4相,非晶Si3N4包裹纳米晶TiN. 相比TC4合金基体,沉积TiSiN/Ag纳米多层涂层后,摩擦系数在大气环境和海水环境均能下降0.15以上,磨损率降低两个数量级. 人工海水中摩擦状态下材料出现腐蚀摩擦交互作用,主要损耗形式为腐蚀对磨损的促进,TiSiN/Ag纳米多层涂层的耐磨蚀性能远优于基体材料. 相似文献
