This study developed a nanosensor for the detection and determination of favipiravir, a presumed drug that has potential therapeutic efficacy in treating COVID-19 patients, from tablets and serum samples. This nanosensor was obtained by adding the optimum amount of diamond nanoparticles into carbon paste. For the determination of favipiravir adsorptive stripping differential pulse (AdSDPV) and adsorptive stripping square wave voltammetry (AdSSWV) were used. Limit of detection values were found as 4.83×10−9 M and 2.44×10−7 M for bulk and 5.18×10−8 M and 4.38×10−8 M for serum samples using AdSDPV and AdSSWV, respectively. Recovery studies made of the tablet and serum produced satisfactory results.  相似文献

Chlordecone was used until 1993 as a pesticide in the banana plantation of Martinique and Guadeloupe (French Antilles) against the root borer. This organochlorine pesticide was lipophilic, remnant, and toxic for human beings with both acute and chronic effects. Chlordecone was strongly absorbed and stored in soil and weakly decomposed in environment. Surveys conducted in 2001 revealed its presence in soil, rivers, and domestic food products. Local food (fruits and vegetables, cattle, poultry, and fish) was growing on soils, widely contaminated by chlordecone, used in the past as banana plantations. In 2003, French Administration asked for a risk evaluation for the Antilles population. The French Agency for Food Safety, proposed a Provisional Tolerable Daily Intake of 0.0005?mg?kg?1?b.w.?day?1, and an Acute Reference Dose of 0.01?mg?kg?1?b.w.?day?1, based on a toxicological risk assessment. The French National Reference Laboratory for pesticides has carried out two analytical methods, one for food of animal origin and another for food of fruit and vegetable origin. These methods were validated in the reference laboratory and dispatched to 13 laboratories for a proficiency test before the launch of two studies on Martinique and Guadeloupe food. About 900 samples from Martinique were sent to the network of laboratories for analysis of chlordecone. Performance parameters obtained through the proficiency test were briefly reported. The quality control test proposed in this study was discussed to shed light on the true variability achievable by intra-laboratory and inter-laboratory analysis. The limits of conventional quality-control procedures were discussed, and a process was proposed in order to get better confidence in analytical results.  相似文献

α-Aspartame (L-α-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester) is increasingly being used in wide variety of commonly consumed food products. This structure contains ester and peptide bonds. The ester linkage may hydrolyze to produce L-α-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine or cyclohydrolyze to produce the corresponding diketopiperazine ring. This ring can open to form L-α-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine and ultimately this compound can hydrolyze to L-phenylalanine and L-aspartic acid. The pH, buffer type, concentration, the presence of water and temperature are other important factors affecting its stability. Because α-aspartame can lose its sweetness under these conditions determination of aspartame and its breakdown products is extremely important for diet foods quality. The optimum mobile phase for the chromatographic separation was found to be acetonitrile-water (20:80, ν/ν) with 5.10?3 M hexanesulfonic acid and a pH of 2.6.  相似文献

Sea-bed sediments from Eastern Black Sea have been analyzed for their Fe, Ba and Sr contents using the methods of standard addition and energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF). Samples were prepared from powder sifted by a 200 mesh sieve. An annular 100 mCi241Am radioactive source emitting 59.543 keV photons was used for excitation and a Ge(Li) detector, which has a 190 eV FWHM for 5.9 keV photons was used for intensity measurements. 2048 channels of the MCA are employed for 20 or 30 min. Dried and ground sea-bed sediments are found to contain 2.95–7.50% Fe, 0.032–0.268% Ba and about 73–273 ppm Sr. These results agree with those obtained via atomic absorption methods.  相似文献

The sorption behavior of 235U fission fission products 99Mo and 132Te was studied through batch and dynamic experiments when they were dissolved in 1 to 7M HNO3 solutions. It was found that 99Mo is always totally adsorbed on hydrated SnO2, while 132Te is rather weakly adsorbed, therefore they can be separated from each other although 132Te in the solution still remains contaminated with other radionuclides as well as 99Mo does in the solid.  相似文献

In order to investigate the relative effects of the differences between the structures and lipophilicities of 1, 10-dioxa-4, 7, 13, 16-tetra-azacyclo-octadecane (TA-18-crown-6) and the tetrabenzyl derivative of 1,10-dioxa-4, 7, 13, 16-tetra-azacyclo-octadecane (TBTA-18-crown-6) on their extraction-abilities and -selectivities for transition metal cations, constants of the overall extraction (logK ex) of 1:1 (M:L) complexes, the distribution (K D) for two diluents (CH2Cl2 and CHCl3) with different dielectric constants have been determined at 25 ± 0.1 °C. The magnitude of logK ex is largely determined by that of K D. The equilibrium constants of TA-18-crown-6 have been compared with those of TBTA-18-crown-6. It is found that:(i) logK ex sequences of TA-18-crown-6 and TBTA-18-crown-6 for transition metals in CH2Cl2 lie in order: Fe3+ > Cu2+ > Mn2+ > Co2+ > Cd2+ > Ni2+ > Zn2+ and Fe3+ > Cu2+ > Co2+ > Mn2+ > Ni2+ > Cd2+ > Zn2+ respectively; (ii) the stability sequences of two types of tetra-aza-crown ethers with the transition metal cations in CHCl3 are the same as follows: Fe3+ > Ni2+ > Cu2+ > Co2+ > Zn2+ > Cd2+ > Mn2+, and (iii) unusual selectivities are observed for transition metal-tetra-aza-crowns, e.g. the high Fe3+/M n+ selectivity factors (Sf) of TA-18-crown-6, except for the competitive-extractions for the special case in CHCl3 of TBTA-18-crown-6, it was found that the Mn2+/M n+ values were relatively higher according to the other transition metal cations. A systematic sequence in these two types of solvents is not found for a given transition metal cation in terms of the variation of selectivity with the tetra-aza-crown ethers. The results provide alternatives for the rational design of other specific ligands on the transition metal cations.  相似文献

We prove almost-sure exponential localization of all the eigenfunctions and nondegeneracy of the spectrum for random discrete Schrödinger operators on one- and quasi-one-dimensional lattices. This paper provides a much simpler proof of these results than previous approaches and extends to a much wider class of systems; we remark in particular that the singular continuous spectrum observed in some quasiperiodic systems disappears under arbitrarily small local perturbations of the potential. Our results allow us to prove that, e.g., for strong disorder, the smallest positive Lyapunov exponent of some products of random matrices does not vanish as the size of the matrices increases to infinity.  相似文献

Al–1 wt% Ti alloy was directionally solidified upwards under argon atmosphere under the two conditions; with different temperature gradients (G = 2.20–5.82 K/mm) at a constant growth rate (V = 8.30 μm/s) and with different growth rates (V = 8.30–498.60 μm/s) at a constant temperature gradient (G = 5.82 K/mm) in a Bridgman furnace. The dependence of characteristic microstructure parameters such as primary dendrite arm spacing (λ1), secondary dendrite arm spacing (λ2), dendrite tip radius (R) and mushy zone depth (d) on the velocity of crystal growth and the temperature gradient were determined by using a linear regression analysis. A detailed analysis of microstructure development with models of dendritic solidification and with previous similar experimental works on dendritic growth for binary alloys were also made.  相似文献
