160 GPa压力范围内重新标定的红宝石压标

 在同一理论框架内,基于冲击Hugoniot和热力学参数计算了Al、Cu、W、 Au、Pt、Ta、Ag、Mo、Ni、Co和Zn的300 K等温压缩线,并结合现有静高压实验数据,在160 GPa压力范围内重新标定了红宝石压标。所采用的两种红宝石压标形式的标定结果分别为A=1 923.4 GPa、B=9.75和m=1 889.0 GPa、n=5.48,两者具有非常好的自洽性,200 GPa压力范围内确定的压力偏差小于2.1 GPa。基于提出的红宝石压标,重新计算了3组Au等温压缩实验的加载压力。固定等温体模量为167 GPa,重算的实验数据拟合至Vinet物态方程所得等温体模量对压力的一阶偏导为5.95,与超声实验数据非常吻合。     

Equation of State of the Fluid He-Ne Binary Mixtures at High Pressures and High Temperatures

The fluid variational free energy model is applied to calculate the equation of state (EOS) of the fluid (Ne/3,2He/3) mixtures at 296K. The pair potential is used to describe the He-Ne interaction. The calculated EOSs at 296Kare compared with the experiments for solid Ne(He)2. The validity of the potential and the calculated model is verified by comparison. The present model is extended to calculate the equation of state of the fluid He-Ne mixtures with different He:Ne compositions in the pressure 0-160 GPa and temperature up to 10000 K.     

The Griineisen Parameter of NaC1 at High Pressures and Temperatures： a Molecular Dynamics Study

The isotherms and Grǖneisen parameters are calculated by using the molecular dynamics (MD) method with an improved Tosi-Fumi pair potential. The results show that the approximate power law dependence of the Grǖneisen parameter on compression γ=γ0（V/V0）^q, with q≈1.078, holds in the temperature range from 298 to 1073K and pressure range from 0 to 60 GPa, and that the Grfineisen parameter for a given density of 2.16 g/cm^3 varies with temperature in a wind range from 300 to I O000 K, expressed by γ=1.052 0.582exp(-T/ 4878.56).     

薄夹层界面热弛豫解及其在冲击温度研究中的意义

 对样品/薄夹层/窗口组成的三层介质双界面热传导问题进行求解。在3个不同初温、不同热物性参数及边界条件下，获得了夹层介质中的温度解，给出了界面温度历史随薄层厚度、热扩散系数和介质之间热扩散系数之比的变化规律。从理论分析和实验结果发现，当夹层厚度小于1 μm，热扩散系数大于10^-4 m²/s时，在实验观测的时间内，界面温度历史将很快衰减到一平台，其幅度只由样品、窗口的初温和热扩散系数确定，而与夹层介质的初温、热传导系数无关。     

EFFECT OF CATALYST CONCENTRATION ON CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE IN LIQUID PHASE DIMETHYL ETHER SYNTHESIS FROM SYNGAS

利用ＺＳＭ－５型沸石可将轻烃选择性地转化为苯，甲苯和二甲苯。ＨＺＳＭ－５催化剂上丙烷转化率和芳烃选择性都很低，但在ＨＺＳＭ－５上添加Ｇａ或Ｐｔ－Ｇａ（双金属改性）后丙烷转化率和芳烃选择性都有很大提高。实验结果表明，Ｇａ／ＨＺＳＭ－５催化剂经氢气高温预处理后，其上的Ｂｒｏ．．ｎｓｔｅｄ酸中心数目减少。铂的加入促进了镓物种的还原，而还原的镓物种可以中和相当一部分催化剂表面Ｂｒ．ｎｓｔｅｄ酸中心，然后形成高度不饱和的催化活性中心。这些中心可以作为Ｌｅｗｉｓ中心，从丙烷和反应中间产物中拔除Ｈ－，使丙烷高选择性地生成芳烃     

Sensitive Method for Enantioseparation of Rivastigmine with Highly Sulfated Cyclodextrin as Chiral Selector by Capillary Electrophoresis

A sensitive method for enantioseparation of a basic drug rivastigmine and determination of its optical impurityby capillary electrophoresis with highly sulfated β-cyclodextrin(HS-β-CD)as the chiral selector is described.Ingeneral,enantioseparation of basic chiral compounds is carried out in acidic condition(pH 2.5)to prevent analytesfrom adsorption on the capillary wall.However,in the case of rivastigmine,the detection sensitivity was too limitedto determine the optical impurity of S-rivastigmine lower than 1% when buffer pH was 2.5.It was found that thedetection sensitivity was improved 1.6 times just by raising the buffer pH value from 2.5 to 5.8.The poor columnefficiency due to the adsorption of the analytes on the capillary wall was resolved by using dynamical coating of thecapillary wall with the linear polyacrylamide solution.The experirnental parameters such as the concentration ofHS-β-CD,buffer pH and buffer ionic strength were optimized,respectively.The method was validated in terms ofrepeatability,linearity,limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantitation(LOQ).Using the present method,the op-tical purity of nonracemic rivastigmine with the enantiomeric excess(ee)value of 99.14% was determined.     

血清C 反应蛋白在预测非创伤性急腹症的CT表现的价值

目的 探讨C 反应蛋白（CRP）急性期快速上升能否可靠预测非创伤性急腹症的CT 检查阳性表现。方法 收集CRP 检测后24h内行腹盆、腔CT扫描的非创伤性急腹症患者121 例,其中男57例,女64例,平均年龄57岁。近期手术、已知恶性肿瘤、炎症性肠病除外。CT表现由2 位放射科医师阅片并一致后进行分类。结果 CRP 正常CT 检查阳性16 人,阴性15 人,随着CRP 升高,CT 检查阳性率也随着升高,灵敏度下降,特异度增高,似然比也随之增高,当CRP 在130mg/L 水平以上时,其灵敏度与特异度分别为31.4%、90.9%,阳性似然比为3.14。结论 CRP阴性的非创伤性急腹症患者,不能除外CT 检查,随着血清CRP 水平升高,CT检查阳性率及阳性似然比也随之升高。
