激光功率和能量计量技术的现状与展望

功率和能量是激光器的两个基本参数,激光功率和能量测量一直是激光参数计量中最基础的测量工作.总结了美国标准技术研究院(NIST)、英国国家物理实验室(NPL)以及中国国家计量院(NIM)在激光功率能量计量方面的技术现状,重点介绍了国防科工委光学计量一级站激光功率能量计量方面已具备的条件,详细说明了所采用的测量原理以及所达到的测量范围和测量不确定度等技术指标.提出了激光功率和能量计量的发展趋势和发展方向.     

Enhancing the thermoelectric performance through the mutual interaction between conjugated polyelectrolytes and single-walled carbon nanotubes

We present a method of constructing composites composed of conjugated polyelectrolytes(CPEs)and singlewalled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)to obtain a high-performing flexible thermoelectric generator.In this approach,three kinds of polymers,namely,poly[(1,4-(2,5-didodecyloxybenzene)-alt-2,5-thiophene](P1),poly[(1,4-(2,5-bis-sodium butoxysulfonate-phenylene)-alt-2,5-thiophene](P2),and poly[(1,4-(2,5-bis-acid butoxysulfonic-phenylene)-alt-2,5-thiophene](P3)are designed,synthesized and complexed with SWCNTs as thermoelectric composites.The electrical conductivities of the CPEs/SWCNTs(P2/SWCNTs,and P3/SWCNTs)nanocomposites are much higher than those of non-CPEs/SWCNTs(P1/SWCNTs)nanocomposites.Among them,the electrical conductivity of P2/SWCNTs with a ratio of 1:4 reaches 3686 S·cm^-1,which is 12.4 times that of P1/SWCNTs at the same SWCNT mass ratio.Moreover,CPEs/SWCNTs composites(P2/SWCNTs)display remarkably improved thermoelectric properties with the highest power factor(PF)of 163μW·m^-1·K^-1.In addition,a thermoelectric generator is fabricated with P2/SWCNTs composite films,and the output power and power density of this generator reach 1.37μW and 1.4 W·m;(cross-section)at△T=70 K.This result is over three times that of the thermoelectric generator composed of non-CPEs/SWCNTs composite films(P1/SWCNTs,0.37μW).The remarkably improved electrical conductivities and thermoelectric properties of the CPEs/SWCNTs composites(P2/SWCNTs)are attributed to the enhanced interaction.This method for constructing CPEs/SWCNTs composites can be applied to produce thermoelectric materials and devices.     

红外光学材料折射率均匀性的测量不确定度评定

基于多样品多型号仪器的测试信息及其GUM和MCM方法,讨论了四步干涉法测量红外光学材料折射率均匀性的测量范围及其测量不确定度评定。红外干涉测量的绝对灵敏度和准确度虽不及可见激光干涉仪,但采用了四步干涉测量的方法,消除了干涉仪的固有系统误差,有利于实现对红外光学材料折射率均匀性的高准确度测量。实际测试表明,该测量范围覆盖110-5～510-3,测量相对标准不确定度为210-1～210-2。     

Intermediate Self-similar Solutions of the Nonlinear Schrodinger Equation with an Arbitrary Longitudinal Gain Profile

We study pulse propagation in a normal-dispersion optical fibre amplifier with an arbitrary longitudinal gain profile by self-similarity techniques. We show the functional form of the development of low-amplitude wings on the parabolic pulse, which are associated with the evolution of an arbitrary input pulse to the asymptotic parabolic pulse solution. It is found that for the increasing gain the amplifier output corresponding to the input Gaussian pulse converges to the asymptotic parabolic pulse solution more quickly than the output obtained with the input hyperbolic secant pulse, whereas for the decreasing gain the input pulse profiles have nearly no effect on the speed of convergence to the parabolic pulse solution. These theoretical results are confirmed by numerical simulations.     

直流辉光放电光谱分析铜合金的基本特性研究

用自行组装的直流辉光放电原子发射光谱（ｄｃ Ｇ Ｄ Ａ Ｅ Ｓ）仪器对分析铜合金的某些基本特性进行了研究 探讨了光源放电室结构、放电气体压力、放电电压等操作参数以及试样尺寸大小对放电性能及元素谱线强度的影响,并进行了优化 考察了在不同放电气压条件下样品的溅射率和优化条件下辉光放电的稳定性最后,分析了铜合金标准样品中的 Ａｌ和 Ｍｎ,结果较满意     

HgCdTe材料应用与制备的进展

HgCdTe是一种有广泛应用前景的Ⅱ-Ⅵ族化合物半导体光电材料。从投资上看,它已为仅次于Si和GaAs的第三种最重要的半导体。HgCdTe是制作红外探测器的最佳材料。本文简要地介绍了HsCdTe材料的性质以及它的应用和制备进展,着重描述了在红外探测器上的应用。对制备HgCdTe单晶的各种工艺方法作了比较说明,较详细地介绍了滑动液相外延(LPE)制备HgCdTe单晶薄膜技术。     

现场激光能量计量技术的研究

由于激光能量计传感器的灵敏度与温度条件有关，在温差较大时，有的传感器灵敏度偏差可达到16%，因而在靶场、野外现场温度条件下，现有的激光能量计无法进行准确测试。为了解决这一问题，研制了一种新型的现场激光能量计。在现有激光能量计的基础上，通过选择相对透明、吸收层相对较厚(毫米量级)、热敏面不易损伤的激光吸收材料，对激光能量计内置温度传感器及数字处理电路进行了重新设计，满足了不同温度条件下现场能量测量的需求。     

关于不定方程3x(x+1)(x+2)(x+3)=10y(y+1)(y+2)(y+3)

通过利用pell方程、递归序列、平方剩余、Legendre符号、同余关系等初等证明方法,并利用Mathematica软件对Legendre符号等进行计算,证明了方程3x(x+1)(x+2)(x+3)=10y(y+1)(y+2)(y+3)共有16组整数解,并且无正整数解.
