高效液相色谱化学发光测定中药制剂中2，3，5，4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷

研究了2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在硝酸介质中与高锰酸钾的发光行为和光谱现象,甲醛的存在可使化学发光强度大大增强。由于中药制剂成分复杂,干扰大,文章首次采用反相高效液相色谱化学发光技术,建立了一种测定中药制剂中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量的新方法。对于不同中药制剂样品中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷测定的回收率为102%～108%。方法的检出限为 11.83 μg·mL-1,线性范围为15.75～136.5 μg·mL-1,相对标准偏差为3.45 %(Cs=21.0 μg·mL-1,n=3)。此法简便、快速,重复性好,结果令人满意。     

间断Galerkin方法求解跨音压气机转子流场

本文采用间断Galerkin方法求解雷诺平均N-S方程和SA湍流模型方程,采用Roe格式计算无黏通量,混合格式求解黏性通量中的梯度。为防止跨音速流场计算中的数值振荡,采用了TVD限制器和正性修正。计算了跨音速转子NASA Rotor37在设计转速下的变工况流场,得到了与实验吻合良好的结果,表明DG方法在叶轮机械内部流动计算中具有广阔的应用前景。     

Progress in AMS Measurement of 182Hf at CIAE

Accelerator mass spectrometry （AMS） is one of the most promising methods to detect minute amounts of 182Hf. However, the sensitivity of 5×10^-11 for ^182Hf/180Hf obtained previously by the AMS method at China Institute of Atomic Energy （CIAE） cannot meet the requirement of some applications. We present some new improvements of measurement method for AMS measurement of 182Hf at the CIAE HI？13 tandem accelerator system. As a result, a sensitivity of 1.0×10^-11 for 182Hf/180Hf is achieved.

Chemical Potential Dependence of Two-Quark Condensates

By adopting the background field method, the response of the dressed quark propagator to the presence of finite chemical potential is analysed up to the second order. From this, we obtain a model-independent formula for the chemical potential dependence （up to the second order） of the in-medium two-quark condensate and show by both Lorentz covariance arguments and explicit calculations that the O（μ） contribution to the in-medium two-quark condensate vanishes identically.     

在十二烷基磺酸钠存在下4—（2—吡啶偶氮）—邻苯二酚分光光度法测定铁（Ⅲ）

Synthesis and third-order nonlinear optical property of poly（urethane-imide）

The poly（urethane-imide） （PUI） which uses isophorone diisocyanate, dispersed red 19 （DR-19）, and py- romellitic dianhydride is synthesized. The PUI is characterized by Fourier transform infrared （FT-IR） spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）, and thermogravimetric analysis （TGA）. The results of DSC and TGA indicate that the PUI exhibits high thermal stability up to its glass-transition temperature of 209 ℃ and 5° heat weight loss temperature of 296℃. The fluorescence spectra of PUI and DR-19 are measured, showing that the fluorescence effect of PUI is very similar to that of DR-19 except for the light decrease of fluorescence intensity, which indicates that the fluorescence effect of PUI is generated by the azobenzene groups in its macromolecular chains. The maximum molar absorption coefficient, absorp- tion wavelength, and chromophores density are measured and used to calculate the third-order nonlinear optical coefficient X（3） to be 3.96×10^-13 esu. The nonlinear refractive index coefficient and molecular hyperpolarizabilitv of PUI are also obtained. PUI is oroved to have an excellent ootical Performance.     

Does There Exist Only One Solution of the Dyson-Schwinger Equation for the Quark Propagator in the Case of Non-Zero Current Quark Mass

It is shown on general ground that there exist two qualitatively distinct solutions of the Dyson-Schwinger equation for the quark propagator in the case of non-zero current quark mass. One solution corresponds to the “Nambu- Goldstone” phase and the other one corresponds to the “Wigner” phase in the chiral limit.     

湿蒸汽联合探针的风洞标定和数值模拟的比较

在已有探针的基础上,研制了新的能够同时测量汽轮机低压缸内湿蒸汽两相流流场、湿度、一次水滴和二次水滴的联合探针,通过FLUENT软件对结构进行优化,提出了一种新型的联合结构.数值模拟和风洞标定结果都表明对称结构的探针在气动性能上优于非对称结构.     

葫芦[7]脲作为水基润滑添加剂的摩擦学性能研究

合成了葫芦[7]脲化合物,用核磁共振、元素分析和红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,用同步热分析仪测定了其热稳定性,在SRV-IV摩擦磨损试验机上评价了其作为水及水/乙二醇润滑体系的添加剂在室温下对钢/钢摩擦副的润滑性能,用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)研究了其润滑机理.结果表明:葫芦[7]脲具有非常优异的热稳定性能、初始热分解温度在360℃以上;作为水基润滑体系的添加剂能有效地提高体系的减摩抗磨性能,使得体系的摩擦系数由0.30左右降低到0.20左右,磨损率降低50%;根据XPS分析结果,我们推测其优异的润滑性能主要归因于葫芦[7]脲通过羰基氧原子与摩擦副表面带正电荷的金属离子之间的静电作用吸附在磨损表面而形成的物理吸附膜.
