双量子阱中光子辅助电子自旋隧穿

采用单电子有效质量近似理论, Floquet理论和传递矩阵方法, 对包含时间周期场的双量子阱中单电子的自旋隧穿特性进行了研究, 对InP/InAs半导体材料进行了数值计算. 重点研究了Rashba型和Dresselhaus型自旋轨道耦合、量子阱结构以及偏压对电子隧穿的影响. 这些结果可以为设计和调控半导体自旋电子器件提供一定的理论依据. 关键词： 光子辅助隧穿 隧穿概率 量子阱     

Using optical tweezers to investigate the specific single-interaction between apoA-I molecule and ABCA1 on living cells

We carry out in situ single-molecule measurements of the specific interaction between apolipoprotein A-I （apoA-I） and ATP binding cassette transporter A1 （ABCA1） on THP-1 cells. Single-molecule force spectroscopy shows that similar to normal apoA-I, the dysfunctional apoA-I from diabetes patients interacts with ABCA1 via two different binding sites on the cells. The strength of dysfunctional apoA-I binding to a high-capacity binding site is 26.5±4.9 pN. The minor direct apoA-I/ABCA1 binding strength is 56.7±4.1 pN. These results facilitate a pathological understanding of the mechanisms that underlie the specific interaction of aDoA-I and ABCA1 at the single-molecule level.     

The determination of the thickness and the optical dispersion property of gold film using spectroscopy of a surface plasmon in the frequency domain

We propose to use wavelength modulation approach,i.e.,the spectroscopy of a surface plasmon in the frequency domain,to characterize the optical dispersion property of gold film.Using this method,we determine the dispersion relationship of gold film in a wavelength range from 537.12 nm to 905.52 nm,and our results accord well with the reported results by other authors.This method is particularly suited for studying the optical dispersion properties of thin metal films,because a series of dielectric constants over a wide spectral range can be determined simultaneously via only a single scan of the incident angle,thereby avoiding the repeated measurements required when using the angular modulation approach.     

用Bezier方法求保积逼近的三种算法

本文用Ｂｅｚｉｅｒ方法讨论平面及空间物体的保积逼近问题，给出三种算法．算法一适用于平面物体保面积；算法工及三适用于空间物体保体积．前二种算法通过分式线性变换，只需一元二次方程，最后给出计算实例．     

多复变量亚纯函数的第二基本定理和唯一性定理

本文给出了多复变量亚纯函数的第二基本定理的一个改进形式,并进一步得到了一个关于重值的唯一性定理(详见文[1-16])。     

井冈山悬钩子属植物资源考察

报道井冈山悬钩子属植物的种类、生长习性等特征。初步统计井冈山有２４种，其中Ｒｕｂｕｓ ｃｏｒｃｈｏｒｉｆｏｌｉｕｓ Ｒ．ｊｉａｎｇｘｉｅｎｓｉｓ，Ｒ．ｌａｍｂｅｒｔｉａｍｓ，Ｒ．ａｌｃｅｎｅｆｏｌｉｕｓ，Ｒ．ｃｈｉｎｇｉｉ，Ｒ．ｃｏｌｕｍｅｌｌａｒｉｓ有较好利用价值。     

红壤利用方式对铝形态和毒性的影响

研究了红壤不同利利用方式对铝的活性和形态的影响。结果表明：四种活性铝的提取剂对土壤中铝的提取力顺序一般为０．５ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＯＨ＞１ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣｌ＞１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮＨ４Ａｃ＞１ｍｏｌ／ＬＫＣｌ。土壤中水溶性铝含量对土壤酸度十分敏感。
