经验赝势法在GaAs/Ge,AlAs/GaAs和AlAs/Ge异质结能带排列理论计算中的应用

在异质结能带排列的理论计算中，采用经验赝势能带计算方法，并将平均键能Ｅ_m作为参考能级，计算了GaAs/Ge,AlAs/GaAs和AlAs/Ge三种异质结的整体能带结构和排序（包括价带、导带和带隙），获得完整且较准确的理论计算结果，其价带偏移ΔＥ_ｖ的计算值分别为０.５７，０.５０和１.０７ｅＶ．     

关于微分多项式的一些结果

设ｆ是平面内超越亚纯函数，满足Ｎ（ｒ，ｆ）＝Ｓ（ｒ，ｆ）．Ｐ［ｆ］是ｆ的多项式，Ｑ［ｆ］是ｆ的微分多项式。本文考虑了形如Ｐ［ｆ］ｆ＇＋Ｑ［ｆ］（特殊情形为ｆ￣ｎｆ＇＋Ｑ［ｆ］及Ｐ［ｆ］ｆ＇－Ｃ，Ｃ为常数）的微分多项式的值分布，推广并改进了Ｗ．Ｋ．Ｈａｙｍａｎ，Ｊ．Ｃｌｕｎｉｅ，Ｅ．Ｍｕｅｓ等人关于整函数的一些结果。     

Single-to-Multiple Channel Wavelength Conversions and Tuning of Picosecond Pulses in Quasi-Phase-Matched Waveguides

We report the single-to-multiple channel wavelength conversions of 1.57-ps pulses based on cascaded secondharmonic generation and difference frequency generation in quasi-phase-matched periodically poled lithium hiebate waveguides. For single-to-single channel wavelength conversion, no external cavity laser is required with use of a fibre ring laser. The conversion efficiency is about -21.44 dB. The converted idler wavelength can be tuned from 1526.4nm to 1537.5nm as the lasing pump wavelength is varied from 1566.1 nm to 1555.0nm. By employing several input pumps, tunable single-to-dual and single-to-triple channel wavelength conversions are experimentally demonstrated.     

Sinusoidal phase-modulating laser diode interferometer for real-time surface profile measurement

A sinusoidal phase-modulating (SPM) laser diode (LD) interferometer for real-time surface profile measurement is proposed and its principle is analyzed. The phase signal of the surface profile is detected from the sinusoidal phase-modulating interference signal using a real-time phase detection circuit. For 60 x 60 measurement points of the surface profile, the measuring time is 10 ms. A root mean square (RMS) measurement repeatability of 3.93 nm is realized, and the measurement resolution reaches 0.19 nm.

Theoretical Study of SOA-Based Wavelength Conversion with NRZ and RZ Format at 40 Gb/s

We theoretically discuss 40 Gb/s semiconductor optical amplifier （SOA）-based wavelength conversion （WC） using a detuning optical bandpass Jilter based on ultrafast dynamic characteristics of SOA. Both the inverted and noninverted WCs are obtained by shifting the filter central wavelength with respect to the probe wavelength when input data signal is in return-to-zero （RZ） format. However, we can obtain format conversion from nonreturn- to-zero （NRZ） to pseudo-return-to-zero （PRZ） and inverted WC when the input signal is in NRZ format.     

谈物理类专业的创新教育

 中科院院长路甬祥认为:“21世纪将是人类依靠知识创新和高技术创新持续发展的时代”,不少国家对高等教育发展趋势的研究也表明,在人才培养上要更加注重能力、素质的培养,特别是创新能力的培养。现在提倡的素质教育,其核心内容就是创新人才的培养。要求创新人才要有创新的意识、创新性的思维和创新的能力。要培养大学生的创新能力,作为老师,教学思想、教学内容和教学方法也要创新。近年来,我们结合物理学和电子学专业的特点,通过教学实践,围绕创新教育作了一些探索。     

核荷动力学与核势

可用核荷动力学方法获得核势。当核子为点结构时,由这种方法得到的两核子势具有与Gammel-Thaler势相同的形式。现在各项系数都是固定的并有物理意义。当核子有一定的体积和核荷分布时,所得到的两体势在r=0处具有有限值。推导出的原子核光学势是短程的和扩散边缘的,位阱深度和宽度具有正确的数量级。
